10/10/2024: Una nuova esperienza fatta di un menu’ vegetariano le cui portate sono state servite in abbinamento ognuna ad un cocktail, una super figata. Il barman Rahma stupendo, con una preparazione ed una professionalità straordinari, lo Chef Maurizio Bufi, Pugliese doc ci ha deliziato con dei piatti particolari e con la sua simpatia.

08/09/2024: Experiencia realmente decepcionante, definitivamente no estándar de estrellas Michelin. En primer lugar, solo quiero dejar claro que el restaurante no es reflejo del hotel. Este hotel es excelente, las instalaciones y el personal hacen un trabajo maravilloso aquí. Sin embargo, Il Fagiano, no está a la altura de lo que se espera para el restaurante principal de un hotel de este estándar, dejando de lado el hecho de que es estrella Michelin. Para destacar algunos platos que comimos, el pato había terminado - cocinado, estaba más allá del reconocimiento del pato. el Ravioli era tan agobiante y los canelones estaba lleno de tanto azafrán que no era bueno. El servicio era bastante incómodo y tenía una bebida derramada por el servicio (que fue un accidente y comprensible que esto puede suceder, pero realmente se reconoció). Si se aloja en el hotel, explore algunas de las otras opciones gastronómicas de la zona y no se decepcionará.

18/04/2025: Se potessi descrivere quest’esperienza a livello di ristorazione sarebbe esaustiva a livello sensoriale e nella raffinatezza dei piatti , il tutto accompagnato da una location con questa vista sorprendente ed un personale accogliente qualificato , niente da aggiungere bravi

12/02/2025: Lately I've been stopping for breakfast because it's convenient for me with the working hours at the moment, but I think I'll change bars... the barmaids have a depressed attitude and are very slow in service, never a smile, in fact they seem annoyed by having customers and one thing that bothered me a lot is the fact that they have a large, long-haired dog that wanders around the tables in the bar and with the brioche boxes placed on the tables because even those are never ready in the display... but Where do we put hygiene? What if there was an allergic customer? If a family member of mine were present I would have to leave immediately so as not to have any problems, I hope the local health authority will pass and take stock of the situation... this is not good!!!

18/02/2025: Bellissimo pranzo, la nostra prima volta. Arrivare è stata dura :-) si arriva con qualche difficoltà per chi ha auto larghe e si trova isolato in cima a collina con vista molto bella. Location davvero bella, tipica e i titolari ti fanno sentire a casa. Portate molto buone, carta dei vini ok e servizio molto cortese. Ci è piaciuto, ci torneremo e lo consigliamo

06/01/2025: Diciamo che dai cenoni di capodanno nei locali non ci si aspetta mai nulla di che. Questo è stato nella media buono. Alcune cose potevano esser un po’ più “accorte” essendo comunque una cena di capodanno ma apprezzo la gentilezza del Proprietario nel darmi la doppia razione di secondo visto che io non avevo mangiato nulla prima a causa di un’allergia. Carino il post serata con musica anche se poteva esser più coinvolgente

01/11/2024: Pessimo in tutto. Il locale è semplice ma la parte peggiore è proprio nel cibo. Qualità molto bassa, tempi di attesa lunghi e molto disorganizzati. Lo abbiamo provato per non tornarci più. In zona ci sono altri posti, allo stesso livello che offrono molto ma molto di più, in termini di qualità e servizio

Friendliness and kindness are the setting for a modern and at the same time traditional environment as is now increasingly rarely found in a food "business" today. Anyone passing through the center of Rezzato must make a visit to fully appreciate the taste and flavor of its products with their own palate.
