We had a very tasty meal. I have never tasted such delicious ravioli. For an appetizer we chose something similar to Vitello tonnato, also delicious. The portions are quite large.

First time in Fano (wonderful) I came across this restaurant. Very well-kept, elegant but not tacky location. Friendly staff, and I had a wonderful meal (tartare and gnocchi). A pleasant surprise considering the price, but perhaps I'm just accustomed to bad food.

I visited Gianburesti with a friend on a beautiful, warm summer evening. The restaurant is located in the historic center, right next to the Arch of Augustus and facing the beautiful Pincio Park. The establishment is recently opened, modern, and well-maintained. Two indoor dining rooms, an outdoor garden, and additional tables facing the park. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A menu featuring meat and seafood dishes, revisited traditional recipes, and fusion cuisine, all with excellent ingredients and beautiful presentation. The only flaw I found was the service; my appetizer arrived 10 minutes later than my friend's, and my pasta also arrived 5 minutes later. Aside from these flaws, which definitely need to be ironed out, I recommend trying this place because the food is very good and the place is very pleasant.

A trattoria as it should be, but with a refined touch that makes the flavors even more special; the portions are generous, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. One of the best experiences I've had at a trattoria/restaurant in a long time. Thank you, and stay tuned!

We went for lunch on Sunday, and they welcomed us even though we didn't have a reservation. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had really delicious vegetarian food; you could taste the quality of the ingredients.
