The meat was simply exceptional: top-quality and properly aged, you can immediately taste the true expertise and attention to detail behind it. Impeccable service, with Santo and his daughter always present, professional and very friendly without being intrusive. The setting is also perfect for business meetings or high-end business lunches, elegant yet authentic. A beautiful final gesture: Santo personally stopped by our table to thank us after lunch. A simple yet rare thing these days, it shows how much he truly cares about his customers. Places like this don't just sell meat: they sell experience, hospitality, and style. I will gladly return.

22/05/2026: This is my second time here. The reception was excellent 😊 The place is spotless. But you have a waiter at breakfast who needs to learn about service, respect, and maybe even get a new pair of glasses. He's so clumsy he hit me with a high chair at breakfast without even apologizing, and then when he was serving us coffee, I asked for the sugar bowl... I asked him to put it on the table like everywhere else so we could use it ourselves... he replied, "No, here I'm the one who serves the sugar." Seriously? 🤬 I hope this guy gets reprimanded and learns how to speak to customers.

10/06/2026: Discovered behind the church thanks to a recommendation from locals. The welcome was incredibly friendly, the menu was varied, the food excellent, and the outdoor lunch was quick and relaxing. It's a typical experience to find such a good meal in a small town! Worth a visit! 😀

05/04/2026: Sara is kind, empathetic, patient, cheerful, sociable, and helpful. I discovered this wonderful ice cream shop by chance, too bad it's a bit far from my house. Unique flavors, championship-caliber cones, delicious and aesthetically perfect. No one makes it this way, with a dusting of cocoa, a delicious wafer, and a delicious cone! Sara makes them all! Kudos to her determination and drive. I'll be back as soon as I can!

05/04/2026: This ice cream shop is a real discovery! 🍦 The ice cream is always fresh and made with high-quality ingredients. In addition to the classic flavors, every week there are new and original creations, imaginatively created and inspired by seasonal fruit. And then there's Sara: super friendly, sociable, and always ready to recommend the perfect flavor. A place you'll want to return to!

10/12/2025: I don't remember having a review last time, but if I wrote a great review about Burbero and the beers last time...this time I'll do it about the pizzas! Excellent, easy-to-digest dough, served super quickly, there's not a huge selection, but you can always customize! Everything is delicious!

09/11/2025: Mediocre food with decidedly small portions, unlike the bill. Wide selection of draft beers. I'll be back to try the pizza and give it a second chance.

11/05/2026: I was in Lodi for work, it was just before 3 pm. I passed by this pizzeria, and went in thinking I wasn't going to eat, but instead? Surprise, they were very kind and set up a table for me, and I have to say I had an excellent Margherita pizza. The dough was cooked well, even inside, which is not a given! The mozzarella was also not bad. Let's just say that as a pizza lover and I've eaten a lot, this one gets full marks. Also kudos to the staff, who are truly kind and friendly. I usually have a hard time digesting traditional pizza, but yours is spectacular, easy to digest, and delicious. We can't do without your pizza anymore! Thank goodness for you! 17/05/2026: I'd seen the sign for this restaurant for a long time while driving along Via Emilia, and I knew I'd come and try it sooner or later. I finally stumbled upon it with some colleagues, and we enjoyed a truly pleasant evening, despite the inevitable noise of a packed restaurant. When I try a new place, I almost always like to choose either the most unusual dish on the menu or the one bearing the restaurant's name. In this case, I opted for the "Conchiglia" pizza... and I expected anything but it to actually arrive in the shape of a shell! A fun and visually striking idea that had me smiling from the moment the dish arrived at the table. I admit that my pizza came out well after my colleagues'—so much so that theirs had already cooled—but curiosity won out over the annoyance of the wait. With this excuse, I also tried a seafood pizza for the first time, something I'd been curious about for years. I love taking risks and experimenting with new flavors, although this time I wasn't completely won over: not because it was bad, on the contrary, but because the seafood flavor almost completely overpowered the pizza itself. And it's a shame, because I really liked the dough. It's different from the classic thin-crust pizza often found in Piacenza and the surrounding area: thicker, very soft, almost like a well-leavened focaccia. The tomato puree was also worth it, slightly sweet and truly tasty. The babà to finish was also very good: non-alcoholic, so different from the usual, but accompanied by an excellent Chantilly cream that still made it a delightful dessert. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd gladly return, especially to try pizzas that feel more my style. Because the quality of the dough and the ingredients really shines through.
