Service: no one left, self-service.
Ambiance: has been lost.
In 2023 the ice cream was still available in a glass bowl, no self-service. It was served and collected in a friendly manner at the table. You shouldn't rely on plastic but on sustainability. Service and quality are the top priority, especially in the catering industry.
Now we use the time in the old town to enjoy an ice cream.

13/12/2024: A charming place, the coffee was very delicious and the service from the waiters was spectacular, and highlighting the guy who served us who spoke Spanish and was very concerned about making sure we got back to our hotel safely since there was a national strike.
If you have the opportunity to see this review, we were able to get there without a problem!!

Il personale è presente, professionale, ma mai invadente.
Daniele è sempre disponibile a intrattenere i suoi ospiti...
Abbiamo preso:
- antipasto di lago (squisito)
- Flan di zucca, fonduta di Caprino, croccante di pistacchio e Grana Padano (buona)
- Bigoli al torchio, sarde di lago, pinoli, pane al limone (buoni)
- Tagliolini Maria Callas con luccio alla gardesana (spettacolari)
- cime di rapa (buone)
- cheesecake con frutti di bosco (ottima)
Rapporto qualità prezzo, OTTIMO!

25/02/2025: Tijdens onze middagzoektocht naar eten vonden we een mooi terras en besloten daar te eten. Antipasto waren heerlijke gerechtjes ook heerlijke visgerechten ook vis uit het meer, lekkere wijnen en zeer vriendelijke service.

01/11/2024: Incuriositi dalle ottime recensioni, abbiamo provato questa cremeria. Ottimo gelato, non troppo zuccherato, ampia scelta di gusti, buona qualità degli ingredienti. Prezzi un pochino alti. Comunque merita! Consigliato!P.S. Non confondere l’ingresso della cremeria Bulian, con la gelateria adiacente.

02/11/2024: Lots of choice on pastries and cake. Hot food scrambled egg and a potato with meat dish. Would nice if there was a bacon and/or fried ham or similar. Some items fresh though some less so. Orange juice and fruit less good. Would visit again
09/10/2024: Super nice waiter, prices reasonable, the food was excellent, we had the burger 🍔 terrifically tasty 250 gr., fries 🍟 very, very good, tasted very good even after 5 minutes (which is very rare), schnitzel Milanese style (IS a breaded huge cutlet perfectly prepared) pizza 🍕 Fungi was also perfect. All in all, very good cuisine and great service. Thank you ❤️

02/03/2025: We had pesto gnocchi for dinner, and spaghetti with tartuffo. Two desserts, tiramisu and hot apple tartin with zambayon ice cream. We missed trying some wine! We recommend it!

14/03/2025: Place located in the center of Sirmione, a stone's throw from the castle, a welcoming place, we have a welcoming place, we had lunch here on Christmas day, attentive and friendly service, the chef Giulia is very kind and very good, the presentation of the dishes and the wine list are excellent, I highly recommend we will return as soon as possible, a must try!
10/03/2025: Whatever you do, don't order the lasagna... I would say it was some leftover lasagna from 3 days ago that had been reconstructed and sprinkled with a little cheese to try to make it look better. The result: vomiting... The service was also not very attentive or helpful when asking for house recommendations. The place is nice, but it doesn't make up for the disgraceful experience we've had... The other dish we ordered was bland and without any grace, literal pasta with 4 pieces of bacon... sad and scam...

17/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato delle squisite bruschette e bevuto dell’ottimo vino, ma quello che più di tutto ci ha colpiti e abbiamo apprezzato è stata la bravura, simpatia e accoglienza del cameriere. Il locale è piccolo e si respira un’aria famigliare: abbiamo fatto chiusura in compagnia di altri clienti conosciuti lì mangiando e brindando alla nostra!
09/02/2025: Aperitivo con bruschetta al lardo e vino, consigliato da un cameriere molto gentile e preparato. Tutto molto buono al punto che abbiamo deciso di prendere anche 2 panini e un dolce, anche questi ottimi. Cheesecake cocco e cacao davvero buona. Servizio ottimo e atmosfera accogliente. Super consigliato

07/11/2024: I have to say the food was really delicious. They were very polite. The coffee was also very good, I can't forget the taste. I definitely recommend it. It is also a very suitable place for family. The portions were large. It was an advantage that we could order in German.

Introduction: I was unable to stay at this hotel due to a succession of personal impediments
Fact: despite some booking postponements requested by me until the final cancellation of the booking, I have always found an extremely high level of courtesy, predisposition and attention in welcoming and trying to resolve problems.
Immediate responses, problem solving and great professionalism. Never a complaint
Elements which, although not all-encompassing for evaluating a hotel, represent an excellent business card and an example.
I will certainly rebook when they reopen.
