The meat is excellent. Prices aren't exactly for everyone, but they're in line with the high quality of the food (and wine). The service and staff are friendly and professional. Matilde is generous with tips and interesting facts about dishes, cuts, and provenances. For those who want to spend less and eat well... highly recommended!

I was with my wife and daughter, the place is really nice, comfortable and welcoming, maybe a little too dark... the service is friendly, polite and prepared, the raw materials are unquestionable, the prices are fair considering the workmanship behind it and the quality of the raw materials, maybe a little excessive, the price of the rubia gallega per 100g-kg, however the quality is beyond discussion... overall, a more than positive experience, I highly recommend it to anyone who loves meat in its preparations and culinary evolutions.

This restaurant is approximately 240 km from Rome. We can say, without hesitation, that it was worth every penny. Education and product research are paramount, all seasoned with kindness and a cheerful attitude. The owner is not only highly knowledgeable, she's passionate about what she does, and I think there are no better ingredients than love and attention to detail. She and her entire staff deserve top marks.

Delicious homemade bread...
Special grilled vegetables...
Carpaccio...raw fish...exceptional picagna...perfect in every preparation...the fillet cooked rare as requested...spectacular...truly, truly delicious desserts...
Kind and professional staff, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly...

600 km traveled, worth every penny.
Well-kept restaurant, excellent service:
The staff are truly kind, knowledgeable, and professional without being intrusive.
The raw ingredients are undeniable and absolutely in line with the quality/price ratio.
The raw fish tasting was absolutely excellent, as were their "baby dolls."
The wine list was well-curated, not banal (the guy was really knowledgeable).
We also had some desserts, original and truly delicious.
We finished the meal with a tasting of rum and passito.
What can I say?! Everything was perfect and absolutely recommended.
Last but not least, the waitress was truly welcoming and knowledgeable.
