03/01/2025: I was there for the first time, I had the mondeghili, they were very good and tasty, the risotto with the bone marrow was good but in my opinion there was a little bit of seghutto missing on top of the risotto, the ear cutlet didn't really impress me... WOW THE GREATNESS BUT HOW IT TASTED A LITTLE OIL GREASY. FOR THE REST OK Friendly STAFF.

01/01/2025: Pleasant surprise. Very good food (honorable mention for the Milanese risotto with ossobuco), very kind staff. Cellar not very rich but certainly of high quality. I'll be back

19/12/2024: I go often with my girlfriend, I'm a vegetarian (I don't eat meat or fish) and I never go away on an empty stomach, in fact I stuff myself as much as I can because the value for money is definitely good. The service is sometimes super fast, sometimes super slow, it depends a lot on the amount of people there, but the staff is very friendly.

29/04/2024: A beautiful discovery in the center of Crema. We had already heard a lot about chef Michele Minchillo but we had not yet had the opportunity to try his cuisine. Excellent dinner, discovery of new flavors and very particular and completely spot-on combinations, very careful plating and noteworthy crockery. Super easy, refined and chic location. The only "sore" note (even if it is not the most appropriate term) is the service, which is not in line with the cuisine. The girls on the staff were all very kind but a little "immature" for being in a starred restaurant. Even at the time of the bill we were "liquidated" with an "everything was fine with dinner"?! When my husband answered "yes" they placed the bill in front of him and that was it. We would also have appreciated a greeting to the chef who usually leaves the kitchen at the end of the evening.

19/12/2024: Ritornato a distanza di diversi mesi al Fusion di Crema,i miei commensali tutti amici e per la prima volta in questo ristorante. Ovviamente i complimenti alla location si sprecano da parte loro. Ci accompagnano al tavolo prenotato,ci sediamo, e subito uno dei due titolari viene a darci il benvenuto. Era un venerdì sera quindi direi che il locale era praticamente sold out a posti per la cena. Mise en plâte sempre di buon gusto e raffinata,da notare le bacchette in acciaio satinato fumé. Carta dei vini direi decisamente ottima,con molte etichette nazionali ed internazionali con vini specialmente Champagne molto importanti. Si può pure scegliere anche un drink a base di cocktail per accompagnare la cena, con una lista infinita Tra l'altro il ristorante offre un privée proprio al centro dove ci si può chiudere all'interno di questa cantina a vista sul resto del locale,circondata da un sacco di bottiglie. Il menù offre specialità di pesce freschissimo e lavorato con cucina tutta a vista gli Chef preparano tutto al momento è sotto gli occhi dei clienti. In una location molto elegante, ha il suo fascino poter vedere preparare ciò che avremo nel piatto. Si può scegliere oppure lasciarsi consigliare dai camerieri sempre attenti e scrupolosi con i clienti. Spesso ci sono fuori menù veramente molto interessanti, combinazioni molto particolari,tipo ravioli freschi fatti da loro,ripieni di un formaggio tipico cremasco,con abbinato sopra una tartare di gambero. Molto interessante. Noi abbiamo optato per diverse portate veramente particolari ed ottime,anche azzardate come abbinamenti ma sempre equilibrate. Verso le 23.30 ha iniziato ad alzarsi il volume della musica,e quando tutti i presenti erano oramai al saké il dj ha dato il meglio di sé ed il Fusion si è trasformato in divertimento a 360°. Conto finale importante, ma comunque lo consiglio vivamente per una serata alternativa.

My vegan one only had the flaw of having been cooked a little too much and had become dry... but "one swallow does not make a summer" and I am convinced that the non-vegan ones are easier to heat. Very welcoming place. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking not easy due to the location.

16/12/2024: Very nice and well-kept place. Good pizza, very cheap. The thing I really didn't like was the extremely fast service. It seems like you want to get rid of customers as quickly as possible. Especially in this period of corporate dinners (and therefore events that rarely take place for us customers) you would have the pleasure of staying there for a while to talk about it, without having a pressing service with the staff staring at you to make you go away ( and I'm talking about Friday evening at 10.30 pm).

Voto: 6 Cibo: tutto ottimo, dagli affettati ai primi tipicamente lombardi ed in particolar modo i tortelli cremaschi. Ottima e ben variegata la carta dei vini. Voto: 9 Servizio: curato e preciso. 16/12/2024: Beautiful and well-kept location, good quality food, shame about the service... which wasn't up to par. Too slow, for two courses and a dessert it took us two and a half hours, and inattentive, since I received a different dish from the one ordered; It's true that it was changed, but this meant a further wait. In my opinion, the attitude of the maitre d' is questionable as he, more than once, lingered for a long time at the nearby table discussing wine, taking no interest in the other diners. Also because he was the only one in charge, helped in part by a young waiter. In the end my coffee and my husband's bitters were offered, a kind gesture, but which did not change my opinion on the service which ruined a lunch that would otherwise have been 5 star.
