01/06/2026: An impeccable experience! We visited this restaurant last night and had an absolutely fantastic experience. A warm welcome deserves top marks. Six of us showed up without a reservation at a busy time. Despite this, the staff was incredibly kind and efficient, managing to find us a table in just a few minutes with a smile on their faces. A start that immediately demonstrated the level of customer care. The food (simply excellent) Every course confirmed the quality and freshness, but a special mention goes to the ravioli with anchovy sauce: simply special, a perfect balance of flavors that alone makes you want to return. The main courses and desserts also confirmed the exceptional quality of the cuisine. Service and staff The service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable, prompt despite the busy restaurant, attentive to every detail, and never intrusive. We felt pampered from start to finish. Verdict: When great cuisine meets such authentic and flexible hospitality, success is guaranteed. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

04/05/2026: Attentive, prompt, and friendly service. A pleasant location on the harbor, overlooking a pool with water features. The grilled meat (€25) is excellent and plentiful, with generous portions.

14/06/2026: We had a very good fish dinner at this restaurant, abundant dishes and everything was good, welcoming service perhaps a little too fast in bringing the dishes, evening with music we left satisfied we will definitely return also to try meat.

09/06/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant, which I found on Google while traveling from San Marino. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was good and plentiful, and the price was fair. I only gave it three stars overall and two for the service, because as I was leaving to pay, I noticed that some of the kitchen staff weren't wearing hats and there were ladles hanging out of the way, which should be stored in drawers to avoid contact. Since I know this very well, I reported these shortcomings to the manager, who simply replied that they were new regulations.

08/06/2026: Food is pretty bad - like a microwave-grade cheap bar. You don’t feel welcome there - everyone has a sad/tired face. Maybe the service is overworked, I don’t know. It looks like a labor camp.

06/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant somewhat by chance while walking. We waited a bit for the waiter to arrive, but despite this, both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the food and the quality of the fresh fish. The portions were generous, and the fish tasted truly delicious!

09/06/2026: Very nice place to eat dinner, as you have a great sunset filtering into the restaurant.. Even though you pay cover charge you don't even get and grissini or bread... Fair wait to eat, and some pizzas were wrong.. They offered to remake them but we didn't want to wait so jokingly they said to put some maionese on top, and you won't tell the difference, humorous i guess... I think it could be the worst pizza I have had, very crisp and dry and skimping on ingredient quantity... but that comes down to personal preference.

05/05/2026: Elegant restaurant, super friendly and helpful staff. The chef always comes by to check on everything, recommends the fish of the day, and offers only fresh dishes, which not everyone does. I especially recommend it for groups, couples, and friends.

04/05/2026: A disturbing experience. Dirty cutlery and glasses, a hideous and unusable bathroom, poor quality and very poorly cooked food (raw sea bass in salt). Very, very bad, and expensive to boot. I don't know how they manage to keep it going; it used to be so renowned...

01/05/2026: Excellent pizza, good service. Perhaps with the May Day long weekend, they weren't expecting so many people. The waiters had incredible aplomb, but it's a shame that the owner, Mrs. Orietta, is so anxious to cut slices, bordering on grumpy.

28/04/2026: On Viale Ceccarini, this is your go-to restaurant! Dishes are meticulously prepared, using fresh ingredients and top-quality seafood! The entire restaurant staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home. Their strong points are definitely the prompt service and the authentic food. A must-try for those who haven't tried it yet!

05/01/2026: I went to Osteria Charlie in Cattolica without high expectations, but I was truly satisfied. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, unpretentious, just like a real osteria. The dishes are plentiful and carefully prepared; you can taste the quality ingredients. Even the desserts are excellent and generous, which isn't always the case. The prices are fair, considering the quality of the dishes and the fact that you leave feeling truly full.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and their passion for food is immediately apparent. The dishes are plentiful, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients, and even the desserts are excellent and generous. The prices are fair, in line with the quantity and quality of the food. What some negative comments say is not true: I've had only one positive experience. A true osteria experience: simple, authentic, and satisfying. I'll definitely be back! 🍝🍷🍰

08/06/2026: The food was very tasty, we ate with a view of the sea, and when we ordered food, literally 10 minutes later our order was brought.

01/06/2026: From the outside, the restaurant looked very nice, but shortly after ordering, it didn't seem so. I ate a steak thinner than the sheets on the bed, and the pizza (I should point out that my plate arrived after precisely 1 hour and 27 minutes) was a piadina that was obviously frozen, cold, and undercooked. The worst service I've ever experienced. I asked for bread and water, and it arrived after half an hour—an unwatchable and unappreciative scene.

25/04/2026: I ordered a gluten-free pizza for takeout and was very impressed: the dough was light and delicious, and the crust was crispy! The takeout pizzas are also the traditional size for gluten-free pizzas, while the regular pizzas are a little smaller.

02/05/2026: Every time we pass through Riccione, it's always a regular stop. The owners are fantastic, they make you feel at home. Excellent food and fantastic fish.

13/01/2026: Il Pappagallo in Cattolica... A place all in all, not bad, but nothing exceptional... perhaps the only place in Italy where the four-cheese pizza is made with tomato... When I asked the person who brought me the pizza, who was the owner, but did you make the four-cheese pizza with tomato...?!? He just replied, "It's on the menu..." I said, "Sorry, you're right!" After a minute, I had the pizza taken away... After 10 minutes, he came back and said... He sent the pizza back... "If you want, I'll remake the plain pizza..." So I said no, thanks, and didn't eat. I said... I made a mistake, I didn't read it, and I'll pay for everything, as I did, but I don't want to eat at this place... My friends ate... If the owner of the place, seeing my disapproval shortly before, had said RIGHT NOW, if you don't like it I'll make it again white (without responding as he had before), I would have accepted, but he only came after I sent the pizza back, and for this reason, for me there are no excuses and I won't give him a second chance. At the end of a terrible day in which my car broke down in Pesaro and I was forced to stop in Cattolica... I was just hoping for a peaceful evening and instead they ruined it for me... So I don't give this place more than a star. There is no empathy... The desire to want to change the pizza only after I sent it back saying... it's not that I'll be poorer if I make you another one... For me it's one, it's the wrong response that deserves nothing. I know that in the end I didn't eat and I paid anyway... But the satisfaction of eating after the way he had behaved, I didn't give him and I didn't want to give it to him. So, remember when you go to the parrot, read the menu carefully, if you really have to go there... and if you order the four cheese pizza, say right away that you want it plain like they make it in the rest of the world!

12/11/2025: I happened to be in the area for work and had lunch at this restaurant, which is OPEN during the low season. The spaghetti with clams was excellent, and the mussels were plentiful. The price was in line with what I ate and the prices, which are all displayed. The daily specials were excellent, including the meat dishes, which I didn't try, but the diners next to me complimented them, so... The owner was friendly; when I entered early, he was playing cards with a gentleman. The overall feel is authentic. I think I'll be back soon.
