23/08/2025: Every year, when we return from Puglia, we stop in Ascoli Piceno during the first week of July and book dinner at Antico Bonelli. I prefer to call ahead to be sure of a seat, because it's an event we absolutely don't want to miss! We have a wonderful time. The food is delicious and everything is made strictly with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming, not to mention the kindness and friendliness with which we are served. 26/09/2025: Thursday dinner with a group of friends, warmly welcomed by the owner and Marco. Excellent hot and cold appetizers, delicious seafood carbonara (paccheri), equally excellent squid ink taglierini and fried fish, with generous portions. To finish, the desserts were a must, also excellent. A 9/10, definitely worth a visit.

02/09/2025: In the Marche region's diverse culinary landscape, this beautiful restaurant in the center of Jesi stands out like a gem. It's furnished with originality and care, and has a lovely terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. The ingredients and preparation are excellent, and the plating is beautiful. The service is attentive and friendly, but not intrusive. The cod-filled cappelli del prete (priest's hats) with puttanesca sauce and the pork ribs glazed with mustard and honey are truly remarkable. The desserts are also exquisite. If this restaurant were in Florence, where I live, I'd be a regular.

28/09/2025: A popular restaurant even outside the region, it's essential to book in advance. Despite a short wait for a table, the quality and quantity of the food are worth it. The famous carbonara is worth the trip. Definitely good value. We'll be back.

12/10/2025: This restaurant is located in the center of Fano, within the city walls. Upon entering, you'll be transported to the atmosphere of old-time Fano, with numerous photos depicting what was once one of the most important seaports in ancient times. In addition to the main dining room, the restaurant also offers another dining room on the lower ground floor. All the ingredients are fresh and homemade (the fish is truly excellent). I had the pleasure of trying a first course (ravioli) with prawns and vegetables, which was truly superb, and a swordfish steak with grilled vegetables. All this was accompanied by two glasses of Bianchello del Metauro wine. To finish, dessert was a must (the photo speaks for itself) and a typical Fano moretta. I can't wait to return to try everything else. Excellent prices, in my opinion. See you soon, and congratulations!

A varied menu, from appetizers to desserts, with options for one, two, or more people. 06/10/2025: We're not Michelin-starred restaurant regulars, but for my birthday we tried Andreina. The four of us chose the Fiamma tasting menu, but my silly nature led me to make the super obvious joke: 'Along with the Fiamma menu, can you bring us some smoke?' The maître d' looks at me, hoping he's misunderstood, but when I repeat my nonsense, he flinches and is probably thinking (are you going to throw these out?) but instead comes out with a splendid, "Okay, I'll be your pusher," referring to the pairing wines. What can I say? Game, set, match. We started with the Ascolana olives—a great idea. I'll add my assessment of the many dishes served. Fennel with caviar, brodetto with cherry tomatoes, lamb tartar, and tagliatelle before dessert—the best. Butter and bread, desserts, and game tortelli—excellent. Service was precise and not too intrusive. I won't talk about the surprises; no spoilers. I'll conclude by saying that we had a really, really good time. Furnishings, lighting, and amenities are worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant ;) The bill? It counts.

30/09/2025: A restaurant is judged by several factors: the first, obviously, is the cuisine; the second is the ambiance, made up of location, decor, and atmosphere; the third, but no less important, is the welcome. We found all of this at Andreina, but what made our lunch truly special was the extraordinary attention of the staff. Eleonora guided us with elegance and confidence, Onofrio, with his charm, made the conversation light and pleasant, and Marco passionately explained the cooking times, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the spirit of the place. And then there was the dining room, with smiling young people who made it impossible to resist the dishes masterfully prepared by Chef Errico and his team. The gastronomic offering is interesting, but there's one dish that alone is worth the trip: the "Cacio e 7 Pepi" pasta. Once you've tasted it, everything else fades into the background. Scampi, partridge, fragrant butters, fragrant breads, grilled salads, or refined desserts... nothing compares: the queen is pasta. A true must-see if you come here. The ambiance reflects refined taste without ostentation: thoughtful details, beautiful vases of flowers on the tables, the photo of Grandma Andreina welcoming you at the entrance, and the garden that introduces a pleasant experience even before sitting down to eat. I'm not a food critic, just a customer who loves good food, authentic experiences, and sincere attention. Kudos to Errico Recanati for creating such a special place. In Andreina we met all of this, but what really made us special was the human quality of her team. Eleonora accompanied us with elegance and security, Onofrio with his sympathy converted the conversation into something light and pleasant, Marco kept us in touch with the times of cooking, allowing us to enter into the spirit of the place. And in the room, everyone with a smile that made it impossible to resist the dishes created with mastery by Chef Errico and his team. The gastronomic offer is very interesting, but there is a dish that alone is worth the visit: the pasta with the pimientas (Cacio e 7 Pepi). After testing it, everything continues to a second level. A3Passi is an enchanting place that I highly recommend to anyone seeking an escape from the routine, combining the tranquility of the countryside with luxurious amenities and superb cuisine. 13/09/2025: My friends and I stayed at the property while doing the Apennine High Marche cycle tour, organized by Amica Martina in collaboration with Marche End Bike (highly recommended). Very comfortable facility, top pool and spa! The managers are super top!!! Delicious breakfast with homemade products by Elisa. Her husband was also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to visit them as soon as possible. Kind regards...the "girls" of the cycle route!

20/09/2025: A nice menu with many dishes. The staff also spoke English and German. A young woman, only two days on the job, did an excellent job. Almost all the customers were local, which makes for a very pleasant atmosphere.

These are the key ingredients used in this splendid restaurant, whether for excellent aperitifs (with freshly cooked food) or for lunch or dinner. The wine list is excellent. 12/10/2025: Comfortable atmosphere! You immediately feel at home. The food is always good quality. It's a shame about the bill...looking at the receipt, we realized we'd paid about 5 euros more than the prices on the menu.
