23/05/2025: Amazing lunch at Trattoria Consolate. Bread bowl with lots of yummy assorted breads in - walnut bread, tomato covered bread, white crusty bread, saffron bread. We had the house Antipasti, which contained lots of different tastes - burrata, tomato, knife ham, courgette cake, polenta cube, stuffed courgette flower which was battered and fried. We then had rice of the day - risotto like with asparagus, dried chili pepper and ravioli of the day with butter sauce and walnuts. Also 2 glasses of house wine and sparkling water. Our total was €63 Really amazing and interesting food and if we're every back near Ferentino again we'll visit here. Such a nice old underground archway building too 😊🍷🍷👌

13/05/2025: We found the trattoria consolare by chance but it immediately presented itself as welcoming and characteristic, very kind and helpful staff not to mention the exquisite food in short we will definitely be back! Thank you!

29/04/2025: We arrived at this restaurant following the excellent reviews and I must say that we can only confirm it! Excellent food, friendly and knowledgeable staff, the waiter recommended dishes off the menu which we appreciated very much, not to mention the pasta which was perfect. We will definitely return when we return to Fiuggi!!!

25/03/2025: We came down from Frankfurt am Main to celebrate a birthday with family and friends at Villa Euchelia. Dinner for about 40 people, excellent cuisine and excellent service. Everything taken care of well! Even the hotel rooms we took were all neat and clean. We were very happy, our guests were also very happy, and this remains the most important thing. Villa Euchelia.. availability.. professionalism and kindness with a beautiful family "touch"! Thank you

24/03/2025: We stayed 2 nights at villa euchelia using a wonderbox package. The room we stayed in was simple and rational, the place pleasant and quiet, the staff young and helpful. Special praise goes to the food, all really excellent, especially the tortelloni stuffed with Genoese which I put in my top 3 of the best dishes eaten to date :)

There are a few steps to go up if you have a car is better go up to the hill and walk up to the restaurant from there Extraordinarily beautiful location and amazing staff members they have The owner is also very friendly and kind food is delicious

07/05/2025: Excellent place where I went with my family. Welcomed by a very kind waitress, as well as the other waiters. Young, but professional and very helpful. The food was excellent and plentiful. I didn't give 5 stars because the bread for celiacs remained a bit too frozen even after the second time it was reheated. Anyway, congratulations and we'll leave

Finalmente riesco a prenotare il nostro tavolo per 10 con tanto di seggiolone per la piccola dei nostri amici. Un tavolo in una silenziosa saletta ben arredata, con tanto di luci e fiori che rendono l'atmosfera curata e piacevole. Un ottimo.menù e le sapienti spiegazioni per la.scelta di vini locali. Il proprietario ed il suo staff sempre disponibili e gentili. Materie prime di alta qualità in ricette della tradizione rivisitate. Una grande sorpresa e la voglia di replicare presto. Grazie davvero

The food is delicious, you can feel the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparation. 05/05/2025: C’è poco da dire, posto eccezionale se si cerca la cucina tradizionale e i sapori autentici, sa di buono già solo entrando nel ristorante, personalmente mi sono trovato benissimo, consiglio di assaggiare le pappardelle al ragù di capriolo e il cervo, che bontà, Dulcis in fundo anche la millefoglie era buonissima. Personale cordiale e molto accogliente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente
