19/03/2025: At La Cambusa I ate what is probably the best seafood pasta I have ever had. All the flavors just blended perfectly together with what was also a perfectly recommended local bottle. The outdoor seating area was in a cosy, narrow, old cobblestone street adding extra to the atmosphere. At La Cambusa you will be served by a dedicated and professional staff who take pride in what they do. And last but not least, my compliment to the Chef.

08/03/2025: 1.30pm... asked for a table for five... 2 adults and three children made us wait to see if a table was available, but no place cleared up in 2 seconds flat (a table had just stood up and others were finishing up)... it could fit but seeing three children and the time, maybe if I had been in the Peppretario I would have spent a little more... too bad...

09/10/2024: 6 Oct. 2024. After walking to the south lookout and Wolf Pass, we finally sat down to eat something and rest; this is a great place. The menu is not very well stocked but more than sufficient. Not much stuff but done really well. We had an appetizer, a perfectly cooked mixed grill and some desserts with sour cherry wine made by the owner, and suggested by the waiter, truly exceptional. Well done. And then what's better than having lunch outdoors under the shade of a persimmon tree and with a view of the sea?

26/12/2024: Afternoon walk where tranquility reigns with views as far as the eye can see over the Conero Riviera. We did not stay in the hotel. There are two restaurants where you can eat. Large paid parking.

I highly recommend it if you were to take a tour in these areas, I would say that it will certainly be worth it

23/12/2024: Posto curato e sala accogliente,sopravvalutato per quanto riguarda il cibo,piatti presentati bene ma privi di sapore. Tagliatelle di pesce...crude,pesce inesistente,frittura di pesce pessima priva di panatura e unta. Per non parlare della responsabile di sala,a mio avviso poco tatto con i clienti. L'unica pietanza da 10 è stato il dolce.

29/12/2024: We had already ordered takeaway from Fornace once 4 years ago, and I had a very bad experience, like 30 minutes of waiting on site. But it was summer. So okay, there can also be a bad day. After all, it is high season. We decide to give the place another chance, in the middle of winter, since we didn't want to leave home (it's really a stone's throw away). We call very early (around 6pm) to order two takeaway pizzas for 7.30pm. They tell us it was better to do it by 8pm. We agree. We show up at 7.55pm and by 8pm we have paid, no trace of the pizzas because "Well it's rush hour, but they're coming now". But why, we had proposed a slower time and now it's rush hour? Well guys, it goes without saying that there were 8 customers at three tables (literally) with pizzas already served, a deserted place. The scene repeats itself within a few minutes with other customers coming to collect the pizzas ordered in advance. The nightmare of waiting years ago for the withdrawal is repeating itself again. To be honest I have to say that this time we only waited 20 minutes compared to 30 a few years ago. The restaurateur evidently thinks that customers are mere self-propelled wallets from which to draw whose time is worth absolutely nothing. Let's clarify one concept: I might even be fine with having had unpleasant experiences with customers who don't show up to pick up a pizza. But then what you do is not "takeaway" as you also communicate on your website and on the phone. Rather, the formula is, come here, and I'll make you some pizzas to take away. Not very fast. There's a big difference. I say this because there are pizzerias that have this type of policy, for various reasons (attempts to upsell other products, protection against missed orders, etc.) and therefore specify it at the time of ordering. Or they don't let you order at all and tell you to go there. On the pizza, despite personal tastes, there is a problem: it will be 180g of dough (which we can also define as central Italian style) but with truly embarrassing toppings in terms of quantity. I'm sorry to leave negative reviews but unfortunately they are the only way to open the managers' eyes to allow them to treat customers with due respect. And also obviously to inform possible new future customers of critical issues encountered. Reading other reviews, however, these facts have already been highlighted previously, so I would say that it would be appropriate to make some changes.

10/10/2024: La Pizzeria/Ristorante si trova a pochi passi dalla Chiesa di San Nicola di Bari. Cibo molto buono e ben presentato. Personale gentile e attento. Ideale per una cena fra amici.

18/09/2024: Difficile trovare una pizzeria, e buona, a Sirolo, difficile trovare una pizzeria che non buchi il portafogli... Ma Tory rispetta questi requisiti: bontà accessibilità gentilezza. Io prendo spessa la pizza Tory, i miei familiari spaziano. Gustosa la tagliata di tonno. Si cena nel patio, sotto il campanile bramantino.
