25/03/2025: I wasn't crazy about the quality of the food. I don't see much difference compared to an AYCE except for the way the dishes are served, which is a little more refined. I can't understand why in so many places the tartare has become a mincing and not a knife-cut, I would prefer there to be some nice big pieces of tuna or salmon and not a chopped mush. The accompanying sauce was good, overall it was okay but eating only the fish, no. Salmon tataki was not bad, I would reduce the amount of sauce because it is quite covering and doesn't allow you to fully taste the flavor of the fish. Salmon sashimi was good, as were the gunkan with ikura and tobikko, unlike the special with flambéed salmon tartare. Unagi nigiri, good, not rubbery like in other places and the sauce was not invasive. I didn't like the grilled eel rolls, a bitter taste in my throat after eating them. Excellent miso soup and excellent wakame seaweed. Low quality/price ratio, not worth the money spent, 87 euros with only two bottles of water seems excessive to me, I repeat, for the quality of the fish and not for the service or the location. I will try the aperitif in case, but I will definitely not return for dinner.

22/05/2025: I had dinner with some friends taking a risotto alla milanese with ossobuco. It was really excellent! As an appetizer we took some fried zucchini flowers, very good too. Good service. Nice location.

The staff, young but trained and courteous, contributes to making the experience pleasant. Prices are in line with the Milanese average, justified by the quality of service and attention to detail

13/05/2025: In my travels to Rome, only there in various traditional restaurants could I delight in Roman specialties, I heard positive things about the trattoria La Cisterna which serves traditional Roman cuisine, and I decided to go and try it. I was very satisfied and surprised and chose the fixed menu; pappardelle with oxtail, wonderful!!!! Fried lamb, wonderful!!!! Chicory, garlic and chilli pepper side dish, delicious!!! In conclusion, everything was very plentiful and delicious.

Negative note on the service because being 14 people I don't expect the pizzas to arrive all together but at least close together in time, however in our case 4/5 pizzas arrived shortly after ordering, the remaining 10/15 minutes apart, which I personally don't find fair towards customers.

12/04/2025: Informal and friendly place. Good and varied catering. They offer many different dishes, sandwiches, wraps, pinsas, but also salads, cuts of meat and other cold dishes. There are also some stuffed pasta dishes on rotation. Staff always very kind and friendly. A tidy place, without being anything particularly sophisticated. In short, a place where it is very pleasant to stop for a beer with friends but also a relaxed lunch/dinner without the "fuss" of a restaurant. Well done!!!

06/04/2025: Typical brewery atmosphere. Lunch: a focaccia and a classic hamburger sandwich + 1lt water 19.50. I find it a little expensive for business lunches: the first ones range from €12 and up and the second ones in proportion... a little expensive unless they are abundant enough to be considered as a single dish (but it is not specified...). However, what we ate was very good. The only criticism is the woven straw imitation plastic placemats: I find them unhygienic, I would have preferred the classic disposable paper ones. This is why I gave the service 3 stars, but the girls who serve seem very efficient.

26/02/2025: very popular place with a wide choice of pizzas, focaccias, brioches. good quality-price. congratulations for the empathy that the two girls behind the counter convey, always willing to satisfy every customer request and very kind, and it is also for this reason that I am very happy to return there every day. unfortunately, however, we have to draw a veil of compassion over the blonde girl behind the cash register, rudeness at a high level and zero ability to relate to customers, probably annoyed because she is intent on consuming her lunch while punching the receipts, today she outdid herself by relieving me of the fact that I was not able to count, for having given her 20 cents more. especially being a regular customer, a similar scene left me a bit perplexed, but I'm sure you will be able to improve this aspect too, perhaps also thanks to this constructive report.

24/04/2025: I was in this facility on 21 April 2025 we had an aperitif which was all good, only the toilet left something to be desired for men not a problem but for the poor women to sit I don't know how they manage to sit

22/02/2025: The sandwich stuffed with smoked black angus carpaccio, flakes of pecorino DOP, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, burrata, caramelized Tropea onion on a bed of rustic potatoes is a must try.

29/04/2025: It has become one of our favorite places. My girlfriend and I come here often and every time it's a confirmation: amazing burgers, with juicy meat and quality ingredients, chosen with taste and originality. The environment is welcoming, relaxed, perfect for a quiet evening or a slightly special dinner without too many frills. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel at home. A hamburger shop that never disappoints, on the contrary... it gets better every time.

29/04/2025: Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to eat at Burger's House for the first time, we took the Classic Gluten Free Burger, the American Burger, two portions of rustic potatoes, sweet potatoes, the fried Salva in batter and the Brownie to eat with coffee. What can I say, a unique goodness, the burger meat was delicious, the fried saver and the sweet potatoes are amazing, I recommend anyone to try them (like the selection of gluten-free beers available). Given the beautiful day we ate abroad. Friendly and kind staff, with a special mention for Stefano, the boy who served us, really very kind and professional. :)

27/04/2025: We decided to visit this place because of the good grade. However, we were very disappointed. There is no service. The staff is not involved. We were not offered a bar card. Even water, we asked about it ourselves. The food was tasteless and poorly cooked. The pasta was made of raw dough, the steak looked like a raw piece of meat. We felt superfluous in this place and wanted to leave as soon as possible.

13/05/2025: It's a place where you feel great: the various dishes are one better than the other (Puglia reigns supreme). The courtesy is great, the owners in their respective roles are fantastic. I highly recommend it, you will return as I did

23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram, I had high expectations about their pizza seeing their workmanship so I was a little scared they wouldn't live up to it.... instead they exceeded expectations and by far, the pizza was delicious, light, thin but also crunchy, I tried the cloud dough, also very good, my advice on the cloud is to divide it so you can appreciate it better, very fast and efficient service. I put 4 stars in the service only because I don't go crazy about the soft light but despite this I'm waiting for them to reopen to go back!!! best pizzeria in Crema hands down

29/05/2025: L’impasto della schiaccina è buono il problema è che è VUOTA con letteralmente dentro una sola fetta dell’affettato e del formaggio ne sentirete solo il profumo. Non c’è un menu. NON PUOI SCEGLIERE DI CAMBIARE INGREDIENTI O AGGIUNGERLI. vuoi la schiaccina cotto funghi e mozzarella? non puoi. se loro ti dicono che c’è la cotto e mozzarella non puoi nemmeno scegliere di cambiare formaggio. Il problema rimane comunque pagare quella schiaccina VUOTA CON UNA FETTA MISERA DI AFFETTATO quello che ovunque E’ APERITIVO OFFERTO. fosse bella imbottita molto volentieri. A MAI PIÙ.
