04/07/2026: Excellent restaurant. The food is of a very high standard and corresponds to the high price. And the service is very pleasant and friendly. The only two gaps are that the menu and service are not in English and there is no air conditioning. We were there in the middle of a heat wave and on the terrace outside it was reasonable.

The dishes were incredibly fresh, tasty, and of excellent quality, but what impressed us even more was the service: a level of customer care that is increasingly rare these days. The waiters were attentive to every detail without ever being intrusive. As they passed between tables, they immediately noticed that the plate with the mussel shells was full and replaced it immediately; shortly after, another waiter brought us hand towels without us having to ask. The entire service was extremely smooth, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere was beautiful, with great attention to detail and truly excellent value. We spent €46 for two for a dinner of peppered mussels, tagliolini allo scoglio, mixed salad, focaccia, and a glass of wine. At first this place might seem small and crowded yet it does surprise you with how much space for a big gathering it has as well as how cozy and intimate it can feel. Only Italians can achieve both at the same time. You will enjoy all the food and I do recommned going after seafood dishes.

15/07/2026: A pizzeria located in a tower that offers spectacular views from the terrace or downstairs. I had a pizza called "il bosco" and I have to say it wasn't bad, although my heart was captivated by the sweet pizzas like the pistachiosa and the golosa. The latter are truly a treat!

01/07/2026: A charming pizzeria located in a small, ancient village, with a relaxing and truly pleasant atmosphere. We dined on the well-designed outdoor terrace: in case of rain, the roof can be automatically closed, and the sliding glass doors make the atmosphere comfortable in any situation. We were two adults and two children. The pizzas were truly excellent, carefully prepared and very tasty. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly, making us feel immediately at ease. At the end of the meal, the children wanted to try the artisanal gelato a pozzetto, which they also loved. The icing on the cake was the very fair price. A place we happily recommend and will gladly return to!

11/03/2026: I dined alone and had a very positive experience. I ate really well: excellent quality meat, perfectly cooked, and excellent flavor. The roast potatoes and appetizer were also very good, with carefully prepared and well-balanced flavors. I accompanied my dinner with a very good Rosso Conero, which paired perfectly with the meat. Special praise goes to the two young men who run the restaurant: young, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Even though I was alone, they immediately made me feel at ease, with attentive and professional service. This restaurant is highly recommended for those looking for good food, excellent meat, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will gladly return.

16/06/2026: The Marche region in a restaurant, a traditional one, with sincere dishes, simplicity, and a recognizable, authentic flavor. Everything is delicious. Vegetables from Fabio's garden, exceptional in every way. There will be a bit of a wait, but that's part of the experience and part of a slow, peaceful world that no longer exists, but which can still be felt in this restaurant.

30/05/2026: A true dive into the 1980s. The focus is on substance: traditional Marche cuisine, enhanced by almost forgotten dishes like beans with pork rind and giblets, followed by tripe, grilled eggplant... And then there are the cured meats with a forgotten flavor—and all this just for appetizers. But the modernity continues throughout the courses: Campofilone macaroni with a ragù that takes you back to your childhood, followed by chicken, rabbit, and various masterfully cooked meats. Not a place for those seeking a sophisticated dish; for those seeking gourmet plating; for those demanding impeccable service. A place where you can relax and enjoy a laugh with friends, and why not, even with the "Chef" who makes sure to check if you liked each dish. One last tip: don't overdo the bread with the appetizers or you won't make it to dessert. That, too, is worth a mention. The lack of a fifth star—unfortunately—is due to the waiters, who are truly untrained. But this can be improved.

08/04/2026: Vallery and I decided to make a reservation at Osteria dal Fosco. The location is just outside the city center. Unfortunately, it's not easy to find parking on some days. The staff were friendly and helpful. We opted for meat and had a great time. Highly recommended despite the difficulty of parking.

We were a group, starting with the drinks: warm Coke, nonexistent beers, they brought one jug for six people because they didn't have any left, nonexistent fried food, if we ate three fries each, it's a lot. Moving on to the pizzas, we went around the pizza shop, they brought us all pizzas with spicy salami and two other different flavors. When we asked for regular pizzas like a buffalo mozzarella, we were told they turned off the oven. And nothing, we were all starving, we ate nothing for the modest sum of 25 euros, an armed robbery!!!! Very young and inexperienced staff. TERRIBLE!
