Recommended experience! We visited the restaurant with two friends. The staff was immediately friendly and recommended the various dishes. The sushi was tasty and fresh, with a pleasant aftertaste. The ingredients were high-quality and the prices were very fair for the quality. I recommend it if you want to try authentically flavored fish. I must reiterate the staff's kindness and helpfulness. I will be back.

Our favorite Japanese restaurant in and around Fermo. A menu with select options, made with the highest-quality ingredients. We love Midemi and Black & White, but we always like to explore new options. The bao and gyoza are delicious. A good wine cellar is also available. Service is prompt and courteous. They also offer takeout.

03/05/2026: We booked for one night and enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The place is simply enchanting, as is all the staff. Luca greeted us upon arrival, explaining the opening hours in great detail and being extremely kind, and showed us our room (Estate). Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. Everything was homemade and taken care of down to the smallest detail. The owner, Manuela, is a wonderful person. We will definitely be back.

13/07/2026: A stunning little restaurant on the Porto Sant'Elpidio seafront. The atmosphere is intimate and truly charming, especially at sunset. The welcome entree was extremely welcome: Ascoli olives stuffed with fish and filo pastry cones with tuna mousse, trout roe, and chopped pistachios. The raw ham is spectacular. The first courses are truly flavorful and portions are generous. Reservations are recommended. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
04/07/2026: Excellent seafood and interesting dishes. A good wine list and limited seating contribute to a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!
