06/07/2025: Mi dispiace malgrado l educazione ricevuta dai dipendenti,ma il ritardo di un primo un ore e mezza non si può sentire, né tantomeno tenere un cliente inchiodato dalle ore 21,30 alle 23,15 senza ricevere nulla.Io credo che strafare mettere tavoli ovunque pure dí riempire e portare solo una bottiglia di vino al tavolo per poi prendere una comanda dopo mezz’ora e servire dopo un altra ora significa assicurarsi già pagato il vino poi se il cliente si lamenta e vuole andare via ti deve almeno pagare la bottigli caricate il triplo .Disorganizzati un caos se avessi voluto cenare con seconda portata e dolce andavo via alle 2.Capisco che vuoi guadagnare perché c’è turismo ma il disservizio non ti premia.

26/03/2025: Il ristorante Cavallino Rosso, situato nel cuore di Tivoli, è una vera gemma culinaria che sorprende piacevolmente i suoi ospiti. Nonostante l’aspetto esterno possa sembrare modesto, l’esperienza gastronomica offerta è di altissimo livello. La cucina di mare è il fiore all’occhiello del locale, con piatti a base di pesce freschissimo e di qualità eccellente, preparati con maestria dallo chef Simone Martorana.

09/03/2025: La pizza migliore del mondo! Le recensioni negative che leggo non sono affatto veritiere! E’ più costoso rispetto allo standard ma la qualità dei prodotti è talmente elevata che giustifica il prezzo!

05/11/2025: They're ripping you off with the prices. Café Napoleón/ Bar Brasile SRL Be careful, the price displayed in the window isn't the same as the price on the bill. We ordered something simple to snack on in the mid-afternoon, a panini and a Coke. When the bill arrived, it was impossible to understand what it showed or what they were charging because nothing matched up. The waiter who served us seemed to understand the mistake when we complained, but another one rushed to say that the extra charge was because they brought it to the table (which was right next to the service display case, not even on the terrace). Seriously, where have you ever seen such audacity?! Oh yes, of course, that's what you see in Rome, and very often. Honestly, today we're fed up with this kind of trickery in many restaurants in Rome. They don't know how to inflate the bill because prices have to be fixed no matter what you order. At another restaurant, during lunch, they brought bread to the table, saying beforehand that it was included with the dishes, but in the end, they charged us for the bread (very expensive, like everything in Rome) even though we hadn't asked for it. And so, history repeats itself in Rome, making it eternally unbearable. They say all roads lead to Rome, of course not. With this mistreatment of tourists, they leave you with no desire to return. Customer service in Rome is a disgrace and an outrage!

05/11/2025: A place that initially seemed promising. You arrive, check the prices, order, and when the bill arrives, it doesn't match the prices. You complain, they don't know what to say... and then the waiter, quick to put out the fire, tells you the extra charge is for table service, something that isn't mentioned anywhere on the receipt. Rome needs to take a good look at these things. I imagine few people complain for fear of looking foolish in front of friends and family, whom they're making jealous of the trip to the Eternal City. But the sad reality is that Rome is a chaotic, expensive, dirty city, with a great lack of empathy towards visitors. This café is a perfect example... but it's something that happens day in and day out during a stay in this city. P.S. And don't tell me it's the "charm." It's the "story" they tell.

10/07/2025: Sono stata a pranzo un sabato di giugno con mio marito, abbiamo preso del pesce cucinato molto bene. Ristorante vista mare in un clima accogliente e rilassante, personale gentile ed efficiente. Una pausa pranzo deliziosa per chi ama il mare e apprezza i suoi sapori. Alla fine abbiamo conosciuto lo chef Sergio per complimentarci personalmente. Consigliatissimo!

22/06/2025: Arriviamo alle due, alle 2:30 facciamo l’ordine, alle 15:15 non era arrivato nulla. Chiediamo alla cameriera a che punto fossero i nostri antipasti. In quel momento, incurante che sul tavolo non ci fosse nulla, la cameriera realizza che il tavolo non è stato ancora servito - a noi che si fossero dimenticati il tavolo (eravamo in 8, non proprio un tavolino) ci è venuto in mente quando abbiamo visto il cuoco fuori che fumava. La cosa che mi ha colpito è che nessuno in sala si fosse accorto del nostro tavolo vuoto e senza cibo. La cameriera ci spiega che si sono persi la comanda e che avrebbe mandato subito avanti il tavolo. Fino a qui, non bene ma capiamo la dimenticanza (anche se ci stupiamo di tale non presidio sulla sala). Ciliegina: arriva tutto insieme. Fritti, antipasti, crudi, primi… come se avessero mandato tutti i piatti insieme per recuperare. A quel punto non ci stiamo. Eh no. Non mi mangio un antipasto di crudi da 50 euro e intanto la pasta sta lì e si fredda. Rimandiamo indietro i primi. Ci rifanno il primo dopo gli antipasti ed è davvero immangiabile. Uno spaghetto con le vongole dove le vongole sembrano essere state lanciate nello spaghetto lesso. Ma ancora non è finita. Dopo il primo e l’evidente brutta figura nessuno considera più il nostro tavolo. Non lo sparecchiano, non ci chiedono se vogliamo il dolce, non ci offrono caffè e amari. La strada per una ristorazione basilare è ancora lunga. Evitatelo
