07/04/2024: It's a nice restaurant located right next to the Pompeii train station. You can eat fresh vegetables and seafood.
There are many restaurants in Pompeii on the way from the station to the ruins, but it's a little outside of that area, so it's nice that it's not too noisy.
The fresh salad and shrimp risotto were especially delicious, and the service was great.
The flavor of the olive oil worked well, and I ended up eating a lot of bread as well.
This is a restaurant that will become one of your fond memories of Italy.

25/03/2024: We went here to celebrate my graduation, and I'm happy with the choice.
The place is small but well done and very nice, with various parking solutions in the surrounding area.
The fixed menu satisfies everyone and certainly has an excellent quality/price ratio as well as a certain abundance.
Vincenzo always present during the meal without being intrusive and very kind in satisfying various requests made.
I like to change and try different dishes and ways of cooking, but if I were to organize another lunch I would go back to them to be on the safe side.

05/04/2024: I can't recommend this place enough. The food, service and atmosphere are all wonderful. We stayed in Sorrento for 7 nights and ate here for 3 of them! The staff are warm and welcoming and determined to ensure you have a great experience. The authentic local dishes are generous and very, very tasty. As for the atmosphere, all you'll see is smiles all around. And all this at very fair prices. What's not love? We will definitely be eating here again next time we're in Sorrento.

22/10/2023: Dinner with 4 couples. Perfect time of the season as it wasn’t overwhelmingly busy. Very interesting restaurant with a lot of attention to detail. Food was amazing. Lamb was exceptional. Recommended trying as many dishes as possible as everyone loved it all. My wife and I live in a resort area with great restaurants, we travel a good deal, eat out a lot including our share of Michelin ranked yet pretty early on it became clear despite all that what we were experiencing might take the top spot ALL Time. No easy task and Quassi had us even before the wine cellar tour BUT that put it over the top. This is an Amalfi coast must experience!

05/04/2024: We went in March, a group of 26 people, 10 rooms. The experience was supreme. From the reception, where a great pianist was waiting for us playing music on the piano in the hall and a welcome with a toast of prosecco. The location of the hotel is undoubtedly the best in all of Sorrento with views that are paradisiacal. Very good rooms where without a doubt the great strength are the views. Super friendly staff from first to last. I highlight the exceptional attention of Sofia who at all times was concerned that our group's stay was perfect from start to finish.
03/04/2024: Being able to stay at Bellevue Syrene is all that is right. All the details are taken care of and presented to the client so that their stay is unique.

An excellent place in Pompeii.
Excellent cuisine with a spectacular wine list in a welcoming environment.
Tasted a fantastic Taurasi by Benito Ferrara which truly upgraded a very high level dinner. Unfortunately the portions are really minimalist, I would have eaten double all the dishes. The extra-slim cheeses are also pleasant. The rabbit and cuttlefish are spectacular. I believe that in addition to the tasting menu (even smaller portions), a large menu should be added with a price supplement and 50% more food.
09/03/2024: What can I say, a magnificent experience, every dish served was a journey, compliments to the chef and the staff.
