01/10/2025: A small but very cute place with lots of vegan options...with good products from local producers...and even large portions, I'd say! I'll have to come back because they also make pizza with selected and refined flours! Friendly and helpful service Right prices for a quality vegan restaurant

05/09/2025: The service was simply extraordinary and very fast, and the food was equally amazing: super original and, in my opinion, decidedly "gourmet," worthy of a starred vegan restaurant, if it weren't for the portions, which here at the "Bistrot" are truly worthy of stars for their abundance and richness.

14/08/2025: A very charming little restaurant and pizzeria, with both indoor and outdoor dining options. The pizza is excellent, both for takeout and plated, and is carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The friendly and courteous staff makes the experience even more enjoyable.

22/09/2025: We waited an hour between the appetizer and the main course, and then we were served skewers of anchovies that tasted like DEVIL. Luckily, we didn't end up in the emergency room. Are you poisoning your customers?

15/10/2025: Simple, home-cooked, and well-prepared food. Delicious. A set menu (first course, second course, water, bread, and copperto) costs 16-18 euros. Outside the tourist area. Friendly and honest staff (it's common in Italy to overcharge foreign tourists), but not here: the same treatment and prices as Italians, which is appreciated.

12/10/2025: I don't understand why they don't give you the menu to read the prices... here the waitress comes and orders by voice... you want to know how much you want to spend...

21/09/2025: This hilltop location is excellent, more precisely: "Colle dei Falchi" C. da Vallasciano FERMO Sale Grosso Restaurant. Together with the chef and owner, we will let you enjoy magnificent dishes with a spectacular view!!!

20/09/2025: Beautiful place, but the food, if anything, is even better. The owner and waiters were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though the place was full, we were in a separate room. We waited very little, ate well, and paid fairly. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

14/09/2025: Delicious homemade pasta. The sauces definitely need improvement. Overall, the flavors are old-fashioned, simple, and delicious. Special mention for the tripe and giblets! All with simple, friendly service at a great price. We'll be back!

10/09/2025: All good. The only flaw is that the menu listed asparagus cappellacci, but they weren't available. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

17/08/2025: A welcoming pizzeria where you can eat outside. The pizza is tasty, thin, and well-topped. They also offer handmade pasta dishes like traditional cappelletti. The staff is friendly, but given the crowds, a bit of a wait is expected. A great place for those who want to spend an evening with family or friends without worrying about unpleasant surprises.

02/11/2025: Honestly, I didn't taste the black truffle at all; I expected it to be much better. It's a shame because the restaurant actually called for truffles, but instead I was very disappointed. That's not an insult. Take it as encouragement to improve.

02/11/2025: The welcome was decent, but the food didn't meet expectations. The crostini were bland and the bread was tasteless to say the least. Total disappointment with the passatello, which was completely devoid of truffle flavor (I chose black truffle). The portion was decent for €25, but I can assure you it was truly flavorless; the truffle was practically nonexistent on the plate. I should clarify that the passatello was flaked, but the truffle was actually covered in the entire passatello, making it seem dry. Absolutely not recommended.

19/09/2025: Probably the best pastry shop in town! The pastries and brioches are delicious, full of filling, but above all, you can taste they're artisanal, made fresh. It's also the only café that serves oat cappuccino (which from now on will be the only one I'll drink, because it's excellent). In short, not everyone can finally offer a good variety for those who can't drink cow's milk. The staff is also simply fantastic: kind, attentive, and helpful, always with a smile. The only downside is that the place is a bit small and sometimes there's no seating (especially in the summer), but it's worth it in the end!

05/09/2025: Excellent croissant dough. The only flaw: it's too small; I could have easily eaten two! The cappuccino is good, and the atmosphere is cozy and familiar.

29/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at the Villa Giulia at the end of September 2025 and it was beyond all our dreams! We booked the date one year before and during this year we had multiple calls with Camilla from VG to organise everything. The whole team was absolutely amazing. Every detail from decorations to last minute requests were made at the best possible level. And what I particularly liked to hear when I arrived for the wedding is: ' Of course we can do it, everything is possible!' From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank everyone involved in the organisation of this beautiful weekend, especially Camilla, for being our constant support and best project manager!!

23/10/2025: Highly recommend. Do a look and see weekend and you’ll fall in love. Villa Giulia has gorgeous views, great sunrise and sunsets, plenty of areas to host an amazing, not only wedding but any celebration weekend. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, readily available to help, answer any questions and provide 1st class service. The out sourcing for flowers, photography (we chose Vanilla photography) were also excellent in providing a friendly, professional and supportive service. Camilla, our planner was fantastic. No detail was left out, very personable but professional. Kind, caring, thoughtful and takes the stress of planning such an event away. We’ll end with saying that we were more than happy with our special day and every one of our guests said that it was the best weekend that they’d ever had. Memories shared that we all will never forget. Here I found not only the highest professionalism, not only excellent cuisine, these are not selected products. But here lies the concept of family in a work context where looks rule the roost in managing the dining room and kitchen. Destiny wanted me to arrive here, and my free will and instinct whisper loudly to me about the Titans of Gabicce Monte. I want to come back.
