03/07/2025: Debo confesar que estoy un poco desconcertado por las calificaciones más bajas. Al principio, navegar por el menú resultó un poco complicado, ya que no estaba claro de inmediato. Si bien ésta podría ser un área de posible mejora, la comida en sí era verdaderamente excepcional. Probamos la pasta con mariscos, que, a pesar de su apariencia modesta, era increíblemente sabrosa y se destaca como una de las mejores pastas con mariscos que he tenido el placer de probar. Además, la lubina al horno, en porciones generosas, estaba cocinada a la perfección absoluta. Dada la calidad de los platos principales, nos sentimos obligados a disfrutar del postre, y la creación de sorbete o helado de naranja fue simplemente fenomenal. Los platos aquí parecen engañosamente simples, pero son innegablemente deliciosos.

08/11/2025: Restaurant located in the center of Camerano, near the entrance to the famous caves. This chic, family-run establishment boasts Marco, a well-known local chef, and his wife, Francesca, who welcomes guests into a refined atmosphere with soft music. Refined dishes and fabulous pairings of local produce and wines are served. Every weekend, they offer a fixed-price menu, but their menu is very varied. In the summer, the panoramic terrace offers a fantastic view and a truly unforgettable evening setting. We've dined at Bistro' in Camerano several times and have always felt pampered and at home. Highly recommended!

22/06/2025: Klei visrestaurant in centrum van numana. Vlotte, vriendelijke bediening, ook in het Engels. Wat avontuurlijker keuken dan het gemiddeld Italiaans restaurant. Goede rauwe visbereidingen en zeer lekkere inktvisbereidingen.

21/06/2025: Cena giugno 2025, gentilezza ottimo servizio, olive all'anconetana eccellenti, tartar di fassona piemontese condita con capperi cipolla e senape veramente buono, una delle migliori che abbia mangiato oltre al vino consigliato dalla gentile e simpatica biondina. Visto altri piatti di pesce alla vista molto invitante. Quando ritornerò a Numana mi fermerò qui a cena. Consigliato.

15/08/2025: First time at this restaurant, very welcoming, bright, and located in the heart of Staffolo, with a magnificent view of the landscape and the surrounding area. We were immediately welcomed and looked after by the very friendly, cheerful staff (my friend didn't take our table away, don't worry 🤣🤣), but above all, very professional and expert in their work. There's a wide selection of dishes to choose from, all delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and most importantly, reasonably priced for the service provided. I highly recommend this restaurant, not only for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, but also for the excellent cuisine and warm welcome. Since I often vacation in Staffolo, I'll definitely be back.

14/06/2025: I am writing this review following the catering service offered during an event at the Ancona Astronomical Observatory 🌌. The food was good 🍽️, with quality ingredients, although the prices seemed rather high 💰—but I can understand that quality has a cost. What left me a little disappointed was the relationship with customers 🤷‍♀️. In particular, the attitude of the older gentleman, with white hair, was not welcoming at all. A more courteous and helpful tone would have certainly improved the overall experience, especially in a public and collaborative context like that of the event.

11/06/2025: The display at this caterer is truly enticing, and the food doesn't disappoint! The octopus salad was delicious 😋 Be careful with the portions, though, as they tend to be generous, and the bill reflects that! A great place to eat if you'd rather not go to a restaurant...

16/10/2025: Cocktails crafted by professionals using top-quality ingredients. A selection of spirits is certainly above average. Beluga vodka, various gins. Service, kindness, and hospitality!

09/08/2025: Absolutely avoid! We went to one evening of the 2025 Summer Jamboree; we ate as badly as we rarely do. "Artisan chips and marinated anchovies"—far from artisanal—were the chips you find on supermarket trays with 4-5 marinated anchovy fillets inside: an embarrassing combination! "Nachos Now, artisanal chips, avocado, vegan mayonnaise..." but in the bowl were stale nachos from a pre-packaged bag, a salsa verde that was obviously dry because it was made hours earlier, a splash of something that looked like anything but mayonnaise: the leftovers on the bar counter, at the party section's aperitivo, are fresher. "Spaccio tartare, Piedmontese fassona with crispy chips..." you'll find a hard crust inside which is very soft meat mixed with butter and mayonnaise. Two people eat (unintentionally): one bites the crust, the meat obviously pops off, and the other catches it in mid-air and eats it. An absurd way to prepare tartare. The waiter justified himself by saying that "...it should be eaten aggressively." Beer: only in 33cl glasses, slow service and more focused on pushing course after course rather than serving promptly. The bill: EXTREMELY SALTY, even though, it must be said, the prices are on the menu; but it is truly EXTREMELY SALTY because the four of us spent €126 on poorly prepared, cheap food. This place should be avoided with all due caution.

14/11/2025: I've been trying to call for reservations for three weeks now, and no one ever answers. It seems like they close during the winter months at this point, but it's 2025, so honestly, letting customers know somehow seems like the least I could do. Via social media, by disconnecting the phone or setting up an answering machine, or by changing the hours on Google to "temporarily closed." You even have a website, and you haven't mentioned ANYTHING. There are plenty of alternatives; let's get up to speed, because it's not 1990 anymore.

27/09/2025: Excellent pizza, quick service, charming atmosphere, I will return for the fish dishes, which looked excellent.
