01/01/2026: We stayed two nights for New Year's Eve! Everything was wonderful. Just what we were looking for! Fantastic location, a green oasis. All the staff were extremely kind at every opportunity. We felt pampered. The private wellness area was well-maintained. We stayed in the loggia apartment in the "inn": spacious and clean. The restaurant was perfect, both for breakfast (very generous) and dinner. The New Year's Eve dinner was excellent, with carefully prepared and refined dishes. I must say, two days as a couple were more than relaxing. Thank you!

24/02/2026: I'll start by saying that I was passing through Fabriano for a day and decided to try this place based on the many positive reviews. The place is cute, not chaotic, and beautifully decorated (my kids were shocked looking at all those phones). The staff, starting with the owner, is truly excellent, both in terms of speed and courtesy (everyone had a dazzling smile). The quality of the fish is truly high...we started with a mix of carpaccio and tartare, and even though we'd overindulged, we polished it all off. For mains, we ordered a trio of steaks, picanha, angus, and a recommended Bavarian cream. Perfectly cooked, the meat melted in your mouth. The desserts were also very good. If I were to find myself in the area again, I'd definitely pop in. The prices were fair. Go for it...

24/02/2026: Passing through Fabriano, we had lunch here. From the entrance, it seemed like an unwelcoming place, but it's true that appearances can be deceiving. The ambience was certainly designed with the owner's tastes in mind, but it's truly welcoming and charming. The staff were friendly, the menu catered for all tastes, and there were two truly excellent first courses—it would be difficult to choose the better of the two. The roast lamb was perhaps a little overcooked, but the meat was impeccable. The wine list was extensive, and the price was fair. Congratulations!

30/09/2025: I was there for a birthday, the dishes were refined and very good, the staff was very diligent and thorough in explaining the dishes and the accompanying wines.

26/09/2025: A spectacular dinner... Excellent quality, carefully prepared dishes, explained by the waitresses and paired with a different wine for each course. Thanks to sommelier Linda for recommending quality wines and to the chef for the dishes.

03/03/2026: Despite there being 47 of us, including teachers and students, and without prior notice, we were welcomed with warmth and great professionalism. The team was truly exceptional: delicious piadinas, made with quality ingredients and served quickly. Thank you so much from all of us.

01/12/2025: Unfortunately, I must confirm what others have noted: problems finding the reservation; we waited 45 minutes to order, another 45, maybe even more, for three entrees, and another hour for three meats reheated and dressed with the same sauce, even though they were three different types of meat. At this point, we were literally abandoned, and to order desserts, we took advantage of the opportunity afforded to us by our neighbors, who had gone to call someone. I also wanted to emphasize that, if a food item is out of stock, as is stated when ordering, no substitute is brought to the kitchen. The worst thing was seeing two diners arrive about an hour later, eat everything first, and be treated as if the others weren't there or didn't pay the same amount. The only positive thing is the proximity to the hospital, because if you're coming from out of town to visit relatives at lunchtime, it's convenient to stop for lunch. Had I known the treatment options beforehand, I would have preferred to drive even 30 minutes to go elsewhere.

07/08/2025: I came here today because I was craving pizza. It's definitely a family-run business. I had some really good pizza by the slice, and the prices were excellent. Kudos to the staff for their politeness and kindness. Highly recommended.

06/01/2026: The staff was very fast, but there were few smiles. The pizza was very large and thin. The atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, you couldn't talk because the voices got mixed up even if you weren't sitting next to each other. I don't know if I'll go back.

22/02/2026: A place with a very short menu, a few first courses, a platter of cold cuts, and a few crescia. It's good as an aperitif or for a quick, unpretentious lunch. The location is excellent, practically downtown. The outdoor seating is great on a warm, sunny day. Maybe it was a bad day, but I honestly found the service a bit unfriendly. Considering the extreme simplicity of the dishes, it's hard to go wrong, but as for the food, it's just barely passable. However, considering the price, it's acceptable.

23/01/2026: È un bar ed un ristorante od un luogo in cui si beve e si mangia, aperto per colazione, pranzo e cena, bel posto, sembra di essere a casa, clienti vengono accolti e trattati bene, c'è sempre un po' di musica, si può stare all'interno oppure all'esterno, tenuto benissimo, se venite a Fabriano fateci un salto e non solo!

06/12/2025: My partner and I stayed here in September and had a wonderful time. The property is surrounded by greenery, and its strategic location allows you to reach various destinations in just a few minutes. The food was excellent!!!
