31/05/2025: The worst place to eat in Genoa. Burnt French fries and grandparents gave us an extra packet of ketchup, frozen pizzas at €16 each and terrible service.
27/05/2025: I would leave 0 stars if possible the service was slow and the owner YELLED at me when asking questions about the bill. This is not how you treat tourists. 👎🏼 and the bathroom smelled so bad.

30/07/2025: CoverCharge to sit down not even mentioned? Hidden charges....This is a RipOff bad example of a place to visit. Go elsewhere as we had to $5 glasses of wine which is all we wanted and made us buy Caprese. Over $100 Euro. Charged $12 cover charge per person & a 10% tip on the cover charge, LOL, plus other fees. We basically paid $100 Euro for two glasses of wine & bread. Bad experience for Portofino

12/08/2025: We liked it! I wasn't sure to eat here because of bad reviews, but we were hungry and decided to give it a try since we already were close by. We ordered calamari e gamberi fritti and branzino al forno, also tiramisu. Not the cheapest, nor the most delicious, but food was good! Our waiter was serious, but helpful. Something very nice was the owner who greeted us and was very attentive.
06/08/2025: Very good, the pizzas are very good. And the tiramisu is delicious. I highly recommend it.

Circondato da transenne, impossibile accedere, serrande chiuse, luci spente.
Purtroppo non sapendo avevo prenotato tramite un’app e mi era pure arrivata la conferma della prenotazione.
Arrivati lì, la sorpresa.

18/07/2025: Horrenda. Estos tipos no tienen idea de cómo administrar un negocio de hospitalidad y restauración. Comida grosera, pobre, extremadamente lenta y con un sentido del derecho que te hace desear que abandones el lugar inmediatamente. Evitar
