13/03/2025: I came with my wife to Urbino on the weekend after Jovanotti's concert in Pesaro. I highly recommend this restaurant, managed very well by the two friendly and very kind owners. Excellent and plentiful dishes. Exceptional value for money. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

30/03/2025: What can I say, fantastic carbonara. Then if you like mushrooms, I recommend it, amazing. Lucky us we took the 150 gr. because after a large appetizer of cheese and cured meats, which is worth it, finishing the carbonara was possible, only because it was delicious, it was very abundant. The carbonara from the Marche is with pancetta, which I prefer, with guanciale you can find it in Rome.

La mia dolce metà ed io abbiamo solamente cenato( avanti ci piacerebbe anche provare il soggiorno), e non posso che fare davvero i complimenti a tutto lo staff, dallo chef al personale di cucina e sala. La professionalità, la gentilezza e l'accoglienza che il personale di sala esprime, si fonde con la bravura dello chef e dello staff della cucina, capaci di creare piatti di altissima qualità, una vera cucina d'autore. Oltre che alla qualità delle materie prime, sono anche molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente, in particolare mia moglie avendo una intolleranza, ha potuto mangiare lo stesso, ottimamente consigliata dal maitre di sala. Una menzione finale per la gentilezza mostrata dal Sig.D'Alesio e dal receptionist che ci ha raccontato la storia della suite del Marchese del Grillo.....

10/02/2025: We sat on the tables outside, we ordered a trio of vegetables, I ordered a Falafel, the Falafel is served with an excellent rice mayonnaise, they made us taste some excellent Ascoli style olives, vegetarian. An informal and colorful place, with a small selection of natural wines. Inside there is also a counter (deli-style) and some high quality pasta/preserves/ products.

30/03/2025: Convinti delle vecchie recensioni, siamo andati e abbiamo preso 2 primi, 2 secondi 2 contorni, il ragù sembrava tutto meno che casareccio, i secondi di carne lasciavano trapelare fretta nella preparazione e nel complesso porzioni scarse. Personale gentile, ci hanno chiesto per 14 volte se andasse tutto bene, abbiamo chiesto ulteriori due contorni a fine pranzo perché ancora affamati, poi anche 2 dolci. Prezzo alto rapportato alle quantità.

02/03/2025: It could easily be in my TOP TEN restaurants, considering that I eat out almost every day for work. We went to this restaurant for a business dinner. Considering that we stressed them with our requests (1 celiac, 1 vegetarian, 1 halal) they still welcomed everything with great kindness. The place is beautiful, elegant with an open kitchen. They have tasting menus available or not. We also took quite important wines, appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts: ALL EXCELLENT. But the best thing is definitely the SERVICE. Gigi served us the whole time (I think, sorry if I don't remember) and he was really helpful and kind! Speaking to me in Italian and to my colleagues in English. All of this for a truly excellent price for quality/price ratio. I can't wait to go back!! I almost forgot: No problem for GLUTEN FREE and VEGETARIAN

Having to return to the area, we decided to try it again for lunch and we were impressed From the first time it was definitely confirmed. The place is well-kept and furnished with great taste, excellent food, delicious service always with a smile on its face and exceptional quality/price ratio. What can I say...it will be a fixed stop every time we come to the Marche. Well done guys!!!!

30/03/2025: I have already been to this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed it. Even on the occasion of a birthday lunch I decided to return, and once again the experience was very positive. The place is nice and quiet, with a pleasant atmosphere. It is located next to the Pergolesi Theater and also has a beautiful internal garden visible from the room, which makes the environment even more welcoming. The cuisine is always of an excellent standard: well-presented, tasty dishes with quality ingredients. There is a good balance between traditional dishes and more creative proposals. The service was also attentive, kind and professional as always. A place where I always gladly return, because I know that the quality is constant and the experience is always pleasant.
