31/03/2024: We order two pizzas, mine in particular arrives cold and I mean COLD: the ingredients were put raw but just taken out of the refrigerator and therefore they practically made the entire pizza, including the dough, frozen cold... Even if the ingredients are on raw, it must be cooked for 10 seconds in the oven, you don't bring a pizza like this to the table. Dry dough, pizza with an excessively generous amount of olive oil on top, so much so that it left the plate greasy even underneath the pizza. The other pizza with buffalo mozzarella on it, buffalo mozzarella almost non-existent, porcini mushrooms counted on the fingers of one hand, also greasy, lukewarm and toasted. Ten euros (9.80 to be precise) for a bottle of water and a medium beer is madness. We pay and not a "thank you and goodbye", the silent owner gives me the change and goes away, without even saying goodbye, to two other customers. Never again, inedible pizza, questionable education.

28/03/2024: everything was delicious (I recommend pasta alla vesuvio), top service, shame about the lack of education of some staff members who treated others badly. As a customer, it's never nice to see a guy working being treated disdainfully by other staff members! (the boy with us was impeccable, another girl too, perfect service) furthermore, my boyfriend had called on the phone to check if it was possible to pay with a meal voucher in the evening, he was told that it could be done without problems, and at the time of payment he was practically forced to pay with his card.

16/03/2024: I think that the customer should not be the one to report the fact that the pizza is burnt, but that the pizza chef or the manager or the waiter should be able to understand it. Pizza arrived an hour after taking the order and half eaten. The justification of "but I'm just a waiter" is useless when expressing disappointment. The lack of discount was just the icing on the cake.

19/12/2023: Good, really good, seasoned well and leavened well. It doesn't leave strange aromas like cardboard or yeast in your mouth, unlike lots of other takeaway pizzas. The dough remains of a thickness that would be what you would eat in a pizzeria. 5 star environment but because it is not a pizzeria and therefore the question is not relevant... The experience is the pizza, the rest is on the side... A bit of healthy practicality..

19/11/2023: Disappointed! We ordered two pizzas, including one with onion on it. The latter had a strange, spoiled smell. We immediately contacted the pizzeria who replied that they would give us a discount on a next time. Okay, but what do I eat now? When asked to resolve the problem, there was no willingness on their part to fix the matter by bringing us another one. We honestly will not order from this pizzeria again.

06/04/2024: Nothing to say about the pizza, good quality and light. Unfortunately for the future we will turn elsewhere because punctuality in deliveries is definitely not one of their qualities (ordered at 6.30pm, requested delivery at 8pm they offer me 20/8.10pm... at 8.20pm I call to find out what the progress is delivery and they tell me that the boy left, pizza received at 8.30pm). I understand the difficulty of managing the perhaps numerous requests on a Saturday evening but I think it makes a better impression to manage the requests based on the real ability to respect the proposed times.. Ah...I forgot... remembering to leave the receipt upon delivery would be a good thing. Good evening
