17/05/2026: Today, Sunday, May 17th, we decided to have a family lunch at the Museum restaurant in Fiuggi, and believe me, calling it just "a wonderful experience" would be an understatement. It was a true triumph of flavors, courtesy, and professionalism. ​As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean location, an elegant and warm atmosphere, where every detail is meticulously designed. ​The service was simply excellent; the staff demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and extraordinary kindness, qualities that are now rare and make you feel pampered from the first to the last moment. ​And then... the food. It's truly difficult to find the right words to describe how delicious everything was. We started with an incredible assortment of appetizers: excellent, top-quality cured meats, amazing cheeses, and expertly cooked vegetables. A start that alone was worth the visit. But the real highlight came with the first courses: simply superb, a perfect balance of flavors that left the whole family extremely satisfied. At the Museum restaurant, you don't just go to eat; you go to enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience. Kudos to the entire staff for the passion you convey in every detail. 05/05/2026: We returned to this historic restaurant, and as always, the pizza did not disappoint. The real highlight is the dough: light, fragrant, and incredibly digestible. You can tell they put a lot of care into the leavening process and the choice of flours; the ingredients are fresh and top-quality. The only complaint is the wait times, which were a bit long throughout the evening. However, the friendly staff and the delicious food more than made up for our patience. The prices are absolutely fair and honest for the quality of the offerings. If you're looking for one of the best pizzas in the area, this is the place. We'll definitely be back!

07/04/2026: We were there at Easter… a lovely table… set menu at €70… food not excellent… but the very serious thing is that they charged €55 excluding the bitters… considering that some dishes were missing (the pineapple was missing), unfortunately a nice place but it should be eliminated.

Assuming it was a bad night, I'll leave, given previous visits, and give the benefit of the doubt. I recommend providing more appropriate lighting (very low), at least for my seating position.

17/04/2026: I'm celiac and have been frequenting Albatros for several years. The gluten-free food is excellent and served with kindness, care, and safety. The speed of service and the softness of the gluten-free pizza were often two of the restaurant's weak points in the past, but they've improved enormously recently, with the service being quick and the gluten-free pizza truly delicious. Please keep up the good work!

21/03/2026: There's at least a 20-minute wait every time, but 20 minutes is a luxury; sometimes, even 45 minutes. The greed for taking any order is impressive, and then the customer loses out, so between the restaurant, takeout, and countless couriers, you find yourself waiting like an idiot every time. I used to use it for convenience and proximity, but I prefer to drive a few miles and not sit there waiting for cod. Besides, the food isn't anything special, in fact, I always repeat, I use it at most. As a fallback, I use takeout. Never again.
