29/08/2025: We had lunch for four (2 adults and 2 girls). We ordered traditional meatballs, pincinelle with red ragù, and baked smoked scamorza. All accompanied by a basket of warm crescia. Delicious lunch. Friendly staff. Very elegant place.

28/08/2025: This charming restaurant is located in Fabriano's historic center, boasting meticulously crafted interiors and furnishings. Upon entering, your gaze wanders over the walls and vaulted ceilings, where plastered areas alternate with exposed brickwork, all carefully crafted. The lighting is discreet, so as not to detract from the charm of the masonry. The overall decor is equally discreet. Kudos to the architect, who expertly combined the existing elements with new ones. The menu offers traditional Marche dishes, all of which are of a high standard. Special mention goes to the smoked duck breast, the truffle ravioli, and the pasta made with water and flour and served with house ragù. The wine cellar offers a good selection of wines. The wait staff is distinguished by their kindness and attentiveness. The quality-price ratio is excellent.

16/07/2025: We returned to the region with family, and a stop at Deba Soul and Sushi was essential. The sushi is inventive and the quality is top-notch! Truly excellent sushi, and we've been to Japan; this restaurant is very, very refined and delicious.

21/06/2025: Highly recommended! Fresh food with chef's specialties cooked, raw and flambéed. Young staff, very kind and helpful. Elegant interior. In summer there is the possibility of eating outside along the river. The outdoor area has been recently renovated and is very clean and elegant. Free parking nearby. In Fabriano I eat sushi only at this place.

18/05/2025: A journey of taste (and heart) to Enoteca Simona, signed by Chef Mattia! It's the first time I've discovered Fabriano and the first time I've discovered this super chic wine bar/restaurant. If you pass through Fabriano and don't stop at Enoteca Simona, you're missing out on a little treasure hidden among the city's alleys. Here you don't have dinner, you literally have an experience. And you do it with style, taste and a pinch of madness, the kind that only Chef Mattia knows how to bring to the table. The menu is fixed, but nothing is ever the same: every time it changes and surprises you. Four courses conceived as a story, accompanied by wines chosen with love (and true expertise) to enhance every flavor. You don't have to choose anything - you sit down, relax and let yourself be guided. It's liberating. At the end of the evening my friends and I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Mattia, who is not just a chef, he is an artist of the stove who transmits his passion for work to his dishes. And it succeeds, in a big way. The atmosphere? Warm, well-kept, intimate. The staff is smiling, present but never intrusive. You feel pampered, like at home, but with starred restaurant dishes (without the mind-blowing prices, on the contrary...). In short? Enoteca Simona is the place you gladly return to, with a full belly and a light heart. Thanks Mattia – keep cooking like this, you're going strong!

04/09/2025: I had cannelloni and my husband had ravioli - this time. Then tiramisu for dessert. A must! So yummy! It’s our 4th visit to this restaurant! We will be back when we’re in Fabriano. Home cooked fresh food, friendly service and great suggestions on daily specials. Even told us that the broth would not be freshly made because it was summer - it would be a stock-cube broth if we’d wanted that. So appreciate being told exactly what’s in what I’m eating. Great attention to detail!

18/07/2025: Sono stata a cena con il mio compagno, cena buona, nulla di sconvolgente ma nel complesso buona. Il servizio lascia una nota negativa, alla fine dei pasti passa del.tempo prima dinportatr via i piatti e di venire a chiedere se si vuole altro o meno....

02/02/2025: Locale intimo e gradevole. Si può andare per un normale pasto o aperitivo. Bella scelta di vini che però non abbiamo potuto apprezzare, essendo un gruppo di astemi. Il locale è perfetto per andarci con amici e offre buone pietanze per tutti i gusti. Buon servizio. Piccolo difetto: bagno unico per uomini e donne e dirimpetto alle cucine.

30/06/2025: È un bar ed un ristorante od un luogo in cui si beve e si mangia, aperto per colazione, pranzo e cena, bel posto, sembra di essere a casa, clienti vengono accolti e trattati bene, c'è sempre un po' di musica, si può stare all'interno oppure all'esterno, tenuto benissimo, se venite a Fabriano fateci un salto e non solo!

10/06/2025: 50 euros per person for 2 dishes per person + 1 bottle of wine + ammazzacaffè and coffee. Absolutely forgettable food, ok service, normal atmosphere. Not recommended!
