07/09/2025: I went to Dolcevita just last night to buy a cake, knowing the products were of the highest quality. The place was deserted, around 7:00 PM, except for one woman who had presumably already purchased a cake, since she was holding it in her hand. There were three clerks, and they were all arguing with this woman about defrosting times, the potential for reduced yield if the product were left at room temperature too long, and so on. After the discussion continued, and knowing that the three people behind the counter showed no sign of acknowledging my presence, I politely asked if one of them could help me choose a cake. They told me to wait and continued their discussion unperturbed. I waited some more and asked again to buy a cake, to no avail. I was very tempted to leave, but I would have shown up to a dinner invitation empty-handed, so I couldn't. Meanwhile, a new customer arrived, the previous lady left, and one of the three asked the man who had just entered what she needed. He kindly replied that I was there first. I finally made my purchase, quite disconcerted. What can I say—rudeness, inappropriateness, or what else? I couldn't figure it out. The warm welcome certainly wasn't there.

13/09/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Gluten-Free Button is a real discovery! The food is excellent, and you can taste the care that goes into its preparation. The owner is friendly and super helpful, making us feel right at home. We ordered both bread and a savory pie to go: truly delicious! The breakfast was worthy of being called such—finally something tasty and gluten-free. We also returned for an aperitif… what can I say, divine! A place we recommend to anyone looking for quality and hospitality, without sacrificing taste.
