08/09/2025: 5 stars is not enough for this hotel. I would start with a rating of 50+50 stars. My wife and I were lucky enough to find this property, and we can say right away that we realized from the first emails that courtesy is a must. The owner Francesco and his wife Alessandra are exceptional, all his collaborators make a truly great team: Enrico, Roberto, and Angelo are splendid. The chef Cristina is the ideal person to make you gain weight in a few days, the food is excellent. The room logistics staff is fantastically courteous. We don't usually return to hotels where we've stayed, but their kindness has changed our habits too....So next year, God willing, we've secured a reservation at the Hotel Lux. Keep it up, you're truly wonderful people.

06/09/2025: Francesco and his staff's hospitality is simply incredible. The hotel is in a quiet location, yet close to everything. Ideal for children.

21/09/2025: There are no burgers! False reviews. We called to see if there was room, arrived, and the manager seemed clueless. Nice place for an aperitivo.

12/10/2025: What a spectacle!!!!! I stumbled upon it by chance while looking for a place for an aperitivo. I found a pleasant atmosphere with great wines. The owner, I think, was smiling and helpful at the bar. She knows her job and treats customers like special people, something that has been lost. I'm writing a review before paying because sometimes it's much better to think about the sensations rather than the cost. Recommended!

10/08/2025: Terrible experience and unacceptable welcome. I went to this chalet with two friends in early June, arriving around noon. We asked if there was room and the price. The man who greeted us (I presume the owner, in his 50s or 60s) was completely unprofessional and began making inappropriate comments like, "How much are you willing to give me?" and "It costs whatever you want to give me," insisting despite our shocked looks. Such jokes are completely out of place, especially in a work context, and directed by a man of that age at young women. At the end of this "act" that lasted about 10 minutes, he asked us for €20 for half a day, without even asking how many sunbeds or chairs we wanted. We felt uncomfortable, humiliated, and treated unprofessionally, probably just because we're young. All customers should be treated with respect, regardless of age or gender. Avoid.

22/07/2025: The ice cream portions are nonexistent, and the people who make them are completely incompetent. The staff is also arrogant.
