01/04/2025: I can only review the restaurant because we didn't stay. The fact that we returned more than once for both lunch and dinner means that we had a good time, the food was delicious and the owner is really kind, we return every year! I recommend the risottos, they are top! And the chocolate-filled sciat, a delight!

01/03/2025: A great place for active recreation, very clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfasts, very friendly parking. I recommend massages after a whole day of skiing. We will be happy to come back to you next season.

06/03/2025: Forty-five years ago we went to S Barnaba to have lunch with the trout alla piota from the farm of the father of the current managers of the extraordinary starred restaurant Lanterna Verde. The chef with his team and the sommelier who guides you through hundreds of labels are the prelude to an absolutely exceptional tasting experience that leaves Italian and foreign customers amazed (there are now many guests who come down from Saint Moritz to dine at Villa di Chiavenna). We had lunch here with our almost two-year-old daughter and in addition to the high chair and an ad hoc menu for children, we found a lot of attention paid to the youngest customers. We will definitely be back.

25/02/2025: Siamo tornati a distanza di qualche anno nell'albergo di cui il bar è una appendice separata. Anche in questa occasione abbiamo potuto assaporare le loro pietanze. Uno strudel ineguagliabile, anche in confronto con quelli provati in Alto Adige. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

26/04/2025: I'm sorry to say but I only came once and I was very disappointed after reading the previous reviews. We went to eat at the restaurant and the deer salmì was inedible, too hard, plus we stayed for almost an hour waiting for almost nothing. Furthermore, the price was unclear because with food and drinks in total they cost €80 but we paid €120. The bread was not fresh. The meat only tasted of salt. The schnitzel tasted like nothing. On the other hand, the pinzzoccheri were very good but I don't feel like giving more than two stars

29/03/2025: As we have been told by our hotel staff, this is one of the best pizza place in Toronto. It was a bit of a walk about 20 minutes from Bernina Express train station however walk was worth it. It’s also close to a Basilica. They offer about 20 to 30 different pizza and the best part is it’s a good fire oven. It was a teen crest and plenty of veggie options. Also tried there Italian beer. I wouldn’t say it was a local but from Italy and it’s pretty good.

02/05/2025: Fermarsi da Passerini d mangiare bene, coccolati in tutti i sensi dell‘ alimentazione, della gentilezza e della simpatia. Questo tris per molti ristoratori risulta talvolta arduo, qui é la regola aurea.

28/04/2025: Passando davanti all'entrata del ristorante provavo sempre una sorta di attrazione fino a quando ho provato a prenotare un tavolo per due e ce l'abbiamo fatta. Entrando ci si è trovati in un bellissimo locale, accolti subito cordialmente dal titolare e dal collaboratore di sala. Abbiamo scelto due menù ed un fantastico vino autoctono. Tutto davvero perfetto, ingredienti freschi e saporiti, grandissima qualità...quindi soddisfazione al top...è stata un'esperienza positivissima e sicuramente ritorneremo. Ringraziamo lo staff

Correctly cooked (the way I like it) and good taste with high quality ingredients. If there is an opportunity I will definitely return. Highly recommended
