15/06/2025: De pasta was goed, maar de pizza smaakte naar verbrand plastic. We hebben daar iets van gezegd en de pizza is van de rekening afgehaald. Dat was wel netjes. Mooi uitzicht op Lago Maggiore. Bediening was vriendelijk.

20/08/2025: Dinner at the adjacent restaurant "Le Fief" (where my partner and I stayed) was like something out of a thousand and one nights: beautiful location, romantic atmosphere, and incredible dishes, from presentation to flavor! I absolutely want to compliment the maître d', CORRADO, who was perfect: talented, knowledgeable, and always attentive to everything. His experience really elevates the restaurant and made our experience even more enjoyable and perfect! In short, for us, dinner at LE FIEF was the highlight of this wonderful Ferragosto weekend, and we highly recommend it to everyone...we'll be back!!

10/08/2025: Sco sconsiglio vivamenteil bar Marbi , almeno per colazione. Camerieri in confusione con le ordinazioni. Ordine sbagliato. Al momento del conto abbiamo pagato per quattro cappuccini e noi eravamo in tre, poi due erano normali e uro d'avena. Insomma abbiamo pagato per un ordine non nostro. Non tornerei.
05/08/2025: Esperienza molto deludente.
Sono entrata per un semplice caffè al banco. Dopo che il barista (forse il proprietario) me l’ha preparato, ho chiesto di pagare con carta di credito, non avendo contanti con me. Mi ha chiesto se avessi contanti e, alla mia risposta negativa, ha tirato fuori il POS sbattendolo sul bancone con evidente fastidio. Con calma gli ho chiesto se ci fosse un problema, ma ha evitato di rispondere. Ho pagato e me ne sono andata molto amareggiata.
Un comportamento davvero poco professionale e maleducato. Nel 2025 è normale pagare anche un caffè con la carta, non dovrebbe essere motivo di scortesia verso il cliente.

04/08/2025: Es war zwar sehr lecker, aber die Portionen sind leider ein Witz! Einmal geatmet und schon war das Essen leer. Also ich musste noch zuhause dann mir was zu essen machen weil von 100% Hunger wurden 30% gestillt.

19/07/2025: Dopo diversi anni torniamo in questo locale per una pizza tra amici.
Servizio abbastanza celere.
Pizza di scarsa qualità e cottura del prodotto inadeguato. Dolci nulla di che ma sicuramente meglio rispetto alle 12 pizze portate al nostro tavolo.
Non valuto la cucina non avendo provato nessuna pietanza proveniente da essa.

You can tell the chef and his wife are passionate about their craft and constantly innovating, without losing their personal connection to their roots. We've been there for the second time, and we were pleasantly surprised again. Highly recommended!
23/06/2025: We stayed in Villa San Carlo as part of an accomodation package with a self guided walking tour in Piemonte. What a wonderful surprise. Carlo was welcoming and informative and asked us if we would like to join him for a banquet that night. Little did we know he is a world renowned chef . We had dietary requirements and Carlo made us a special banquet with printed personalised menus. It was magnificent. The staff were attentive and skilled. The property is lovely and the pool was large, warm and in a lovely garden setting. We love Villa San Carlo.

Ma se non te ne accorgi e se la cameriera fa la furba, ti ritrovi a pagare le stesse portate 4 euro in più.
E se poi te ne accorgi e glielo fai notare a pagamento avvenuto… la colpa è tua!
Non mi pare una policy eticamente corretta, Mr. Farinetti.
24/05/2025: Purtroppo la pizza non solo non è più la stessa, è proprio cattiva.
Quello che è ulteriormenre cambiato è il prezzo... inaccettabile pet una pizza in un supermercato sia esso gourmet...
