27/06/2026: We were accompanied throughout the meal by extremely kind and knowledgeable waitstaff. From the entrée to the final pampering, everything was excellent. Dinner was an experience. Even our 17-year-old son was very satisfied with his dinner.

11/05/2026: Simply the best pizza in the world. It's hard to convey in words how good it is and how carefully selected the ingredients are to create pizzas that will blow your mind. Potato-crusted porchetta (THE ORIGINAL), chicken salad, breaded steak...not to mention the exceptional fried foods. If you've never been to Sancho's, you've never had pizza.

11/05/2026: A small but very casual place: you order at the counter and, if there's a spot, sit at the tables. We ordered practically everything from the counter... and it was all spectacular. Phenomenal pizza by the slice, light and crispy, with top-quality ingredients. The one that impressed me the most was the amatriciana: I could have easily eaten two more pans. We also had a "frittatina" with truffle, cacio e pepe... it was so good, it was simply illegal. The staff was incredibly friendly. If you're passing through Fiumicino, stopping at Sancio is practically a must.

28/06/2026: We had dinner last night for our anniversary. From the outside, it looks like a small place. Far from it. Upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor space (where they had reserved a table for two). The place has a typically seaside decor. The atmosphere is refined. We ordered cod and pine nut meatballs, bruschetta with burrata, anchovies, and pistachios, a portion of tonnarelli cacio e pepe, shrimp, and lime, a fried calamari, a bottle of Muller Turgau, two lemon sorbets, and two coffees. Everything was excellent! Roberta is an attentive hostess. The chef knows his stuff. The guys who work with her are knowledgeable and kind. We enjoyed the live Caribbean music (we didn't know it would be there). In short: we had a perfect evening in a beautiful restaurant where the food is truly delicious. Thank you, Roberta, and thank you guys. See you soon. P.S. A little tip from someone who can't cook: I would have preferred the shrimp in the cacio e pepe chopped into small pieces. (-:

29/06/2025: I went there last night, but upon arrival I found another restaurant, with a different name and different management, where I ate badly, tasteless food and small portions.

08/06/2026: We went to this restaurant to celebrate our two-year anniversary. We wanted to avoid the "usual" seafood restaurant and try something different, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The restaurant offers highly refined dishes, with unique pairings designed for those who love to experiment with new flavors. We were won over right from the chef's welcome: a warm focaccia accompanied by exquisite whipped anchovy butter. We chose the six-course tasting menu for €65, a truly fair price considering the high-quality ingredients and the quantity (by the end of the meal, I was literally stuffed!). The staff, incredibly kind and friendly, also made the difference, making the lunch even more special. Highly recommended!

I think some background music would be helpful. Excellent and well-organized service. Truly skilled and kind.

12/06/2026: I stayed at the beach with friends who have been frequenting it for a long time. Then, around 1:00 PM, I was feeling peckish and decided on spaghetti with seafood or clams. From there, a riot of delicacies awaited, all at a fair price, with excellent service. I'll definitely be back.

09/06/2026: We had a family lunch in this charming seaside chalet. The cuisine deserves special mention: truly excellent food that satisfied everyone. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the service management by the restaurant manager, who was inattentive and quite dismissive when we complained about being neglected. A real shame, especially since the rest of the staff (bartender and waiters) went out of their way to remedy the situation. Service is fundamental to me; I hope this criticism will be constructive for the future.

13/03/2026: After a few years, we returned with our family to this place that was a favorite for us. Total disappointment, interminable wait, even for the kids, and sloppy service. The same dish, poor and without garnish, was served at a different table next door. I asked for bread, and they told me it was out shortly afterward. They brought it to another table. Spaghetti with clams served with lupini beans. The bill was steep, and the food was bland by their old standards. I'm sorry, but business can't be like this. I've lost a trusted place to go.
