14/12/2024: The place was on the great spot, but the food is not that great, we ordered some pasta which was poor , wine was good, and drank a coup of coffee. The waiter was ok, but at he end when we pay the check around 50eur, he took his freedom to take the change for him self as a tip, even if we said that it wasn't his choice to do that. he eventually bring us back the change to insult us which was not very kind from his side. In the end there are better places to dine and wine than this one.

03/12/2024: The worst experience in Rome, a shame not to have read the reviews before. We sat down to have a drink because as we passed they called us and tricked us into forcing us to consume more by justifying the location of the place. Waiter raising his voice trying to embarrass us. The situation was embarrassing. In addition, they charged us without getting us the receipt for what was consumed.

09/12/2024: Very good coffee and pastries. Three takeaway cappuccinos and six pastries cost us Euro 13.50. The bar area is only very small so it may not be possible to stay and at the bar and drink your coffee but they do do takeaway coffee.

09/11/2024: Arancino is very salty and warmed up. Even poorly heated, they are cold inside. A good place to just sit with a glass of wine. The Americano is also tasteless. There aren't very many tables, there are enough waiters, but they don't clear the table until you leave. It’s strange, they could have cleaned it up so that customers could drink their wine cleanly.

17/12/2024: Avoid at all costs. Food poisoning highly probable. Food tastes awful.

26/11/2024: Romantic restaurant above Lake Nemi. Very good value for money. The service is very "homemade" but the dishes are excellent

17/11/2024: Esperienza mediocre: cibo non entusiasmante, prezzi decisamente alti rispetto alla qualità del cibo offerto. Spiacevole sorpresa al momento del pagamento, ogni cestino di pane (non richiesto) è costato 5€. Migliorabile il servizio.

09/12/2024: For your information, they charge you 3euro per person for outdoor seating just for drinking coffee. And they also ask you 1euro tip to use their restroom.

03/11/2024: Mi sono fermato a pranzo,ordinato prosciutto di Bassiano, stinco di maiale con patate, broccoletti rigirati in padella,il prosciutto e arrivato subito,lo stinco dopo circa un' ora (strano), ma la sorpresa è che è arrivato il piatto freddo. Alla mia domanda sul maiale che era freddo,mi hanno risposto lo scaldiamo, altri 15 minuti. Preciso ero il terzo tavolo seduto, non si può improvvisare pensate bene prima di entrare

22/09/2024: Intanto un caffè al tavolo fine pranzo 5 euro. Neanche all' Hilton!!! Chiesto filetto ai funghi porcini mi dice che mi avrebbe portato un controfiletto e che essendo macellai di generazioni nn avrei sentito la differenza!! L'ho sentita tutta era pieno di nervi. Insomma molto caro sia per le portate prese (due secondi e 2 contorni) 1 dolce ,1 amaro, 1 caffe. Non lo raccomando assolutamente.

28/11/2024: Shit, the lasagna is bad, moldy and the waiter doesn't give solutions either, better to eat shit from the street that at least doesn't charge you €30

02/11/2024: We had a quick drink and then went to the restroom, but the owner essentially tried to chase us out, claiming we hadn’t consumed enough. I have never in my life encountered someone so unfriendly. It was absolutely unnecessary and likely bad for business to treat customers that way.

02/12/2024: The worst place in Rome!! Terrible service and rude staff who don’t even know the prices. When I asked how much a glass of wine costs, the waiter said he didn’t know and walked away. Later, he came back and said it was €8, which is unreasonably expensive. There was also a 20% tax—not that it’s a bad thing, but the place wasn’t worth it, and the service was awful. This is the kind of place where you’ll get ripped off. My friend ordered lemonade, but they brought her Schweppes for €8 (0.3L). At the entrance, there were shady bouncers wearing STAFF shirts. In short, a sketchy place.

02/12/2024: 20% service tax. Lemonade for 8 euros IS REGULAR Schweppes. The waiter came up with the prices for a glass of wine just off the top of his head. Looking at the place, it seems that the establishment is in demand, but most likely they offer different prices to locals. The waiter didn't speak English well.

29/12/2024: Authentic, homemade pizzas well prepared with whole wheat flour and fresh, seasonal ingredients.

06/12/2024: Buena vista, comida regular en sabor y calidad, abundante. Precios altos en relación a lo que te sirven en calidad y sabor. No lo recomiendo El servicio es bueno y son amables y atentos. Higiene buena, son limpios y ordenados.

26/11/2024: Una sorpresa la qualità della carbonara, pensavo nessuno sapesse farla meglio di me :) ed ho scoperto che sbagliavo. Nonostante sia un locale prevalentemente per turisti la cucina é veramente romana.

17/09/2024: Prices completely out of the norm: coffee at the table €2.40 and half liter bottle of water €2 Apparently unpretentious bar, normal but with completely unjustified downtown restaurant prices. We will not return and do not recommend.

30/12/2024: They lied about the service charge and asked for a tip on top. Avoid if at all possible!

29/12/2024: Unfortunately we cannot put zero, I beg you to flee this place. It's a disaster from start to finish. The service is deplorable, the dishes have no taste. Tourist catcher no Italian restaurant culture. PLEASE NOTE the prices are excluding tax and this is not specified anywhere, once the bill arrives you have an additional 10%.

01/10/2024: Place criticized for no reason or rather in Italy the concept that quality and service are paid for is still not accepted. For me the quality of this place is difficult to find around then the price is discussed

22/09/2024: On September 22nd, 2024 we were guests in Ventotene with our sailing yacht. To end the beautiful day we went to Zi''Amalia for dinner. The waitress took the order. Another waitress comes and tells us that it is the opening of the season and that the bottle of wine we ordered is out. We didn't like the wine offered instead, so we ordered a bottle of Prosecco. As she leaves, she discusses it with another waitress, who comes again and says that the Prosecco is out, that today is their last day and that they are closing tomorrow. We get the impression that they are trying to sell expensive wine to non-Italian guests. Since we spoke Italian, we also understood the conversation between the waitresses. The food was very good, the atmosphere was nice. When we asked the lady who brought us the bill whether they would be closing tomorrow, she replied: no, why, we are always open. This confirmed our impression, which is a shame.

26/10/2024: Why only 3 stars for the kitchen....because the pizza dough is not homemade, our table overlooking the kitchen we could see that they were in plastic bags...good by the way but obviously very disappointing...the garnish for the 4 seasons was composed of fresh vegetables...however this creates a disappointment....the desserts very good..the warm welcome, the service was very long which was not not disturbing because it was raining....very pretty motorcycles at the toilets on display...
