02/08/2026: The aesthetic of this very cultural place, with many photos of the owner with famous people like Fabio Cannavaro, who has eaten there. The food was all absolutely delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts. The staff was wonderful, super welcoming and, above all, very friendly; we even had a photo taken with the waiter. A stunning place, highly recommended.

15/07/2026: This restaurant is just steps from Alberobello's historic center. We decided to try the €70 seafood and mountain tasting menu. All the dishes lived up to expectations, and the staff was courteous and helpful. If I had to nitpick, it might be the ambiance is a bit too retro (for my personal taste). Five stars, however, well deserved.
14/07/2026: The best orecchiette I've ever eaten in Puglia! Dishes prepared with quality ingredients and authentic, traditional flavors. Each course was truly exquisite, meticulously prepared, and bursting with flavor.
The welcome was impeccable: the staff were friendly, smiling, and always attentive to their guests' needs, making us feel right at home. An excellent experience in every way. If you're looking for authentic Apulian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back! Kudos to the entire staff!

09/07/2026: Very small portions and empty plates. Very expensive for what it offers, the open space is very noisy both from people and from the street. Overall disappointing. The waiters are very polite, they try but the food is mediocre.

30/06/2026: Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner as if we were part of the family. We were told that the menu wasn't à la carte and consisted of five starters made with seasonal vegetables grown in their organic garden, which we actually saw just outside the city. All the starters were divine, beautifully prepared, and perfectly seasoned. Then, there was a choice of five or six main courses. We ordered four different dishes and shared them to try several things. Every dish was excellent. I highly recommend it.
28/06/2026: A place truly worthy of five stars. The quality is evident, starting with the garden, which provides incredibly fresh and flavorful vegetables. Each dish showcases the ingredients with simplicity and care.
The staff is another great asset: friendly, welcoming, and always available, capable of making you feel at home without being intrusive.
The location is simply spectacular: well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, and perfect for enjoying a relaxing lunch or dinner. An experience absolutely worth experiencing. We'll definitely be back.

03/07/2026: Our dinner at Trullo dei Sapori was one of the highlights of our stay in Alberobello!
As a family of five, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel comfortable throughout the evening. The food was exceptional, but the real star was the sea bream—it was easily the best we’ve had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor.
The wine recommendation was outstanding and paired beautifully with the meal. To top it all off, we were treated to fresh fruit at the end, a thoughtful touch that perfectly completed a wonderful dining experience.
If you’re looking for authentic Puglian cuisine, fresh seafood, excellent wine, and genuine hospitality, Trullo dei Sapori is an absolute must-visit. We highly recommend it and will definitely return when we’re back in Puglia! 🍷🐟🍇

We were appalled by the way the waiters treated us—they were rude and ill-mannered, speaking ill of us behind our backs because they assumed we didn't understand Italian. Low-quality drinks, poor food, and acidic, canned sauce. There is no pizza or fish on the menu. High prices and truly poor quality.

20/07/2026: Il Giardino is nestled among the trulli on Mount San Gabriele, an enchanting place.
The staff is very courteous, friendly, and smiling, and the cuisine is traditional. My wife and I loved it, from the homemade Italian orecchiette to the grilled meats—everything was delicious. I would also recommend it for those who want to eat inside the trulli because it's also very cool inside, given that the trulli are cold inside in the summer thanks to the white stone.

20/07/2026: A wonderful experience. I recommend it because the garden is truly lovely. The owner was incredibly kind. I sat at a table with my girlfriend that was in the sun since everyone else was busy, and the gentleman kindly opened an umbrella for us. The waiters were also very kind and smiling. They brought us plates of fresh, delicious orecchiette pasta, accompanied by a truly unique house wine. They also served a pork rib and salad for a very reasonable price, considering the place you're eating at. I recommend it to everyone. It's a sensational place in the UNESCO-listed trulli, with fantastic staff and food.
Thanks again for everything! 5 stars from me!

10/06/2025: J'avais demandé à l'IA le chat mistral un restaurant à Alberbello qui ne soit pas un attrape touriste, il m'a conseillé celui-ci ! Pas déçu, bon rapport qualité prix, et serveurs très gentils, il y avait même une serveuse qui parlait français ! Parfait !

25/04/2025: Masseria molto carina, proprietaria gentile e disponibile, non posso dire lo stesso del maitre di sala che ci ha serviti, pur avendolo detto per telefono 2/3 volte e l'ho messo anche per iscritto mi hanno fatto pesare il mio avere un passeggino al tavolo, come detto prima non tanto i proprietari ma il maitre ad ogni portata era indispettito del passeggino, io e mio marito non abbiamo fatto altro che scusarci ad ogni piatto che ci veniva servito, ma niente era proprio innervosito di questa cosa... e così non si fa, non ci era mai successa una cosa del genere. Il cibo discreto, buono ma nulla di che, forse perché era un menù fisso non so, il dolce la cosa più buona.

Servizio solare e accogliente, paziente, molto organizzato, pochissima attesa dal momento dell’ordine al momento del servizio (nonostante fossimo 19 tra adulti e bambini).
Saletta dedicata calda e confortevole
Spazi ampi. Servizi igienici pulitissimi.
Menu prelibato, carni sceltissime e piatti abbondanti.
Torneremo.

13/10/2023: Bel locale, curato e tranquillo... Ha un ampia scelta di dolci, dal cornetto, al muffin, alla crostata... Cornetti di produzione propria, DAVVERO BUONI!!! Staff gentile e sorridente.
13/08/2023: Bar con produzione propria di lieviti e brioche. Situato non distante dalla cattedrale di Alberobello, ma fuori dal traffico turistico. Ambiente pulito e gradevole con diversi tavoli interni ed esterni, ottimale per colazioni ed aperitivi; personale gentile.
