29/03/2026: Pleasantly surprised by the kindness and hospitality of the wait staff. The fish quality and the proposed pairings were good. The fried fish and vegetables were highly recommended: pale, crispy, soft, and above all, not greasy. The skewers were fantastic. You left the table feeling full and satisfied, not heavy.

06/04/2026: The seaside location is certainly charming. Plenty of seating both inside and out. As for the food, it's not bad, but nothing exceptional. The plating could be more distinctive. The Catalana was average, I'd say. The shellfish passatelli was good, but the tomato sauce was a bit out of place.

06/04/2026: I showed up without a reservation on Easter Monday. Despite this, the staff was very helpful and friendly and found me a place to stay right away. The seafood risotto is spectacular!

13/01/2026: We are absolutely thrilled that we chose Relais Villa Giulia as the venue for our wedding, it truly was a dream come true! From the moment we first visited, we were captivated by the stunning setting: beautifully manicured gardens, sweeping views of the Marche hills, and a romantic atmosphere that blends historic elegance with Italian seaside charm. The grounds, terraces, and olive groves provided picture-perfect backdrops for every part of our celebration, from the ceremony to the reception and evening party. Anna, Camilla and all the staff were warm, professional and deeply committed to making our day unforgettable. They helped guide us through every detail, offered thoughtful suggestions, and were always ready to accommodate our wishes with a smile. Several guests remarked on the excellent service and seamless coordination throughout the day. The food and drinks were another highlight, delicious, beautifully presented, and drawing on the rich Italian culinary tradition. Our guests are still talking about the gourmet touches and the quality of every course. What made it extra special for us was the feeling of being completely immersed in the moment: surrounded by history, nature, laughter and love. It wasn’t just a venue, it was an experience. We couldn’t recommend Relais Villa Giulia more highly to couples looking for a romantic, elegant, and unforgettable wedding destination. Truly five stars! ✨

29/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at the Villa Giulia at the end of September 2025 and it was beyond all our dreams! We booked the date one year before and during this year we had multiple calls with Camilla from VG to organise everything. The whole team was absolutely amazing. Every detail from decorations to last minute requests were made at the best possible level. And what I particularly liked to hear when I arrived for the wedding is: ' Of course we can do it, everything is possible!' From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank everyone involved in the organisation of this beautiful weekend, especially Camilla, for being our constant support and best project manager!!

04/04/2026: The place is very nice and the staff is helpful. The pizza is good (said by someone who can eat it), but I'm celiac and they mixed up the fish appetizer a bit... never mind, they offered a substitution, but I try not to bother them too much if I can. However, I suggest improving the cold appetizer because for €22, I expected something richer and less banal.

At the new Fano location, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Arch of Augustus and the Pincio, with indoor and outdoor seating. Extremely friendly staff, efficient and fast service. Finally, a new culinary landmark in the city! Definitely try the fried tortellini, tuna carpaccio, duck gnocchi, grilled meats, and the super-delicious desserts! Congratulations, we'll be back very soon!

The refined setting and modern atmosphere are ideal for those seeking a dinner where the aesthetics of the dish matter as much as the flavor. The cuisine stands out for its quality ingredients and refined presentation: the ravioli are excellent, both with mushrooms and bacon and with basil cream and confit tomatoes. Even the main courses, such as the Angus strips, demonstrate a careful attention to the selection of meats. The portions are not excessive, but carefully calibrated for a tasting experience that emphasizes the balance of flavors. The elegantly presented desserts and the wine list, which perfectly complement the meal, deserve special mention. Excellent value. A safe bet for those who want to eat well in a classy setting without overcharging.

Unfortunately, the wait was very long: after about two hours, the second course arrived, and at that point, we still hadn't received the side dishes. This situation, regretfully, forced us to leave and not be able to finish our dinner. The food had potential, but the preparation felt rushed; overall, the experience wasn't entirely satisfying. Something was deducted from the bill, a gesture I appreciated. However, I didn't feel truly understood or welcomed in my comments, which I preferred to report only at the cashier, out of respect for the staff working in the dining room. 25/03/2026: Recommended by a friend who lived here. Excellent local cuisine, and the pizzas looked delicious too. We ordered polenta crostini, a first course, a second course, a dessert, a liqueur, a small glass of house wine, and a quarter of it. The price was €61. Everything was excellent, and the staff was super friendly... We didn't have a reservation, but they accommodated us anyway!
