07/01/2025: We went to Casa Flaiano for the New Year's Eve dinner and it was an excellent choice! The food was exquisite. The flavors were incredibly well balanced with amazing combinations, the portion size was just right and the food was beautifully presented. Our compliments to the chef! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is decorated with taste, we loved their wine libraries. We'll definitely visit again when we'll be back in Pescara, looking forward to trying their regular menu.

05/01/2025: The place is located a little far from the center of Pescara, it is located near a church. We took 2 first courses including: excellent carbonara and gricia. The second courses included: cheek and pork and they were well made and the meat was cooked excellently. The place is intimate and very welcoming.

Service could be improved (for this environment the waitress who leaves the bottle on the table without even saying a word for example), but in general a more than positive experience and superb seafood flavors Take into account that you will spend an average of €70-80 per person I'll be back

25/02/2025: Excellent venue. The super friendly waiter sat us down and gave us plenty of time to decide on lunch while also giving us advice. Truly excellent cuisine, a splendid day, sitting next to the beautiful large window, which allowed the sun to enter and therefore made the lunch unique. A truly beautiful place discovered by chance on the internet and it really turned out to be the best. When I return to those parts I won't miss a lunch/dinner in AS. Compliments !!!

28/03/2025: Not being from the area, I didn't know this place. Passing by, inspired by the name, I decided to go in. We were greeted with kindness by efficient, friendly and very helpful waiters. The food was really excellent, prepared with high quality products and offered at a very affordable price. We will definitely be back! ☺️

24/03/2025: We took these 2 pizzas, one buffalo with cooked meat and the other is called brontadella2.0, very light dough and very balanced flavours, in the pistachio one despite the variety of ingredients none dominates the other and indeed they are dosed appropriately. We also took a dessert (as in the photo) called "exotic", super balanced flavors between the sweetness of the pistachio, the sourness of the raspberry and the passion fruit, beautiful to look at and good to eat even in terms of consistency. Impeccable and very kind service (pizzas delivered after 5/6 minutes) Very clean bathrooms with no bad smells. Parking is easily found on the main road leading to the restaurant.

We were welcomed by a lady who told us to sit down and asked what we wanted... without bringing the menu, then she advised us on what to eat and the quantities... we only decided on water and a glass of wine 🍷 "Petrolio in its pure state." moreover, I noticed the glass dirty with red lipstick... 💄 at the end of the dinner.. mind-blowing 😤 Starter chosen by her: cabbage with almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts... "we had to go to the gym". Paired with fried Montanara “in name only”… raw as never before!! Decent roasts... To finish, a gentian and a coffee ☕️ with mocha... "What can I tell you to do"!! She paid attention to the price... because she noticed the red glass on her own 💄 Rating: Off track theme 2 👎

22/01/2025: I always come back with pleasure to delight in the genuine foods of Osteria Firenze! Don't miss Rachele's gnocchi! Then the timbale... just our way! The portions are extra large! Clean place. Quick service. The girls who welcome you like family are friendly and kind. The price is excellent and with the coffee there is always an excellent dessert offered on the house!! I RECOMMEND booking especially for lunch!! Very positive!

27/01/2025: Yesterday we were lucky enough to discover this restaurant, located on the most beautiful and exposed hill in Pescara! Beautiful, original and well looked after place, Luca, the owner, very kind and very knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances which, unfortunately, are part of me! Extreme cleanliness and, wherever I looked, bon ton and measured elegance! The dishes......exquisite! An explosion of taste and goodness! Delicate and very pleasant background music. Impeccable service! What can I say? Everything perfect! We will return to enjoy this little corner of paradise!!!

16/11/2024: Not being a great frequenter of restaurants, where now, for a simple dinner with family or friends, you almost have to take out a mortgage, this is one of the places where I go more carefree and frequently, if I can, because I am sure of the goodness and authenticity of the food served and the honesty of the prices, indeed, often if one knows how to choose, thanks also to the generous portions served, one is amazed, in a positive way, at the lightness of the bill, which in any case is always very honest to the point that inflation and the wild increases seem to have not stopped. It is now a historic place, family-run by professional people and this explains the goodness of the food, in the simplicity of the composition of the menu, of which, honorable mention goes to the "Pennette alla centerba": a dish to choose from, even for dinner, if you go, because it deserves to be tried, indeed, for me Pallant is synonymous with this dish because if I go there I order it! The place is always kept tidy and very well looked after in terms of cleanliness and the location is also suitable for those who are not from the area and want to escape from the chaos of the city for a healthy trip out of town. It is useless, I think, to spend further words of appreciation: seeing is believing! 5 stars🌟⭐⭐⭐⭐ more than deserved.

07/03/2025: It was a pleasant discovery. Very nice place, intimate, characteristic, welcoming. The dishes were tasty and of great quality. We had dinner with two first courses for two people (spaghetti alla guitar with porcini mushrooms and truffle and meunière with meat sauce), mixed grill (plenty of it) and kebabs, sautéed chicory with pine nuts and raisins, a bottle of Montepulciano, a homemade dessert, water and coffee offered by the professional and very welcoming owner. Absolutely adequate price.

12/02/2025: It's a real shame to use the name of a previous management, thus badly lowering the level and quality of everything: the quality of the raw materials leaves much to be desired, especially in the kitchen which loses its orders and presents poorly cooked dishes with an almost unpleasant flavour. The service tries to make up for the obvious shortcomings with resignation. Therefore the prices are very high. Not recommended!

09/02/2025: The new management is spectacular, we ate very well, fresh fish cooked in an extraordinary way. Spectacular ravioli, welcoming place and friendly, helpful staff. Prices more than excellent for the area and the quality of the food. We will be more than happy to return! Well done, good, good

11/03/2025: Biblical times, a lunch that lasted three and a half hours with the warning that for each course something had to be changed because it was not available. Truly and absolutely indecent!!!!!

23/02/2025: Excellent fish restaurant by the sea. The location is beautiful, even in winter where the sea with the empty beach is even more beautiful to see through the large windows. Special mention for the raw and first courses, especially the linguine with sea urchins. Staff attentive to dietary needs (lactose intolerance), with willingness to modify dishes. The room was a little too noisy.
