June 27, 2026: lunch at the Trattoria "Il Borgo" in Sirolo managed by chef Fabrizio. We were very satisfied with the lunch, especially for the freshness of the fish and the preparation/cooking methods. A way of cooking that has now been lost in the times where (alas) "mass" cuisine prevails. Prices are normal, taking into account the raw materials and the above. One last detail, even if it may seem insignificant: the bread basket: very good (it qualifies the place).

Everything was delicious, but the price was astronomical. It was Easter, which doesn't justify the price. I recommend displaying the price or, when asked, clearly stating the price.

We are two 18-year-olds, and today we decided to dine at this wonderful and exquisite restaurant. We entered, and without any distinction, the staff (the owner, I presume) escorted us to our table, treating us perfectly from the start. After displaying the menu, they turned on the air conditioning for a more comfortable atmosphere (we were the only ones in the room) and played some pleasant background music. Despite the relatively low prices for a restaurant in Sirolo, the food was truly delicious. There's even a small, friendly dog, but he doesn't bother us at all. Unfortunately, it's in an inconvenient location in Sirolo and therefore rarely noticed. 5 stars

A very positive experience, so much so that we returned two days later... in February, it's not crowded; in fact, we were practically alone. The owner was very kind, the food was delicious (seared prawn appetizer and seafood pasta first course), and the atmosphere was magical. The price was fair. Thank you for your excellent hospitality; we'll have a wonderful memory of it. 💫✨
