13/03/2026: Since they changed management, things have been really bad. Rude people who soon won't even say hello.
They touch the money and their hands, and then they touch the pizza toppings—we don't even wear gloves, not even if they wash their hands.
Do they get the order wrong or pretend to get it wrong so you can still pay for a pizza with more toppings? It's not the first time it's happened to me, but since I noticed the lack of hygiene in the pizza preparation, I won't be going back. A terrible experience.
It's a shame, because the pizza is good overall.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, unless you want to eat a pizza with germs.
Cleanliness and hygiene should be the foundation, it really is disgusting.

02/09/2025: They only kept the name from the old Panis. After the change of management, everything got drastically worse. They kept the photos of the pizzas from the old management, but the dough has nothing to do with them. It's a real shame because the pizza was truly exceptional at the old place. I won't be returning.
23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram. I had high expectations for their pizza, seeing how they make it, so I was a little worried they wouldn't live up to expectations. Instead, they far exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious: light, thin, and crispy. I tried the Nuvola dough, which was also delicious. My advice for the Nuvola is to split it, as it's better appreciated. The service was very fast and efficient. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not crazy about the dim lighting, but despite that, I'm waiting for them to reopen so I can go back! Hands down, the best pizzeria in Crema.

25/04/2026: Disappointing experience. We ordered fried mozzarella as an appetizer, and the first time we ordered, we got chicken sticks. Once we notified the waitress of the mistake, they brought us the mozzarella sticks still frozen inside, and then sent them back again.
Then we ordered dessert; the crème brulee was still cold, and we found something resembling a piece of plastic in the chocolate salami.
The chicken was good and juicy, but the vegetarian version (veggiotto) was tasteless and leaked excess cooking water.
I'm sorry to write this review, but a little more attention should be paid to customer service.
15/04/2026: I'm sorry to write this negative review, but I have to for everyone's benefit.
Last night, Tuesday, April 14th, I ordered two 600g chickens and ribs. Unfortunately, ALL the food, especially the ribs, didn't have the same aroma, flavor, and tastiness as previous orders, and in my opinion, they were CLEARLY leftovers from the day before, at least, and maybe even more.
I don't like waste either, but at least don't charge full price for leftovers and then end up in the trash.
Give them to those in need.
If this happens again, you'll have lost a customer.

Tuesday evening, a year or so later. The old specials are gone. Ouch. 🤕
We order everything, and they bring us everything they have ready in the fridge first. Okay, but you can't serve it cold from the fridge, exactly... 🥶
Three sushi assemblers at the counter, but half an hour passes before the nigiri and uramaki arrive. Understandable if you have a full house, but that wasn't the case with us—maybe 6-7 couples, not the entire Spino d'Adda curling team celebrating their championship victory. 🎉 And anyway, they didn't convince me: the pieces were too big, the presentation wasn't as refined as it once was, and the flavor wasn't as good as it used to be. 😐
To finish, we ordered a tiramisu, and it arrived hot. 🥵 Okay, you don't expect it to be fresh that day, but at least if you take it out of the freezer, bring it to room temperature... 😅
But apparently, even the best restaurants, the ones you've grown fond of, can disappoint. The one who never disappoints you is Jesus🥰: try reading the Gospel of John to get to know Him. He isn't just any religion, but God, who gave His life so that you can receive the forgiveness of your sins and eternal life. 🤍
Believing in Him and following Him will make you start over, and with Him you will find the meaning, peace, and joy that nothing else in this world can ever give you.
14/02/2026: Service was a little slow, but nothing dramatic. Excellent Chinese food, good sushi, not your typical all-you-can-eat. Good value, especially considering the quality. Highly recommended!

