30/09/2025: I've been frequenting Trattoria Consolare for years, both for aperitifs and dinners with friends or special occasions. It's a warm and welcoming place, enhanced by exhibitions by local artists that make it even more beautiful. This time I found Ilona dell'Olio's work on display—a great surprise!!! The dishes are always excellent, using top-quality ingredients, the staff are friendly, and the wine selection is excellent, with perfect recommendations. For me, it remains a must-try in Ferentino. But the best part is when Amedeo, the owner, tells you about the special of the day. Highly recommended ❤️

19/09/2025: Had a wonderful dinner... excellent food quality. Everything was impeccable. Delicious!!! Especially the buffalo stew and tiramisu... highly recommended! The staff was very kind. A truly wonderful dinner.

20/09/2025: I had dinner with my mother, a true Ciociara daughter, and we enjoyed the thin pasta with meat sauce, which were on par with the ones my grandmother used to make for me.

12/09/2025: I came to Ciociaria with high expectations of its famous cuisine. I found this place through Google reviews (which I find suspicious, due to the large number of them and the restaurant's remote location 🤔 ) and honestly, I don't understand how a place like this can have such a reputation. I don't have anything negative to say about the first courses or the house wine. Regarding the main courses, I have to say they were meager and unremarkable. The mountain starter, I couldn't even eat the ham, the side salad was ridiculously large, and to top it all off, when the bill arrived, they said it was a fixed menu, €30 each...?! I ordered the house wine, starter, first course, main course, and side dish, and none of this was specified on the bill! It's a shame that, while making good first courses, they ruin everything else in this way. I'm responding to the owner's comment: my mood changed after seeing the mixed grill and the quantity of the side dishes, potatoes, and salad. I couldn't eat the ham. It was very good quality. The worst ham I've eaten in Italy, dry and salty. My partner ate it because he doesn't like to throw food away. I still don't understand the reviews from other customers who praise the starter and main courses, since food is very good in Italy and Italians appreciate quality.

27/08/2025: The place is small, so reservations are recommended. The dishes are very good. We had an appetizer (fried calamari and anchovies), which was delicious, two first courses, also very good and plentiful, a portion of berry cheesecake (huge and delicious), some biscuits, and two coffees. The staff is very kind and the service is fast. The bill, especially considering the quality of the fish, was excellent. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: We booked late, at 9:30 PM, and the owner greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. The meat was exceptional, with a wide selection, and the appetizers and side dishes were also very good. The price was exceptional for the quality of the food! I highly recommend it and hope to return when I'm back in Fiuggi!

16/08/2025: There are places where anyone who shows up with a Smartbox, a Wonderbox, or any other package is treated like a second-class guest, or fleeced with hidden costs. And then there's Villa Euchelia, which immediately accepts reservations during peak season with just a few days' notice, which easily accommodates a child and dog even though the package only covers two people (with a small, absolutely negligible and legitimate surcharge), and which offers every service and attention, with elegance, professionalism, and courtesy. At Villa Euchelia, we were truly pampered: the rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the spaces are spacious, and the panoramic pool is a little gem. The breakfasts and dinners included in the package are truly fabulous, and we happily added dishes and wines not included to fully enjoy the cuisine. Special praise for the treatment of our son and our little dog: it's not something to be taken for granted, and it's unusual, especially in August. We will certainly return and recommend Villa Euchelia to everyone, for a tasteful break, a charming night, or a moment to celebrate with family.

02/08/2025: I've known this establishment for decades. The original owners, who ran it until a few years ago, were highly competent and professionally above standard... Today, the management has changed, and this is my first time there since the change of management. I must say that the current young managers have been an unexpected and wonderful discovery! The kindness in the dining room, the attention to detail, the already high-quality atmosphere, decidedly improved, in spaces where cleanliness REIGNS! And finally, the cuisine! The quality and food are of the highest quality, with the mastery of a starred chef, in composition, presentation, reinterpretation, but above all, in taste! In the flavors! From appetizers to dessert, nothing to criticize! Praise, only Praise! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And with the 30% TheFork discount, you'll feel like you've dined at a pizzeria, but in a Michelin-starred setting!

06/10/2025: Perfect is an understatement. We ate wonderfully; everything was delicious and plentiful. The place is quiet and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff is friendly and courteous and very attentive to their customers. For what we ate, we got what we deserved. I recommend the cheese and porcini fondue. We'll definitely be back. Everything was perfect; we loved it.

15/08/2025: Finding this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Intrigued by the charming atmosphere of the village of Monte San Giovanni Campano, we decided to stop for dinner. We were immediately greeted by the extremely professional staff, who explained the delicious menu to us. We ate deliciously and spent a wonderful evening in an enchanting place. We stumbled upon it by chance, and we'll definitely be back!

19/07/2025: Nous somme allés en couple dans ce restaurant de montagne car il étais bien éclairé, une grande terrasse et non loin de notre location Trois hommes impeccablement habillés de noir nous ont accueillis respectueusement et malgré notre italien désastreux, ils ce sont occupés de nous avec empressement et rapidité, tous les 3 on fait des efforts pour nous comprendre et nous expliquer tous les plats, merci à eux. Cannelloni succulents, pâtes au champignons locaux délicieuses Nous avons pris un secondi, deux plats c'était trop, j'ai pris un gâteau maison frais et léger, un régal Allez-y les yeux fermés nous vous le conseillons et pourtant étant cuisinier je suis très pointilleux

02/09/2025: I was there with my family, it was a really beautiful and welcoming place. We ate 6 pizzas and I have to say they were truly excellent, light and delicious. They even have products for those with dairy allergies. A truly excellent place, I recommend it!!!

12/09/2025: At the entrance, there's a big sign: "Four-legged animals are allowed ONLY INSIDE THE CARRIER, both inside and in the outdoor garden." I don't think I've ever heard anything more absurd than that. You'd look better saying you don't accept them, since Italian law still allows you to do so. Unclassifiable. We didn't even go in. And don't say it's for hygiene reasons, because that's a nonsense.

28/08/2025: A delightful summer evening with friends. We dined in the outdoor courtyard: lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The wait was reasonable considering the long line at the entrance (a true sign of quality in this case)! The Roman-style thin-crust pizza was delicious, but the highlight, for those with a real appetite, was undoubtedly the stuffed calzones! From the fragrant dough to the super-tasty filling... We tried the famous "UFO"... Simply out of this world!!!
