23/09/2025: The place is really ugly. The staff is friendly. The food is mediocre. Augusto is certainly not typical cuisine. Indefinable.
10/09/2025: We went to see the small town of Gorizia, very pretty but not very lively. We looked up food on Google and found this restaurant (there were only a few open).
I should mention there were two waiters, one dark-haired with a thinning, rather scruffy and dry hair, while the other was a guy with a short bob, very friendly and pleasant.
As for the food, it was pretty average. The worst thing was the price: two people with a starter, main course, dessert, and a coffee—nothing out of the ordinary. We didn't eat eels or anything like that—they charged us €138.40 (almost €70 per person).
It's a real steal, as for that price you'd almost be eating in a Michelin-starred establishment.

05/08/2025: Management wieder ausgetauscht nur mehr aufgewärmte Speisen.waren um 14 Uhr vor Ort keine Gäste.wollte Spagetti frutti di mare.nichts zu machen.2023 waren mit derWirtin Ihrer Tochter und den beiden Kellnern und Küchenpersonal eine gute italienische Küche mit viel Fisch.Dzt.alles hyper modern aber es passt nichts. Keine frisch zubereiteten Speisen. Nicht einmal eine frische Pasta.Personal und höflich und arrogant. Kommen nicht mehr.Schade um die hervorragende Küche.

26/04/2025: Una pizza fantastica e super originale. Gusto genuino e ingredienti ottimi e freschi. Ambiente amicale, informale ma preciso. Prezzi più che concorrenziali per la zona e i prodotti offerti. Consigliata da provare la grappa tipica per concludere la cena.

21/12/2024: Siamo stati a mangiare la pizza, pizze molto buone, ma non ci andiamo più! Il personale in sala ci ha letteralmente offeso… dopo aver preso l ordine ci ha detto che se poi le pizze non ci piacciono, dovremmo lo stesso pagarle ! Ma chi gli ha chiesto niente…. Ci ha letteralmente offesi, ci ha dato come se fossimo dei poveracci come se non avessimo soldi da pagare … una cosa del genere non ci e mai capitata e non l abbiamo mai sentita ! O cambiate personale o non farete affari in questo modo….