02/03/2026: On February 26th, around 12:00, after eating at the bar, I approached the register to pay. The girl asked: “Did you get the empty brioche?” Me: “No, full.” Naturally, the question came to mind: “But what’s the price difference between the empty and the full one?” It’s clear that I’m asking the cashier about the cost, not the quality, which is already obvious. She replied: “2 euros” and continued on about the quality, the fillings, the oven, the shape… I said: “No, I’m only interested in the price difference, not the cost of the full brioche and the justifications.” She said the same thing – 2 euros… She doesn’t get it. I’ll add that right away I noticed a desire to compare on her part, as if she felt she could afford a little more. Who gave her permission for this? Boss? No. He’s smart. I’ve known that good man for years. Only “without the boss, mice…?” There!! 😂 The third time I asked: “How much does the empty one cost?” Finally she replies: "...euro for the empty one." Me: "So 50 cents the difference." But has she stopped? She kept arguing with me as she was perhaps with her partner in the potato field: "Look, it's like this everywhere, throughout the city the prices are different for an empty one and a full one." Me: "Often, croissants, both empty and full, cost the same. Maybe things have changed in the last 2 years." Then she repeated and denied it arduously in an even more rude tone, up to 3 times the same. I - 1 word, she 10. Finally she displayed rudeness: "You can not come here anymore if something doesn't suit you," as if I had come to her home, her own. I reply: "It's not necessary to express your conclusions (don't come here), you just have to give the customer information, better right away precise, adequate and short - 50 cents." I left the bar and she was still grumbling in front of the customers while cleaning the table! So I went back to work and spoke to another lady who works there, who continued to defend the quality of the product, saying that there's little difference in price. I'll add that I noticed that the lady was enunciating every word with a hint of "you don't understand Italian." You can forgive a lot, but you can't leave an implication: "We can continue to argue with you and not stoop to the point of saying, 'Sorry for the misunderstanding, we'll be more careful, we hope you at least liked our brioche.'" Even though the lady said there's little difference in price (the stuff costs cents – 1/4), it's important for the customer to know the cost. Economics is essential, but it also has to be economical (even for bartenders, pennies are worth a little if they vary them). She finally replied: "I don't have time to explain anymore." But what is it that she has to explain to me, that I'm already explaining to her? I'm talking about "the sea," she reiterates "the mountain." Maybe she's thinking I'm angry about the price difference, that it's hard for me to pay? But quite the opposite. For me - pure mathematical calculation and healthy curiosity. But she just needs to apologize very kindly, smile. I understand it's difficult. I don't know what triggers in their heads, I'm not psychic. Now I'll leave my honest review of the filled brioche: a sweetly cloying, disgusting bomb. I don't recommend it. The cream and jam together are so sweet. Try making this combination at home! I'll leave photos. P.S. The girl was cleaning the mirrors, the windowsill, the tables... I turned to her because everyone was inside and asked for ice. She immediately put three and a half pieces in a large, tall glass (but what problem does she have with being generous with frozen water...) and continued serving other customers. "Immediately"... I mean I didn't see her washing her hands after cleaning with a rag and detergent. Maybe I missed this, or maybe they don't care. The Estathé drink in a glass was tiny and incredibly sweet, nauseating. I haven't seen anything smaller than this. It was impossible to drink because of the disgusting taste in your mouth. That's why I thought they could at least dilute the taste a bit with ice. I hope they educate the staff or change them. "Ultra-sweet temptations of bitterness." Don't forget to open the bottles in front of the customer, please.

The dishes were good, nothing to complain about.
The service was confusing: we don't know what happened in the kitchen. They forgot to serve us the main course, bringing dessert directly to us. So, we ate our main course at 11:00 PM, when the people after us had their wine on ice and we didn't, and they'd already finished their service.
We received an apology from the chef at the end of the dinner.
14/02/2026: Aperitif that was supposed to be a buffet but was instead brought directly to our table, mediocre food, shame that some things were mentioned that were not given. I pointed out to the waiter that unfortunately something was missing. Caffè macchiato but unfortunately the milk was missing, they didn't have it! Nice place, nothing to say and friendly staff.

30/11/2025: This is the third year in a row I've celebrated my birthday here. The bartenders are always super welcoming and accommodate any requests they can. Everyone at the party was happy, so I'm super happy to say that you always feel at home here.
Food and drinks: always top-notch.
