20/12/2025: Excellent, mouth-watering traditional Tuscan food. Excellent wine. The owner is friendly and approachable. The restaurant is small, yet intimate and rustic, perfect for dinner with your partner. There's also an outdoor gazebo for summer.

Let's not forget the excellent cuisine. The food is delicious.
23/09/2025: We spontaneously arrived with 15 people and were seated immediately. The welcome was very friendly, and everyone found something good to eat: seafood, antipasti, pasta, fries... Everything was delicious, and the service was attentive and quick.

Dinner on the terrace is the best, not only for the view, but also for the food, which is very good.
The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied, and the service is second to none. The hospitality is excellent.
In my experience, I felt right at home.
24/08/2025: A very nice, clean hotel with a wonderful view of the Marche hills. The suite was beautiful: very spacious, bright, airy, and with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant. The pool is small and shallow, but it's fine for a cool dip in the summer. Breakfast is decent: the homemade cakes are very good, but the variety could be increased. The hotel's location, high up, with a splendid view, is a bit inconvenient for reaching the region's attractions.

17/10/2025: Beautiful campsite by a large pond with a peninsula in the lake where you can also camp. Beautiful location, friendly operators, and clean restrooms. One minor drawback: there's only one sink in the restroom, which resembles a kitchen sink. Highly recommended.

Absolute relaxation.
You just have to find the entrance. Don't worry, the path is clearly marked at the end. The campsite is located around a nice pond. Quiet.
Electricity. Water.
Very clean toilets.
Shower: 50 cents for 3 minutes, which is more than enough (outside dispenser).

Ristorante Pizzeria Il Coccaro

30/12/2025: A very positive lunch experience today. The exterior isn't particularly impressive upon arrival, but the view from the terrace is spectacular. The interior is small, informal, and comfortable; you can also enjoy the view of the valley from here.
The service is warm and friendly, and it's easy to chat with the waiter/owner, who doesn't skimp on explanations and attention, even for children.
We opted for typical dishes from southern Marche, which were truly excellent! Honorable mention goes to the Ascoli olives and Campofilone macaroni!
The quality/price ratio is absolutely excellent. We hope to return in the summer to eat on the terrace!
30/12/2025: While visiting Monterubbiano, a charming medieval village, we happened to hear about the local dish, fried tagliatelle, a true delicacy. We called and found a table right away. There were four of us, and we ate these delicious fried tagliatelle, followed by grilled lamb, mutton and other skewers, potatoes, Ascoli olives, sautéed chicory, and finally an excellent ricotta and chocolate tart. Everything was delicious, there was no wait, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, eating inside meant we couldn't enjoy the breathtaking view of the Marche hills and the nearby sea. Since it's inside a park, I think the place is beautiful in the warmer months. Thank you for your hospitality!

30/09/2025: Lovely place. We stayed only one night in September, the first mountain bike stop on the Sibillini ring, but we had a wonderful time. Helpful staff, wonderful rooms, fantastic breakfast, and a pool in an annex separate from the main building.
They also have a storage area for e-bike charging.
They're not very close to the village of Montefortino, but you can get there by bike in 10 minutes (uphill).
Highly recommended.

07/11/2025: Truly excellent takeout and sliced pizza! The pizza is light, easy to digest (which isn't a given), and made with consistently fresh ingredients.
Our family gets takeout pizza on Sundays for dinner, when pizzerias are always packed...the pizza chefs are always punctual!!!
Letizia at the counter is always friendly and kind.
I definitely recommend this pizzeria, where quality and courtesy are guaranteed.

Nothing fancy. Simple yet very welcoming. Perhaps it's the "welcoming" jokes of the bartenders, who, with warm and attentive manners, are ready to satisfy the needs of customers, both adults and children. Perhaps it's a sign that "the essential is invisible to..."
Excellent availability and friendliness.
