19/03/2024: Optimal!! Eating here is a complete surprise, relying on the guidance of the chef/owner you reach a goal that leaves you very satisfied. The wine selections, both local and otherwise, are also excellent. Everything very good.

17/03/2024: We went to Osmodi on February 10th for dinner, the place was just for us. In these cases it's worth the trip, the restaurant pays great attention to detail, the chef Deborah was fantastic (thanks again) we had a 6-course tasting and wine tasting, particularly pay attention to intolerances and allergies. as regards the menu in words it is difficult to explain what we felt while eating its dishes, it was a carousel of flavours, smells and consistencies of the dishes above the average of many famous starred ones. We will come back for sure

01/03/2024: My wife and I had lunch at the Grottino restaurant. We were welcomed with professionalism, elegance and attention to detail that is difficult to find in restaurants today. 07/04/2024: A good-to-cry lunch at Namo. Delicious and inviting dishes, with contrasts of simple and quality ingredients combined to perfection. Portions more than fair. Smiling and easy-going service, well-kept location but without too many unnecessary frills. The local wine by the glass was also appreciated. Given the average expense for eating out now, the asking price is more than honest. Too bad it's not close to home... it will remain in our memory forever!

25/03/2024: Despite not being a seaside place, I had a simply wonderful fish lunch the first time, the second time I tasted a land menu and everything was excellent, good service, availability, very clean and very nice and welcoming environment... a place that DJs I will definitely be back often

15/05/2024: Pranzo in famiglia, abbiamo preso un antipasto a Base di crostini e formaggio, poi a seguire un piatto di pasta all'amatriciana, forse il migliore mai mangiato. Per finire tiramisù squisito. Porzioni molto abbondanti e gran qualità.

Con un ambiente accogliente che riflette la calda ospitalità italiana, questa trattoria è un must per gli amanti del buon cibo. Quando siamo suoi ospiti ci piace farci guidare da Massimo (il proprietario) in un viaggio tra i sapori, dove ogni piatto racconta una storia di tradizione e innovazione. Il menu offre una varietà di antipasti, primi e secondi che soddisfano sia i palati più tradizionalisti sia quelli alla ricerca di qualcosa di nuovo. La lode va alla carbonara tartufata, con la crema d’uovo vellutata ed il tartufo a sublimarne la perfezione. Il pesce, sempre freschissimo, è cucinato con passione e sapienza. Ogni selezione è preparata con cura e presentata con un tocco di originalità. L’atmosfera da Kiathos è calda e familiare, così come l’accoglienza del personale. Per me è una tappa obbligata per chi desidera immergersi nei sapori autentici della cucina laziale e toscana.

31/03/2024: Excellent restaurant in the center of Caprarola. Spectacular grilled meat and fabulous first courses, young staff and excellent wine list. Delicious desserts, with typical ingredients of the area such as chestnuts and hazelnuts. Highly recommended!!!

30/03/2024: I had the opportunity to visit this splendid place about two days ago, the weather wasn't the best, but the place is really nice, I ate well, and even my wife, who has celiac disease, found things that, unfortunately, are not often found around .
