11/07/2025: Thanks Felix, I was there a year ago and I still remember this excellent place. We arrived late when the kitchen was closed, but they didn't hesitate to give us a table. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was very pleasant and professional. And when it comes to the food, it was finger-licking good. A huge 10!!!

03/05/2025: Meraviglia! Una famiglia davvero gentile, generosa, appassionata di cucina e di storia. Conoscere Alberto e Roberta è un piacere e un onore! Il luogo è davvero splendido, soprattutto la Grotta delle Delizie (direttamente scavata nella montagna), con una cantina di vini eccellente. E poi i piatti parlano da soli: una tecnica ineccepibile che valorizza tantissimi prodotti tipici. Sarà difficile dimenticare il rotolo di faraona in crosta di pane con fondo di cottura e tartufo, ma non sono da meno anche i cappelletti. Questi sono davvero i luoghi che fanno il bene dell'Italia e di noi.

23/12/2024: Locale storico ben tenuto e arredato in modo rustico tradizionale . Il plus é una grotta interna, che contiene la cantina edove si può pranzare, condizioni metereologiche permettendo. Ottimo servizio piacevole e quasi famigliare. Piatti ben fatti, gustosi e saporiti, molti dei quali prevedono il tartufo, prezioso ingrediente della zona. Ottima e diversificata cantina. Prezzi corretti.

Chosen at random because along the way, we found a very welcoming place with a wonderful view ⛰️ We ate well and spent the right amount, happy with a day with optimal weather that allowed the little girl to play freely and happily in the beautiful garden 🏡 The proximity to the Museo del Balì is excellent, they should make some agreements 👨🏻‍🔬

It's a shame that even though we asked before eating if we could pay separately (we were told yes), when we paid, the cashier impatiently and arrogantly asked us to pay two for two because she "didn't want to take too long to process the transactions." It's understandable that this might be inconvenient for a restaurant, but it would have been enough to communicate this right away.

01/07/2025: It's really a very nice place where you can eat gluten-free with taste and quality. It's all very good..bread, pasta, desserts, croissants..all prepared with care and passion!! I highly recommend it!!

05/06/2025: Excellent gastronomy, I would say more like a small boutique of good food, dishes prepared with care, tortellini and mega burger (exceptional). Prices slightly above average but largely justified by quality, service and kindness. I will not fail to return as soon as there is or will be the occasion! Congratulations!!

22/06/2025: Experience not to be repeated! We had a medium beer, a lemon soda and two cokes. Warm cokes and glasses full of ice, in the end it was like drinking water, the taste of coke was not noticeable. Then the surprise arrived with the receipt, €5 each of the drinks, without making a distinction. I can understand the beer but the rest of the drinks at €5 seems absurd to me. There wasn't even a price list inside! Terrible!

14/06/2025: Mi piace tutto di questo ristorante. Il servizio, il menù, l'ambiente... I piatti sono eccezionali, dagli antipasti al dolce. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

08/07/2025: Nuestra primera impresión del restaurante fue entrar al comedor al aire libre detrás del restaurante. El ruido del tráfico se desvanecía y los exuberantes jardines de arbustos y las cortinas de techo creaban la atmósfera de un cenador en una finca rural donde podían reunirse familias numerosas. El personal fue amable y atento al explicarnos el menú y hacer ajustes para que nuestras comidas fueran exactamente lo que queríamos. Los ingredientes eran frescos y locales, la preparación era sabrosa e inventiva, y la presentación era excelente. Toda la experiencia fue relajada y relajante. Fue una comida memorable.

06/08/2025: Locale in pieno centro, ha qualche posto all'interno ma all'esterno ha più tavoli. La crescia è molto buona, ben farcita con ingredienti di qualità. Prezzi nella norma.....proprietario gentile e scherzoso.

07/07/2025: Abbiamo scelto Il Buco per provare la famosa Crescia di urbino, personalmente preferisco la piada normale ma comunque gli ingredienti erano di qualità. Fa principalemente asporto anche se c'è qualche posto a sedere nella via fuori. Prezzi modici. In generale ci sta

But dinner is absolutely not to be repeated: Acquasale with cherry tomatoes (not cut properly), sliced ​​ham on the plate (it wasn't clear how we were supposed to enjoy it), and hard toasted bread that wasn't even torn into pieces (all for 13 euros). The waiter was bordering on rude: when we politely asked him to move an ashtray containing non-our waste, he responded with a stern look. An experience not to be repeated in a location that deserves much higher standards.
