12/01/2026: We had pizza, wings, and burgers. The wings were good, but the pizza was awful! The tomato sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce... I'm not saying it can't be done, but not at this price. Even the burger meat was bland, tasteless, unlike other places I've eaten. The price is definitely not right for the quality of the food, but it's under the chairlift 🙃
08/01/2026: The food was of very low quality and taste. We tried a sushi roll; the rice was raw and tasteless. Then we ordered a Mexican burrito, which was also tasteless and very plain. The American hamburger was tasty, but the meat was very undercooked. Unfortunately, there were far too few waiters for the number of customers, and they weren't attentive. They just threw things at you without asking, and you had to wait a long time to order anything. The sushi sat on the table for 10 minutes without us being able to eat it because they didn't bring us soy sauce, chopsticks, or plates.

08/12/2025: We returned to this restaurant after a full ten years, and rediscovering the same excellence was a unique experience.
Nothing has changed... except for the better. The welcome remains warm and authentic, the quality of the dishes impeccable, and the attention to every detail demonstrates a timeless passion.
Every course was a confirmation: fresh ingredients, balanced combinations, flavors that speak of tradition but with a touch of creativity that makes the experience truly special. The service was attentive without being intrusive, just as we remembered.
After ten years, we are happy to say that this restaurant remains a benchmark of excellence. A place that never disappoints; on the contrary, it surprises again. We will definitely be back... well within the next ten years!

03/01/2024: Ci vado da 30 anni,il precedente proprietario sig.Sergino era professionale,cordiale ,era tutto curato in maniera eccellente,il personale cordiale e attento,oggi sono stata rimbalzata per mancanza di posto con maleducazione e strafottenza,non ci metterò più piede,quando la caffetteria sarà vuota ci ripenseranno

29/08/2024: Siamo andati all’aperitivo in musica in 12 con 2 ragazze e 3 bambini/e.
Musica diciamo soft, un po’ spenta.
10€/persona per 1 consumazione (solo 2 i bimbi che hanno preso solamente l’acqua non hanno pagato così) compreso il semplice Succo di frutta per le ragazze.
Vino di buona qualità, aperitivi analcolici buoni.
In 12 hanno portato due taglieri normali (salame 4 fettine, 3 pezzetti di focaccia 2 di pizza, 5 pezzetti di formaggio e due fette di torta salata, ciotolina di sottaceti e di crostini) e uno senza glutine (semplicemente con cose in meno, perché hanno tolto le cose con il glutine). Due cestinetti di patatine del sacchetto.
Altri clienti avevano lo stesso tagliere in 2, quindi a noi ne sarebbero spettati 5 (non considerando i due bimbi della semplice acqua) o 6… invece erano diciamo 2 e mezzo.
Uno di noi ha detto in modo molto educato al cameriere la cosa, ma la risposta è stata evasiva e con mille scuse, oltre a davvero poco gentile.
Non mi è proprio piaciuto l’atteggiamento aggressivo prima del cameriere poi del personale alla cassa semplicemente perché è stata fatta notare questa cosa.

10/02/2025: Regresé a este hotel después de 8 años, en parte porque mis recuerdos positivos de mi estancia anterior estaban vinculados a su excelente restaurante. Desafortunadamente, la primera noche de la cena, me sentí profundamente decepcionado. Los sabores que experimenté no se parecían en nada a lo que había disfrutado aquí años atrás. El risotto era suave, la pasta se servía con carne y fruta, y lo más importante, no era al dente. Una gran decepción.
09/02/2025: Ristorante dell'omonimo albergo gestito dalla catena Blu Hotel, gradevole ed accogliente. Qualche sbavatura in cucina, ma servizio molto cortese e professionale. Buona carta dei vini con ricarichi corretti.

09/05/2025: Ristorante in centro a Bormio. Molto frequentato, almeno a pranzo, da molti lavoratori in pausa pranzo. Servizio veloce, per i primi forse anche troppo…( pasta precotta? e sugo pronto??) I secondi abbiamo preso delle bistecche: senza infamia e senza lode e dello speck e formaggio: decisamente poco. Forse a cena va diversamente.
