09/05/2026: Everything was excellent! The service was impeccable, the quality of the raw materials exceptional, I was sorry that the rubia gallega was under-aged but we will definitely be back... it has now entered the list of my favourite restaurants... the entrees are very welcome... if I may give a piece of advice, add to the list of desserts (in addition to the sorbet) a lactose-free or vegan dessert so that we can all finish on a sweet note... for the rest, everything was top notch... congratulations!
04/05/2026: The ambiance is charming, with soft lighting creating a lovely, relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The service is prompt, friendly, and attentive, yet unobtrusive. For a place that serves grilled meat, it's surprising not to notice a hint of odor in the dining room. We ordered an appetizer and a Florentine steak. They brought us a simple welcome appetizer, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the bread with butter could have been a main course in itself. The waiter explained the appetizer we ordered precisely, without taking up too much of our time; the Florentine steak we chose was an excellent cut, matured for a long time, and this was also carefully explained to us when we ordered. The wine by the glass was exceptional, and the desserts were very good.
Of course, when you're at this level, you shouldn't expect to spend cheap, but the quality/price ratio was absolutely adequate. Highly recommended.
