Si vede ancora l’artigianalita’ manualità e soprattutto tecnica cose che al giorno d’oggi le usano in pochi.ottimi gli accostamenti sapori super equilibrati ma soprattutto la presentazione! Buona la cantina con vini molto ricercati …servizio molto preparato gentile disponibile e molto solare.
Rapporto qualità prezzo più che giusto !
