Another negative is the menu. Restaurateurs are required to provide a written menu listing the dishes and prices, but here, customers are told the menu verbally without knowing the ingredients (for those with allergies) or the price.

18/01/2026: After hearing about it several times, I decided to try making a reservation for dinner with my partner. We arrived and were warmly welcomed, and were given a choice of available tables. When making the reservation, I was told that since it was peak time, we might have to wait for service, but everything was fine. For the main courses, we ordered a portion of "chicche del marinaio" (salmon and shrimp gnocchi) and a mixed fried fish dish, all very good and well-seasoned. Nothing gourmet, but who cares. In conclusion, I liked it and will keep it in mind for a return visit. The prices are average, except that the portions are large enough for two, so the final bill is excellent. I highly recommend it.

07/01/2026: Il Gabbiano restaurant in Marotta definitely makes an impression! Generous portions and everything was delicious, fresh fish, and the service was courteous and fast. Excellent and dry fried food. Well-seasoned first courses. The bill was the icing on the cake, very fair! If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely go there again. Definitely recommended! I also recommend booking at least the day before; it's not very big.

30/12/2025: Amazing place! I celebrated my birthday here, and it was a wonderful discovery. The wines were excellent, the platters and focaccias spectacular, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 19/01/2026: As a former restaurant and bar professional, now retired, with a half-Venetian family (and therefore an excellent knowledge of seafood cuisine, even professionally), I have to give the "La Quinta" trattoria a solid 10 out of 10. It's a trattoria, so I think the sophists of "classy" seafood restaurants might disagree with me, but I love the quality, "national popular" style of dining, without too many frills, with an informal atmosphere, but with fast and attentive service and, above all, the tasty, generous dishes offered on the sufficiently varied "La Quinta" menu, which is also affordable even for those with moderate budgets. A key advantage is the adjacent fishing port of Fano, which guarantees the freshness of the local ingredients. We can't wait to return. Thanks to the owners and staff for the wonderful experience. I recommend booking by phone, especially on weekends.

Great atmosphere, and very easy to get to because it's downtown and has ample parking. Very fast service, good food, and EXCELLENT beers! The small size allows you to try more! 31/01/2026: Good, but unfortunately the shift and customer management isn't 5-star, not even close to it. With the place 1/4 full, you don't rush seated customers to leave within 15 minutes, and there's no one waiting outside. You can't refuse to take a reservation because it's "too late." Seated customers are more important than the "nothing" waiting outside. Guys, you need to learn to treat your customers with courtesy and kindness, because they're the ones who give you work, not the shift that doesn't exist (since if the place is half-empty and no one is waiting, their shift doesn't exist).
