15/12/2024: Everything was delicious from the land appetizer to the fish first course, very fresh and plentiful fish..the price is right..and then there are the very nice owners..I will definitely return

10/12/2024: Excellent food and very familiar atmosphere. Restaurant located in the historic center of Polignano a Mare, very easy to get to, run by the third generation of the family that owns it and founded in 1926. We were served by the waiter Domenico (belonging to the family), who treated us in a friendly manner. and helpful. We ate as a starter or first course: “Strozzapreti alle Vongole” and “Cavatelli ai Frutti di Mare” and then as a second course we served a “Frittura Mista di Pesche”, all accompanied by a house white wine. Highly recommended and if we ever return to Polignano a Mare we will surely eat there. Congratulations to the entire team that makes it up.

26/12/2024: I ate here with my family while we were on holiday in Polignano. We went to this restaurant, primarily, because it offers gluten-free options, given that I have celiac disease. In addition to a very nice environment and kind and knowledgeable staff regarding the cuisine and service of gluten-free products, we were able to enjoy some truly excellent dishes. Recommended, absolutely.

26/12/2024: Every time a confirmation. I hadn't been to this wonderful location in Polignano for years. Amazing menu. Professional but friendly service. Great respect for the guest. What can I say? Good luck to the girls who took over the reins from their father whose humility, kindness and professionalism I had great admiration for. A round of applause to all the waiters. There will be no shortage of new opportunities to return.

18/10/2024: Very small and cosy enoteca. Great to taste local wines and cheeses. It was wonderful to experience the local culture and to see the locals buy their wine in bulk. 3L -5L

02/01/2025: Sophisticated atmosphere with soft instrumental. We chose this place for the beginning of the year and it also offered a fixed menu. Overall the dishes were good, the selection of wines was not refined to suit all tastes but was discreet. The bill rises a lot due to the high cover charge, but it makes up for it with good dishes at reasonable prices. Next time yes, but maybe for a special occasion.

24/12/2024: The restaurant is located on the main square of Polignano a Mare. Tasty food - pizza and lasagne, as well as good desserts (crema cataluna and cheesecake). The service was nice and helpful.

03/11/2024: Peccato. Ha ottime recensioni ma ci ha deluso. Location da mensa aziendale. Pietanze con bellissime Descrizioni ma deludenti nel piatto. Un inutile sovrannumero di camerieri assolutamente gentili ma Troppo presenti. Inoltre ognuno che passava ti voleva Mescere il vino e non c’era modo di contrastare dato che ogni volta il cameriere era diverso. Avessimo lasciato fare occorrevano 3 bottiglie in 2. Prezzo: due antipasti, due primi , un altro antipasto preso come secondo ed un amaro…..190 eur con una bottiglia da 50. Relativamente troppo. Posto che non ricorderò o racconterò. Peccato.

02/11/2024: The best restaurant in this area, seafood is fresh and large portions. Their desserts are great. A very extensive wine list.

21/11/2024: Great food. Great choice. The menu for 2 is so plentiful that it can feed three people.

29/10/2024: The restaurant is on the first floor with a sea view. We ate very well. Starter: mussels and clams and trio of tartare (scampi, tuna and red prawn) with burrata. Seafood risotto. All good and plentiful and with a gluten-free option. You could really smell the sea!

04/09/2024: Having recently returned after years to this THIEVES restaurant, I am happy to correct my review... there were 3 of us a few evenings ago (let it be clear that I only went there because I wasn't paying... 😂😂) mixed starters of which only one plate of raw and the rest cooked, second course a sea bream which we divided into three with grilled vegetables, a bottle of calafuria rosé and 3 bitters (without first course) 110 euros each!! Although the quality of the fish is excellent, it is simply a legalized theft.. avoid it, there are other excellent restaurants in the area where you can eat the same things at half the price.. they have changed management but apparently the exaggerated prices do not change. I can only understand prices like that in a place like Grotta Palazzese where you also pay for the location

We had the pleasure of celebrating the birthday of a dear friend of ours. the service was excellent, not only in managing a table of 14 people but also in organizing the bouquet and cake. Simply put, great food and superb service. Thanks again to all the staff, we will be back soon!

07/12/2024: Posso Perfettto Location molto accogliente, persona fantastico E il cibo stratosferico, credo uno dei migliori in cui io sia stata Purtroppo non ho fatto la foto a tutto ma abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi,qualità altissima! Filetto con cottura media al Sangue, cottura perfetta(come da foto) Si scioglieva in Bocca!
