22/05/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect – highly recommended! Everything was perfect! The food was delicious, the service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was charming and authentic. We tried several dishes, and each one was full of flavor and beautifully presented. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality – excellent value. Bella 'Mbriana gave us one of the best dining experiences during our trip. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area!

04/06/2025: Ristorante dí alto livello dove , in maniera molto informale , ci si siede per capire cosa polignano ti può offrire su una tavola. Intanto la piccola amuse-bouche formata da un gazpacho con crostini di pane di Altamura è stata molto apprezzata, poi noi abbiamo scelto il crudo e qui l’apoteosi! A seguire la spigola su ricetta dí polignano al forno con patate olive e zucchine….eccellente, pesce freschissimo dall’inizio alla fine! Per concludere il sorbetto fatto con i loro limoni! Peccato dover ripartire… se potessi andrei tutti i giorni! Continuate così, bravi!

28/05/2025: The food was quite okay and beautifully presented—unfortunately, that's the only positive aspect. The wine (rose) was unfortunately tasteless and felt stale. When we pointed this out to the waiter, we didn't get a replacement. The draft beer had a faint metallic taste. The waiters were also somewhat unmotivated and unprofessional.

01/06/2025: Not having booked in advance, we had to wait almost an hour to get in. It was worth it anyway. The house appetizer was very varied and appreciated by everyone. The second courses (we didn't try the first courses) were also excellent, as were the desserts. The prices were reasonable anyway. Compared to the restaurants we tried in Polignano (4 in total), this was definitely the best!

28/04/2025: Siamo venuti su segnalazione dei Tripadvisor. Locale un po’ fuori mano che spesso è un pregio. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente caldo e informale pieno di citazioni e immagini della storia del rock. L’oste bassista con una bella felpa dei Pink Floyd ci ha spiegato il menù essenziale ma gustoso con fuori menù interessanti. Lo chef batterista si impegna per preparare fritti leggerissimi, prova alici e carciofi. Ottimi. Tagliolini ai frutti di mare buono ed abbondanti. Fritto misto buono e leggero. Spiedo con polipo seppia e gambero bello ma un’amica che lo ha preso ha ritenuto che il polpo fosse un po’ crudo. Falanghina della casa ottima. Conto sotto la media. Avrei dato 5 se avessero aldato più spazio a preziosi prodotti di stagione come fave e carciofi. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Ve lo consiglio caldamente.

19/05/2025: The classic restaurant where you return with pleasure, excellent atmosphere, simple but well-made cuisine and above all generous portions, excellent hospitality and attention to the customer, even the choice of various tasting menus was very much appreciated...see you next time.

19/05/2025: Disappointing - I couldn't say if it was the quality of the fish or the cooking. Mixed grill: it was a piece of swordfish, a piece of tuna, both very dry, I couldn't eat them; plus two prawns that were decent; Mixed fried food contained 2 prawns, some octopus, the rest small fish; the tagliolini with cuttlefish ink were not fresh tagliolini with cuttlefish ink sauce but dry black tagliolini with various seafood; very professional service instead.

01/05/2025: The meal was good but the atmosphere was zero, no consideration from the waiters, we were in a very bad place, however we had reserved they never came to serve and offered the desserts so after waiting a long time after the dish, we got up, paid the bill and left, really very disappointed with the rudeness of the boss and the waiters, I do not recommend especially since there are many restaurants in Polignane a mare
