06/09/2025: Let me put it this way: for a tiny fish without anything else, they charged 28 euros (just fresh fish caught today), while other dishes were around 18 euros. The fish was tasty, but nothing more. The service was excellent – ​​they'll even debone the fish for you. A glass of delicious wine upon entry. The pasta with shrimp was very good. If it weren't for the price of the fish, it would have been fine, but it's really, really overpriced.

I've traveled half the world, I love going to restaurants, both high-end and average, and writing reviews... the important thing is to eat well, but I've never had my wife and I looked up and down by the hostess, asked if there was a table available, and received a response... "Come back in two and a half hours." I noticed many empty tables without reservations written on the table... I noticed all the diners very well dressed; we were dressed normally in jeans and T-shirts, but with full wallets... I hope I'm wrong, but the feeling was that we weren't welcome.

21/08/2025: Magnificent setting. Typical dishes from the Puglia region, refined and delicious. The gnocchetti was succulent and meltingly soft. The tiramisu was unique and delicious. Very friendly staff, some even spoke French. I also discovered the Limoncello Spritz. I highly recommend it.

31/08/2025: WE DID HERE FOR DINNER IN EARLY AUGUST. We knew the restaurant well and returned after a few years. As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the class and sophistication of the restaurant. We chose two tasting menus, with the addition of seafood tagliatelle and raw scampi. The food is high quality and the flavors are truly unique and special. The raw seafood is sublime; it's the only place where you can find such succulent scampi. A taste of a good local rosé wine made our dinner complete. The prices are reasonable for what they offer. I highly recommend it.

23/08/2025: I celebrated my birthday at Grotta Ardito and we were pleasantly surprised by how the dinner for 30 people was handled. The staff was impeccable, super attentive to my guests' various requests...not to mention the quality and quantity of the food. We received compliments from all the guests. Thank you!

15/08/2025: The restaurant has the most incredible view and sunset while you dine on the entire coast. The food is fresh and delicious, the tiramisu is delicious, the quality and price are very good, and the service is excellent.

28/04/2025: Siamo venuti su segnalazione dei Tripadvisor. Locale un po’ fuori mano che spesso è un pregio. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente caldo e informale pieno di citazioni e immagini della storia del rock. L’oste bassista con una bella felpa dei Pink Floyd ci ha spiegato il menù essenziale ma gustoso con fuori menù interessanti. Lo chef batterista si impegna per preparare fritti leggerissimi, prova alici e carciofi. Ottimi. Tagliolini ai frutti di mare buono ed abbondanti. Fritto misto buono e leggero. Spiedo con polipo seppia e gambero bello ma un’amica che lo ha preso ha ritenuto che il polpo fosse un po’ crudo. Falanghina della casa ottima. Conto sotto la media. Avrei dato 5 se avessero aldato più spazio a preziosi prodotti di stagione come fave e carciofi. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Ve lo consiglio caldamente.

11/09/2025: I ate mezze maniche, pasta, with a very greasy tomato sauce. It should have had anchovies, but there was only pasta in the flavorless sauce. On top of that, they called it a "crumble," but it's actually powdery with some kind of uncertain flavor... a disappointment.

11/09/2025: We were a group of 11, and everything was absolutely delicious! 🍕 The pizza was truly top-10, and the staff and chef were fantastic – warm, smiling, and very professional. And the Hugo drink… simply divine! 🥂 The atmosphere and food made this place a memorable one. I recommend it to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare – it's worth it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
