09/09/2025: A very elegant venue with super friendly and professional staff. We opted for the "Del nostro territorio" tasting menu, with wine pairings for each course. All the dishes were beautifully plated, and the wine pairings were top-notch, with detailed explanations. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: I've been away for a few years, but despite the passing of time, the certainties remain the same. Chef Barbieri remains an artist like few others, innovative but never excessive. He doesn't stop at presentation alone, but his dishes always manage to achieve an unexpected depth of flavor, with never-trivial pairings. The restaurant is very elegant and discreet, where you can fully immerse yourself in this experience. I believe this is a local heritage worth safeguarding through passion, expertise, and humility. Welcome to Strada Facendo.

11/10/2025: Fantastic place. One thing is the food there which is top notch in taste and quality. Another is the atmosphere at the restaurant which is absolutely first class. The service is also top notch and you really have to make your way here if you are in those parts of Italy. But make sure to book a table well in advance, because people want to eat here, and they want to eat well. I will go here again if I come to Modena again.

05/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant many years ago and have been delighted to return. The food is very tasty, moderately spicy, and the portions are truly generous. We had meat skewers, pomegranate chicken, and an appetizer of potato and olive frittatas with pomegranate juice and walnuts. Wine is available, unlike other Middle Eastern restaurants. Everything was really good, although my dish had a sweetish aftertaste, perhaps from the pomegranate, which I didn't fully appreciate.

25/09/2025: Gobsmacked. Is everyone else on some tastebud altering psychedelic acid trip or is it just us…We were so looking forward to the ‘I love Modena’ degustation but there was simply nothing to love and it was more like a discust-ation. we are not food critics nor do we wear our cangol caps on backwards whilst writing our travel vlogs but we have dined in many fine restaurants across the globe and would rate ‘the food’ that we were served at this restaurant among the worst. It was so bad that our children couldn’t stop laughing each time another worse tasting inedible concoction came out laced with the same fluorescent green slime. We were not sure if this food was supposed to some kind of fusion or confusion. We wrote directly to the restaurant telling them about our experience and that we would have preferred to eat a piece of pizza and donate our €500 to some people in need, however they did not respond so after two months we decided to write this review to prevent further crimes against the human palate. The only saving grace were the excellent wait staff who did there best to describe whatever it was the chefs were trying to create with a smile.

21/09/2025: A place really special. Most of foods are really good and delicious yes. Specially tortellini alla parmigiana like most people say. As a dolce that cake more delicious than zuppa inglese.! Also all vines were so good. Prices are high of course you should know that but must be tried once.

04/10/2025: We've been coming here for years, and it's now a regular stop when passing through Modena. From the outside, it looks like a truck stop, but as soon as you step inside, you feel like you're home—Ferrari! We don't even look at the menu anymore: gnocco fritto and tortellini. You should do the same, and you'll be rewarded with the extraordinary cuisine of the king/queen of tortellini. Thanks, Pasticcino. Go Ferrari!!

04/09/2025: We returned again after the renovation and were a little shocked. The place is called TRATTORIA LA FONTANA.... But the prices are astonishing!!!!! 🥶🫣 Cover charge: €3.50 Lambrusco Chiarli: €18.00 ...... Excellent food, all quality Prices are a little high....🤷🏻‍♀️

02/09/2025: In my opinion, the best seafood restaurant in Modena and its province. The restaurant feels like being on a ship, with huge portholes instead of simple windows. The food is out of this world, with always the freshest fish. Not to be missed.

27/07/2025: Our family visited MikEle in Maranello for lunch without a reservation a week ago, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff who went out of their way to offer us a table. From the very beginning, the service was incredibly polite and friendly — true professionalism in every detail! We were even offered a complimentary glass of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and beautifully presented. Prices were also very fair for the quality and experience we received. MikEle is a must-visit! Whether you're passing through Maranello or staying nearby, don't miss the chance to dine here. Highly recommended!

16/10/2025: I highly recommend it. Delicious food, one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Food was served very quickly for six people; we waited about 5 minutes for both pizza and other dishes, pasta, etc. Prices are reasonable.
