28/07/2025: A very well-maintained place, well-organized, and always supervised by the wait staff. The staff was extremely kind and, above all, professional in every aspect. The poolside service was impeccable. The food and wines were also quality, with well-timed breaks, and no architectural barriers. From the moment you arrive, you can see how they put their customers at ease. They asked women and children to step down onto the carpet in front of the entrance, as the parking lot is below, but each level is served by stairs.

09/08/2025: The outside of the restaurant doesn't do justice to the experience inside, which is well-kept, renovated, and clean (including the bathrooms). The staff is welcoming and friendly. And then there's the food... The house appetizers are FANTASTIC, the first courses are inexplicable, and I barely managed to touch the tagliata (a sliced main course) because I was so full. Everything was delicious and plentiful. Wine, plenty of water, dessert, and coffee, €20 per person. It's been years since I've been so amazed by a meal at a restaurant. Congratulations, highly recommended, and I'll be back as soon as I can!

22/08/2025: The establishment is reminiscent of the beautiful restaurants of the 1980s, certainly elegant and impressive, with a lovely pool and walkways with water features. A delicious dinner with a first course for two of tagliolini with an antique sauce prepared tableside by waiter Gianni on a wooden board, where he mixed the sauce and mixed it with the tagliolini with truly great skill and professionalism. The tagliolini, cooked to perfection and topped with this sauce, were sublime; even though the portions are generous, I would have asked for seconds. The meat is for true connoisseurs: high-quality cuts so delicious that you didn't even need a knife, always generous portions. Finally, a great meal of quality, quantity, and a great Gianni who accompanies you on this gastronomic journey. Congratulations to everyone, we'll be back.

03/08/2025: I stopped at this restaurant for a quick dinner because I was passing through. The place is surrounded by greenery and has a swimming pool. We ordered two appetizers: one with cured meats and bruschetta, the other with vegetables and bruschetta. Both were very good and tasty. A dessert (yogurt and lime gelato) and a coffee were included. We paid €40.

25/06/2025: We had dinner in the village of Altidona. In a small square, Amaca is located, a family-run restaurant where you can rediscover the flavors of the Marche region. On the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and hills, we sampled the tasting menu of local dishes, including Ascoli olives and cremini, local cured meats and cheeses, fried tagliatelle, and much more. The Barbula di Altidona wine was truly delicious and fragrant. Everything was delicious. The staff was courteous and welcoming. Impeccable service. Absolutely fair pricing. Highly recommended!

27/05/2025: Despite being closed we were welcomed with good wine and antipasti. The warmth is great, the bistro is atmospheric. A year later we were surprised again by a delicious dinner, wine and home-made limoncello. 5 stars are very well deserved. We will definitely come back.

28/08/2025: A hotel and restaurant converted from an ancient convent is already unusual, but if you visit, you'll realize the owners are serious people who know how to do their job with passion and professionalism. We only went for dinner (but if that's the case, the rooms must be just as excellent). Very local appetizer: Galantine, Ascoli olives (the best I've ever tasted), Russian salad and giardiniera (pickled vegetables) grown in the restaurant. Grilled vegetables First course: Pappardelle with rabbit ragù. Extremely delicate, and the egg pasta is also homemade. Second course: Beef fillet in green pepper sauce. Crostone with fossa cheese and red onion jam! For dessert, Cantuccini biscuits and a glass of Vino Cotto. The final bill was very fair, especially considering the bottle of Rosso Conero Riserva AGONTANO. BRAVI. You're our new favorite restaurant in the Marche region. We'll definitely be back.

30/07/2025: A wonderful place for lunch or dinner. We sat outside on the terrace, overlooking the piazza where an event was taking place. The food was excellent, and the staff was very welcoming. Perhaps the best place we ate at during our vacation in the area.

21/08/2025: A historic restaurant in Montefortino. Simple, family-run, with the flavor and atmosphere of a small trattoria of yesteryear. A varied menu with Italian-style appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Special mention goes to the norcina-style first courses and the grilled and grilled lamb. Everything tastes good and is well-cooked. The service is good, fast, and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

16/08/2025: We stopped here after a hike with friends. We arrived around 3:00 PM and were greeted without any problems. The atmosphere is very familiar and informal, the food is good and the portions are generous. We'll definitely be back.

16/08/2025: We went to the Fonte di Mosè for dinner a few days ago. We brought our four dogs and dined in the outdoor garden. Unfortunately, although the food was good, the service was truly poor. We had to wait an hour and a half for a grilled fish dish, which, moreover, who knows when it would have arrived if we hadn't requested it in advance. Having waited so long for the main course, the chocolate cakes we'd ordered were sold out. Furthermore, when we got to the cashier to pay, after waiting a long time because no one was there, we weren't even asked how our dinner went, dismissing us without even a sop or an apology. The only positive aspect of the service was a blonde waitress who apologized for the service in place of the owner. Overall, the atmosphere wasn't bad, but it definitely needs updating.

16/08/2025: A good restaurant located on the outskirts of Torre di Palme. They also serve pizzas in addition to their meat and seafood options. Suitable for celiacs. Ample parking. Recommended.
