Simpatia, cortesia , professionalità, competenza hanno immediatamente colpito. Piatti delicati e di alta qualità. 05/05/2025: I had ordered a tiramisu specifying several times that I wanted the classic one. I was assured it was. Once home, however, I discovered that it was an ice cream cake with sponge cake, without a trace of ladyfingers or mascarpone. When I reported it, I was told that this is their "classic" version and that they don't believe it is done differently elsewhere. When I asked why it hadn't been clarified to me before, I was told that whoever took the order at the time was not available. I asked for a refund, but was denied because I had cut the cake: obviously, otherwise how would I have known what was inside? Disappointing experience
