The food was great however they had some problem I think with the card system and with another table and they were really angry and rude even though we had nothing to do with it, it just ruined the vibe.

10/04/2026: I often come to La Baracca for dinner and discovered the dinner service this year. The restaurant's new dining room is something special in the evening, with a view of the illuminated slopes. I'm gluten-intolerant and have always found the menu to be wide-ranging, even during the day. Well done! Everything was delicious, and the waiters were excellent.

Its location is undoubtedly one of its strong points: the mountain views are truly spectacular, and the modern, bright atmosphere makes it more refined than your typical mountain hut. The restaurant offers traditional mountain dishes such as dumplings, goulash, and other Alpine specialties, generally appreciated for their flavor and generous portions. Service is also usually quick and friendly, especially when the restaurant isn't too crowded. 07/01/2026: End-of-year business dinner. The setting was probably a stable where they've repurposed the dining room and kitchen, highlighting the restaurant's history. Very charming and welcoming. The first courses were exceptional; the mixed grilled meats were varied and perfectly seasoned, but the meat was dry and overcooked, and I didn't find it tasty. This is the only time I've been to this restaurant, so it may just be an isolated incident. I'll reconsider on other occasions, but this was my experience.
30/12/2025: A beautiful place, located in the countryside of Castiglione delle Stiviere, very welcoming, heated by a wood-burning stove that makes you feel right at home. The food was all very good, accompanied by excellent wines. The service was excellent and fast, and there's plenty of parking. I'll definitely be back.
