24/05/2026: Very slow service—you even had to wait for the menu, even though the place wasn't terribly busy.
We ordered a fillet and two tagliata, and the cuts of meat weren't the best we'd ever eaten.
Regarding the setting, even though it's located in the center of Ferentino, the acoustics in the room didn't make for a pleasant experience.
The prices were high for the quality and flavor of the food. Very disappointed.

05/05/2026: We returned to this historic restaurant, and as always, the pizza did not disappoint. The real highlight is the dough: light, fragrant, and incredibly digestible. You can tell they put a lot of care into the leavening process and the choice of flours; the ingredients are fresh and top-quality.
The only complaint is the wait times, which were a bit long throughout the evening. However, the friendly staff and the delicious food more than made up for our patience.
The prices are absolutely fair and honest for the quality of the offerings. If you're looking for one of the best pizzas in the area, this is the place. We'll definitely be back!

01/07/2026: I ordered takeout for the first time, two entrees and drinks. The price was fair considering the quality of the ingredients: fresh fish and excellent quality meat. Fair? Poorly cooked, or at least the seafood was really watery, and the pasta generally didn't hold together, but overall, considering the quality of the ingredients, it was good.

14/07/2026: We returned to this restaurant again because we were pleasantly impressed the first time (for a quick escape from the chaos of Rome).
My boyfriend and I can only confirm that first impression.
From the location to the food, everything was fantastic, but what we especially want to highlight is Valerio's kindness, hospitality, and friendliness, which contributed significantly to making our dinner and evening even more enjoyable.
With his dish recommendations and wonderful stories, he made us feel at home!!
We'll be back soon because for us, La Taverna del Castello is a guarantee!

The appetizers and meat-based first courses are excellent. We haven't tried the fish or pizza, but we'll definitely be back very soon...

We were immediately struck by the location, a place where we could forget the chaos of our busy lives and be pampered by a young, attentive staff! We took advice from Chefs Sabrina and Martina when choosing the menu; every dish was carefully crafted, using top-quality ingredients! We couldn't have made a better choice; our guests were enchanted by the location, the food, and the attentiveness of the entire staff! We will definitely choose Villa Euchelia again for our special occasions!

The location is spectacular, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is refined and excellent, the young Chefs Sabrina and Martina offer excellent quality. We appreciated the attention to detail of Cecilia, Salvatore, Domenico, and Francesco, who pampered and looked after us every step of the way, making the day perfect. We felt at home 🥰

07/04/2026: We were there at Easter… a lovely table… set menu at €70… food not excellent… but the very serious thing is that they charged €55 excluding the bitters… considering that some dishes were missing (the pineapple was missing), unfortunately a nice place but it should be eliminated.
