I migliori ristoranti di cucina mediterranea in Roma

05/10/2023: First of all, I would like to point out that the name (at least for three years now) is EDERA FOOD HUB. We were there for the first time about three years ago and were very satisfied but, since it is totally out of the area for us, we never went back until last Sunday. The food is excellent, with some particular dishes such as courgette flowers "my way" which are filled with ricotta and crispy bacon and some additions that were not on the last menu (baked shank). The price is not cheap but it might not be a problem if there weren't some flaws in the place that make you look at the final bill with less than benevolent eyes. The chairs are ruined, the plates defective (I asked for one of the children's plates to be changed because a piece was missing) and everything has a patina of neglect. Come on, it just takes a little more care to bring the place back to the level of the cuisine served!

19/07/2023: Chairs that are falling apart, plates that are chipped, wallpapers that are peeling, clash with the rather high prices and with a less than impeccable cuisine (very salty chicken, raw ravioli) and with the style that the place would like to give itself. I wouldn't go back

20/07/2025: Abbiamo vissuto sopra il bar per 4 giorni. Fabio e il bar erano la nostra base... iniziavamo ogni mattina lì con due latte macchiato e concludevamo la serata con un Aperol. Il posto migliore di Saronno. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo!!

05/10/2023: In cerca di un ristorante zona Vaticano ci siamo recati in borgo Pio. Mi sembravano tutti molto turistici. Ma l'unico che ha attirato la ns attenzione si è rivelata scelta azzeccata. Sia piatti tradizionali romani (ho preso una carbonara super), fatti benissimo, sia piatti cucina moderna. Mio marito scottadito e carciofo alla romana: il migliore assaggiato. Personale giovane, cordiale, con voglia di fare. Christian il cameriere molto carino con noi. Lo consiglio davvero. Prezzi nella media di Roma. Vini anche della casa.

20/07/2023: Birra alla spina assente. Birra in bottiglia a temperatura ambiente. Gelati di qualsiasi tipo assenti. Pizza di pessima qualità. Sorbetto a temperatura ambiente (incredibile!). Meglio morire da piccoli.

12/11/2024: È bellissimo consiglio a tutti di andarci Cibo eccellente ci riandrò il prima possibile. Servizio eccellente e location da paura

06/06/2025: Veldig god mat og hyggelig personale! Koselig område også:) Silvan var veldig imøtekommende og kunne til og med norsk!

19/05/2025: La comida estaba bien a la par con el resto de la zona. Los precios en el menú están bien, probablemente un poco altos, pero el asesino es que añaden un cargo del 20% en la factura y lo exigen en efectivo. Muy engañoso y en prácticas poco confiables. Trabajan muy duro para que los transeúntes entren y sin saberlo los golpean al final. Sigue caminando...
