22/06/2026: The best Neapolitan pizza I've ever eaten, without a doubt. And I say this after trying several in Naples. Super light dough, DOP Campania ingredients, exceptionally high-quality tomatoes and mozzarella: every bite tastes of tradition and passion. The atmosphere is fantastic, with Neapolitan music and a setting that makes you feel like you're in Naples even though you're in Cattolica. A true slice of Naples on the Riviera, created by a Neapolitan who has been serving simply extraordinary pizza here for twenty years. I'll definitely be back.

05/07/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept, although I think it could use a makeover to make it more modern and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service was the most disappointing aspect of the evening: it took a long time and the organization could be improved. It's clear the restaurant needs a breath of fresh air and a more dynamic approach to keep up with customer expectations. As for the food, I wasn't convinced by the first course: the fish didn't seem particularly fresh or high-quality. The fried food, however, was much better, and I found it tasty and well-prepared, even though it took about a 30-40 minute wait, with us alone in the dining room. Overall, I think this restaurant has potential, but it needs to invest primarily in service and a general renovation to offer a worthy experience.

The food had a natural and gentle flavor that didn't overpower the taste of the ingredients, and I was very satisfied. The amino acids in the ingredients were amazing! ❤︎

22/07/2026: This restaurant is a multiverse. They brought us the first courses without any plates to eat them on. We had to get up and ask for them. Once we did, we ate the first courses, and one of them was still frozen. It's even more hilarious that they even made us pay for that first course. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

21/07/2026: I'd say it was a disastrous experience. We dined outside on a plastic tablecloth with plastic placemats. Ants were crawling on the table. The cushions were dirty and placed on discolored plastic chairs. The food could have been good, but it was just all unsalted. I had spaghetti with clams. There was a plate in front of me where I could have thrown the clam shells. They took it away and said they'd bring me another, but it never arrived. The fries were raw and clearly unsalted, as were the sardines, also unsalted. The service was inattentive.

01/05/2026: Excellent pizza, good service. Perhaps with the May Day long weekend, they weren't expecting so many people. The waiters had incredible aplomb, but it's a shame that the owner, Mrs. Orietta, is so anxious to cut slices, bordering on grumpy.

28/04/2026: On Viale Ceccarini, this is your go-to restaurant! Dishes are meticulously prepared, using fresh ingredients and top-quality seafood! The entire restaurant staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home. Their strong points are definitely the prompt service and the authentic food. A must-try for those who haven't tried it yet!

04/07/2026: We arrived for the first time and were greeted warmly and friendly (especially by the lady who served us), and it was nice and cool (there are also tables outside). We ordered everything, and in a very short time, the food arrived exactly as we wanted. Delicious, tasty, and plentiful food. Congratulations, I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

25/06/2026: A family-run restaurant and pizzeria that, for those of us who live nearby, is like a second home. The pizza, the classic Rimini-style one, is in my opinion among the best in Rimini, excellent fresh from the oven and very good for takeout too, with a quality that has remained consistent over the years. The dough is excellent and the toppings are generous. With Gianni and Roberto, you always feel welcome; their friendliness and simplicity make the wait and stay pleasant. The quality-price ratio is fair; a good pizza is worth it, but the prices here remain absolutely normal... in fact... compared to the pizzerias in the area. Every time I return, it's a breath of fresh air. It's a bit like visiting an old aunt, a familiar, welcoming place where it's always a pleasure to return.

07/08/2026: We came as a family and were very disappointed. We waited almost 40 minutes to be served, and then another 30 minutes for only two coffees. We understand it can be a busy place, but these delays are truly excessive and unacceptable. Furthermore, one waitress in her thirties was particularly unpleasant: no smiles, no kind words, no attention to the customers. Her attitude completely ruined our experience. When you work in the restaurant industry, you expect a minimum level of courtesy. If this job is no longer for you, perhaps you should consider another career path. It's a shame, because this bad experience has made us less inclined to return. Otherwise, the food was good.

06/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant somewhat by chance while walking. We waited a bit for the waiter to arrive, but despite this, both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the food and the quality of the fresh fish. The portions were generous, and the fish tasted truly delicious!

05/01/2026: I went to Osteria Charlie in Cattolica without high expectations, but I was truly satisfied. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, unpretentious, just like a real osteria. The dishes are plentiful and carefully prepared; you can taste the quality ingredients. Even the desserts are excellent and generous, which isn't always the case. The prices are fair, considering the quality of the dishes and the fact that you leave feeling truly full.

We waited about 40 minutes for our dish, and considering the €30 price tag, we were very disappointed with the quantity: the portion was truly meager, with a quantity of pasta that, in our opinion, didn't even reach 30 grams. Unfortunately, the quality-price ratio wasn't satisfactory. We can't recommend it. In response to your reply: I'm attaching a photo of the dish, which clearly shows that the portion was definitely not 130 grams of pasta, as you stated. If it was 50 grams, it would have been a lot: there were only 12 paccheri on the plate, easily counted from the photo. As for the wait, it's normal to have to wait when a restaurant is busy. However, in your case, there were very few tables occupied, and we weren't the only ones waiting. Virtually everyone in the room had to wait about an hour. Finally, the dessert we ordered was also disappointing: it had obviously just come out of the freezer. I'm sorry, but our experience was negative in several respects and, for this reason, we confirm the review expressed.

13/01/2026: Il Pappagallo in Cattolica... A place all in all, not bad, but nothing exceptional... perhaps the only place in Italy where the four-cheese pizza is made with tomato... When I asked the person who brought me the pizza, who was the owner, but did you make the four-cheese pizza with tomato...?!? He just replied, "It's on the menu..." I said, "Sorry, you're right!" After a minute, I had the pizza taken away... After 10 minutes, he came back and said... He sent the pizza back... "If you want, I'll remake the plain pizza..." So I said no, thanks, and didn't eat. I said... I made a mistake, I didn't read it, and I'll pay for everything, as I did, but I don't want to eat at this place... My friends ate... If the owner of the place, seeing my disapproval shortly before, had said RIGHT NOW, if you don't like it I'll make it again white (without responding as he had before), I would have accepted, but he only came after I sent the pizza back, and for this reason, for me there are no excuses and I won't give him a second chance. At the end of a terrible day in which my car broke down in Pesaro and I was forced to stop in Cattolica... I was just hoping for a peaceful evening and instead they ruined it for me... So I don't give this place more than a star. There is no empathy... The desire to want to change the pizza only after I sent it back saying... it's not that I'll be poorer if I make you another one... For me it's one, it's the wrong response that deserves nothing. I know that in the end I didn't eat and I paid anyway... But the satisfaction of eating after the way he had behaved, I didn't give him and I didn't want to give it to him. So, remember when you go to the parrot, read the menu carefully, if you really have to go there... and if you order the four cheese pizza, say right away that you want it plain like they make it in the rest of the world!

12/11/2025: I happened to be in the area for work and had lunch at this restaurant, which is OPEN during the low season. The spaghetti with clams was excellent, and the mussels were plentiful. The price was in line with what I ate and the prices, which are all displayed. The daily specials were excellent, including the meat dishes, which I didn't try, but the diners next to me complimented them, so... The owner was friendly; when I entered early, he was playing cards with a gentleman. The overall feel is authentic. I think I'll be back soon.
