04/02/2025: Avevo sentito parlare di questo locale. Un ambiente vagamente moderno e informale. Ci siamo stati di lunedì sera ed era piuttosto tranquillo. Siamo stati accolti ed accompagnati al tavolo. Ci sono stati spiegati menù e portate e le nostre domande hanno avuto risposte molto chiare. Cortesi. Il tagliere di salumi proporzionato ed accompagnato da un buonissimo cestino di gnocco fritto. Le tagliate sufficienti e molto gustose. Il tiramisù delizioso. Il conto nella media. Peccato per l'ambiente un po troppo tranquillo, forse per via del lunedi. Conto nella media.

07/01/2025: We went to Casa Flaiano for the New Year's Eve dinner and it was an excellent choice! The food was exquisite. The flavors were incredibly well balanced with amazing combinations, the portion size was just right and the food was beautifully presented. Our compliments to the chef! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is decorated with taste, we loved their wine libraries. We'll definitely visit again when we'll be back in Pescara, looking forward to trying their regular menu.

05/01/2025: The place is located a little far from the center of Pescara, it is located near a church. We took 2 first courses including: excellent carbonara and gricia. The second courses included: cheek and pork and they were well made and the meat was cooked excellently. The place is intimate and very welcoming.

06/01/2025: I went to this restaurant yesterday for lunch and as well as tasting delicious dishes, I am writing this review to praise the kindness of the staff. I was with two little girls (a newborn and a two year old) and only one stroller for the newborn, they both fell asleep and the girl of the owner of the place, seeing me in difficulty, provided me with her daughter's stroller to lay the "big" one out. They were very kind, the lunch was delicious and peaceful and I will definitely be back.

29/12/2024: Very positive experience! Even though we called at 1.45pm we still managed to have lunch. A welcoming and intimate environment and truly friendly and professional dining room staff are an excellent business card. Starter: mix of cured meats and cheeses and meatballs. All really good and prepared with quality ingredients. First courses: paccheri with pistachio pesto and tonnarelli cheese and pepper. Here too, very tasty and balanced dishes. Only note on the cacio e pepe: perhaps the pasta is a little too tasty but it can happen. Dessert: tiramisu. Good and balanced with a light amaretto aroma that gives an unexpected boost. Wine by the glass, water, coffee and bitters. The two of us spent 65 Euros and, honestly, it seemed really honest, given the quality of the raw materials and the service.

11/01/2025: Never disappoints! The dough is excellent, with that authentic flavor that only a true Neapolitan pizzeria can provide. You can feel that there is passion and mastery behind it. A special note for Chiara, the waitress: very kind and professional, she makes the experience even more pleasant.

27/12/2024: Christmas lunch for two, excellent food, with a version of the dishes for lactose intolerants like me; starter, 3 first courses and 2 second courses, excellent taste and not at all salty food. The best was the broth and the grilled lamb which were taken away at my request. They respect the tradition of the area and the authenticity of the raw materials! 08/02/2025: Buon ristorante di pesce a Pescara. Sono stato di sabato a pranzo con una comitiva numerosa di amici. Nonostante il ristorante pieno, il servizio è stato molto veloce e camerieri educati e attenti. Cibo buono con antipasti crudi, caldi e freddi molto buoni. 14/02/2025: Until twenty years ago it was my family's factory. At the time the structure was much more artisanal than it is today. Over the years it has undergone notable innovations, thanks to the foresight of the owner, Mr. Giancarlo, who increased (perhaps too much) the infrastructure and created a good restaurant, open all year round, so much so that today I prefer the Zattera restaurant to the seaside one which, nevertheless, offers a good service to customers. I cannot be more detailed in the description of this activity because for twenty years my sea has no longer been that of Pescara but of another country. Good luck to all the visitors of Lido La Zattera and remember that, if something doesn't add up, you can confidently turn to the owner, Mr. Giancarlo.

08/12/2024: Industrial style environment well finished internally and externally, certainly fresh from renovation. Professional, polite and friendly staff. Excellent choice of the proposed tasting itinerary. Quality raw materials, right portions, excellent times between one course and another. We will definitely visit again

02/02/2025: Perfect evening... 🖼️🎨🖌️ We stopped at 10.30pm on our way from Salerno. We were welcomed by a lady who told us to sit down and asked what we wanted... without bringing the menu, then she advised us on what to eat and the quantities... we only decided on water and a glass of wine 🍷 "Petrolio in its pure state." moreover, I noticed the glass dirty with red lipstick... 💄 at the end of the dinner.. mind-blowing 😤 Starter chosen by her: cabbage with almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts... "we had to go to the gym". Paired with fried Montanara “in name only”… raw as never before!! Decent roasts... To finish, a gentian and a coffee ☕️ with mocha... "What can I tell you to do"!! She paid attention to the price... because she noticed the red glass on her own 💄 Rating: Off track theme 2 👎

22/01/2025: I always come back with pleasure to delight in the genuine foods of Osteria Firenze! Don't miss Rachele's gnocchi! Then the timbale... just our way! The portions are extra large! Clean place. Quick service. The girls who welcome you like family are friendly and kind. The price is excellent and with the coffee there is always an excellent dessert offered on the house!! I RECOMMEND booking especially for lunch!! Very positive!

27/01/2025: Yesterday we were lucky enough to discover this restaurant, located on the most beautiful and exposed hill in Pescara! Beautiful, original and well looked after place, Luca, the owner, very kind and very knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances which, unfortunately, are part of me! Extreme cleanliness and, wherever I looked, bon ton and measured elegance! The dishes......exquisite! An explosion of taste and goodness! Delicate and very pleasant background music. Impeccable service! What can I say? Everything perfect! We will return to enjoy this little corner of paradise!!!

16/11/2024: Not being a great frequenter of restaurants, where now, for a simple dinner with family or friends, you almost have to take out a mortgage, this is one of the places where I go more carefree and frequently, if I can, because I am sure of the goodness and authenticity of the food served and the honesty of the prices, indeed, often if one knows how to choose, thanks also to the generous portions served, one is amazed, in a positive way, at the lightness of the bill, which in any case is always very honest to the point that inflation and the wild increases seem to have not stopped. It is now a historic place, family-run by professional people and this explains the goodness of the food, in the simplicity of the composition of the menu, of which, honorable mention goes to the "Pennette alla centerba": a dish to choose from, even for dinner, if you go, because it deserves to be tried, indeed, for me Pallant is synonymous with this dish because if I go there I order it! The place is always kept tidy and very well looked after in terms of cleanliness and the location is also suitable for those who are not from the area and want to escape from the chaos of the city for a healthy trip out of town. It is useless, I think, to spend further words of appreciation: seeing is believing! 5 stars🌟⭐⭐⭐⭐ more than deserved.
