28/05/2026: My wife and I were there for an anniversary, and I must say it didn't disappoint. The elegant and understated atmosphere, excellent service, and highly refined dishes, not to mention the wine list, were equally impressive. Since it was our first time, we opted for the tasting menu. I'd recommend the octopus, cod gnocchi, and eel, which were my absolute favorites. The chef and his wife, Rita, were extremely kind, as were all the staff.

The food is an absolute delight – fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. You can immediately tell that everything is prepared with real passion. On top of that, the cozy Formula 1 atmosphere adds something truly special and perfectly rounds off the experience. 21/05/2026: Hotel Locanda del Mulino is a charming, rustic hotel that blends beautifully into the landscape. The building's structure is quite old, giving it a certain old-fashioned feel. A real, rotating watermill attached to the side of the building adds to its charm and Mediterranean character. The hotel's restaurant offers excellent Italian cuisine, the service is exceptionally friendly, and you feel very well taken care of. When visiting Maranello, I highly recommend it as one of the best options in the area.

26/06/2026: We made a reservation a few days ago for a family member's birthday. We got there and they hadn't recorded the reservation. Okay, no problem, we asked if there was seating, and he pointed us to a sad, gloomy corner of the place. Okay, we were there now, and we sat down. While my wife explained how she'd liked the cake we'd brought served (perhaps with too much emphasis because she wanted everything to be as nice as possible), the owner stopped her, saying that she'd been doing this job for 30 years and we didn't have to explain anything to her. At this point, incredulous at the rude and impolite tone, we tried to stay calm, but there was nothing we could do. The owner, continuing to comment to herself and repeating that she'd been doing this job for 30 years, finally came back to the table and asked us to leave because she didn't like serving us dinner. We look at each other in shock, get up, and leave the restaurant without commenting (as we did during the owner's previous rant). Luckily, we managed to find a table at the Galeone di San Prospero, where we spent a wonderful evening, eating divinely and being treated like royalty, as true professionals do. The owner of the Dalmata, she may have been in this business for 30 years, but either she still has a lot to learn or it's time for her to stop. I don't say this with resentment, but we had a truly embarrassing time in this restaurant because of her behavior. How sad.

08/05/2026: We arrived at 9:45pm Although at first the employee told us that they were closed, fortunately the owner came out and put us at a table The food was great, the service too. The cook was the owner's mother. Great food. Great bonzole in a jug.

04/07/2026: We stopped by after the Ferrari Museum, where the chef is a former Formula 1 chef! Our expectations were probably a bit high, but overall, everything was delicious!

26/04/2026: An elegant restaurant with impeccable service. The food was spectacular, but of average quality, and the flavors I personally didn't appreciate. I'll start by saying that I love Emilian cuisine, but I found this place somewhat disappointing compared to my expectations (again, it's truly beautiful and well-crafted).

29/05/2026: Impeccable experience! The food is simply excellent, with carefully crafted dishes rich in flavor. Making everything even more enjoyable is the impeccable service: the staff is incredibly attentive, fast, and friendly. Highly recommended!

17/05/2026: We'll be back in May 2026. Everything was exceptional! Cuttlefish appetizer (fried with a base of frigitelli peppers), tuna paccheri (super tasty), Catalana (top vegetables), and tuna with torna sauce. June 2024 (3 stars) A spacious restaurant with porthole windows and well-spaced, round tables. The welcome was refined yet familiar. The lobster passatelli was excellent, while the fregola pasta dish had a bit too many flavors at once. Finally, the catch of the day (snapper) was truly too generous (doggi bag). I couldn't leave room for dessert. In my opinion, a restaurant like this lacks a suggested and complimentary entree and dessert.
