08/01/2025: Above expectations! Very nice and welcoming environment. Very kind and attentive staff. Excellent food, as well as excellent choice of wines and spirits. Desserts absolutely worth trying. Although there are many meat dishes, my wife and I (vegetarians) found starters and first courses without meat and fish: excellent!

16/01/2025: What can I say. an excellence in every sense. Food, service, wines, staff, all impeccable and top notch. Always better and better. Food, preferably fish, prepared in the best possible way. The meal as a journey to be experienced and savoured. Very high quality, excellent service, wine list worthy of a very high level restaurant. Gianfranco and his wife were lovely people.

14/01/2025: An unforgettable taste experience. The dishes are all extraordinarily balanced and light. It feels like you're eating something insubstantial until the flavors explode in your mouth. The raw fish are exceptional in my opinion. I couldn't choose between the oyster with white chocolate ice cream, the cuttlefish or the amberjack. The service is very attentive but not overly intrusive or formal. The chef passed between the tables to greet the customers, not all starred chefs do this and I appreciated it. Perhaps the mark-ups on wine are a little excessive, exceeding 50%. Complete menu at €160 per person, wines excluded.

16/01/2025: Went here randomly on our last night on vacation on a Monday. Many places were closed but we enjoyed our dinner. Had the lobster and wife had the carbonara. Split a bottle of wine and tiramisu and enjoyed all of our food and drink. Was a slow night and very peaceful. Would go again

07/02/2025: My wife and I had been curious about this place for some time and we finally managed to go there. Instead of the menu we chose one of the proposed menus, the Libera - Mente. The range of proposals offered was exceptional in both quality and presentation. Unfortunately my photos do not reflect the excellence of the dishes. The wine proposed by the sommelier, truly prepared, was perfect. A compliment also to the dining room staff who explain the dishes perfectly and are constant in their attention to customers. I don't recommend a particular dish because I wouldn't know which one to start with. In short, a truly unmissable experience. Congratulations to everyone.

28/01/2025: Beautiful experience. Special food and a truly comfortable and private environment. From the bread to the covered oil, the quality of the absolute quality raw materials is evident. I did the tasting course for €65, I recommend it for the abundance of courses and the really tasty dishes.

02/11/2024: Location ricavata alla meglio sia dentro che fuori. Praticamente si mangia adiacente ad un marciapiedi con pallet come divisorio. Cucina pessima. Ho preso un battuto di gambero rosa al sapore di limone in quanto era l'unico sapore percepito. Il piatto del giorno consisteva in pasta e patate con le cozze. Si sentiva solo il sapore delle patate, le cozze sono state inserite già sgusciate. Per finire abbiamo preso trancio di ricciola cotto alla piastra con retrogusto di bruciato( piastra non pulita) il vino rosato del Salento raccomandato era un acquisto fatto al supermercato M.A del gruppo Gros di Fiumicino. In una giornata bella come quella odierna oltre noi tre c'erano altre due persone. Meglio un panino e lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti

01/11/2024: Excellent restaurant, my wife and I went there for lunch; the menu does not include many courses but for me it is a good sign: it means taking care of the dishes and the raw materials, which are really at the top: very fresh fish, homemade bread (very good); the dishes offered are certainly original and unconventional, for those who know how to appreciate innovation in the kitchen; quiet environment and attentive, friendly service; the bill is related to the quality of the offer Well done, we will definitely be back.

18/12/2024: Simple environment, the reference to the marine environment is everywhere. The portions are generous and the food is good. Fresh and tasty Luciana-style octopus, excellent and non-greasy mixed frying, seafood salad, shrimp tagliolini with lime, a fresh and original combination. Only note if I have to do it, perhaps the salt was a little abundant. But overall everything was excellent.

28/01/2025: I have been coming to eat at this restaurant from time to time for over 25 years. The location is decidedly "tactical", the environment is unpretentious but very familiar. The menu is simple but the dishes are always delicious, the service is courteous, efficient and friendly. I find that it has always had an excellent quality/price ratio. I can only recommend it (and absolutely don't miss their mixed starter!), truly excellent.

12/02/2025: Esperienza da ripetere, siamo venuti a pranzo e devo dire che non ho mai mangiato una pizza così buona, insalata di pollo, super!!!! Per non parlare di Franco un istituzione, persona super disponibile gentile, alla mano ma soprattutto di parola. Sicuramente torneremo anche con il piccolo. Ingredienti di qualità ed è possibile cogliere con piacere ogni sfumatura del gusto.

12/02/2025: Pizza muy rica y muy bien de precio. Merece mucho la pena. No es un sitio turístico, y se nota. Merece la pena ir adrede. Si volvemos a Roma, vendremos seguro.

04/10/2024: A fantastic host. B&B near the airport, clean and with exemplary service. Fabrizio offered to take us to and from the airport at a more than reasonable price, and with fantastic kindness. Totally recommended.

06/02/2025: Che dire, siamo stati benissimo,posto accogliente e grande gentilezza del personale. Lo Chef Giorgio persona premurosa e gentile ,la sua cucina è tradizionale ma con qualche nota di contemporaneo che non guasta . Consigliatissimo.
