30/06/2026: My girlfriend and I have been travelling for the last month and everywhere we looked in Sirmione was quite extortionate for what it was. We ended up paying €8 a pizza here which was a bargain, the drinks were brilliant and well priced, and the staff were helpful and very kind. Thank you to everyone here we had a lovely dinner with you.

27/06/2026: Bar with food service located in a beautiful lakeside location. Excellent atmosphere. Kind and qualified staff. The pizza I ate was delicious. Quality products! Recommended!!!

05/05/2026: Everything was impeccable, the manager was extremely courteous and the quality of the food was excellent, all in a welcoming environment.

03/05/2026: Very nice place. We definitely had a satisfying lunch... We ordered first courses, including carbonara, tagliolini with ragù, and ravioli... all very good and plentiful, except for the ravioli, which were a bit small, but good. Those who didn't order first courses also ordered Fassona beef sandwiches and a smash burger... very good, very good. The staff were friendly and polite. As for the price? Let's just say that for the area and the food we ate, which was especially good, we were happy to give it a try.

24/07/2026: The burger was delicious, the fries were good too, the service was very friendly, and the food arrived very quickly. Prices are debatable. €15 for chicken nuggets and fries isn't exactly reasonable. The burger cost €21, but it was very tasty and came with fries. The drinks were very good and large.

27/07/2026: Maybe our expectations were too high... Nothing to complain about the location because it's lakefront. We waited 20 minutes to order, but no big deal, we enjoyed the view. We ordered two pizzas, and from Neapolitans, I expected the best, but instead, the rising process wasn't very good, and even the mozzarella (I ordered buffalo mozzarella) lost all its flavor after being cooked. The biggest disappointment was the Neapolitan pastiera... No crust or flavor... It's a shame, I'll try it again in the off-season. Another sore point is the way "foreign" waiters are treated by the rest of the staff. It's a shame, sometimes the little details make all the difference. Not to mention the lady at the cash register, where it would be nice to find someone welcoming when paying...

26/07/2026: The location, service, and food were top notch. An unexpected bonus: the accompanying ciccio was also delicious.

05/04/2026: The 4.5 rating appears to be from the previous diner. We visited the restaurant to try the classic dishes on the menu. Lured by the inviting ambiance with its beautiful white tablecloths, we had high expectations. The fact that there were only a few guests at the time initially led us to attribute it to the higher price point – however, in retrospect, this suggests other explanations. The dishes in retrospect: • Vitello Tonnato: A very minimalist approach was taken here. The meat was the absolute focus and had a very firm texture. Since the sauce was used very sparingly, the meat's natural flavor remained completely pure and dry. • Caesar Salad: A dish for those who like it rustic. The meat topping was remarkably firm and offered extreme resistance when chewing – definitely a departure from the usual succulence. • Spaghetti Carbonara: This variation was very meat-heavy. The sausage component was so dominant that the pasta and the actual sauce were almost completely overshadowed. Unfortunately, the dish lacked any balance from a technical standpoint, as the excessive seasoning completely stifled any hint of Italian lightness. A very unusual experience that, sadly, failed to impress. In conclusion: The kitchen here takes a very unique approach to textures, intense seasoning, and the proportions of ingredients. For lovers of classic, succulent Italian cuisine, however, this presents a challenge. We've had the experience once and will leave it at that. Fortunately, we found a fantastic restaurant just a short distance away in town that completely satisfied our culinary desires – we immediately made a reservation for our second evening there.

18/03/2026: The Risorgimento restaurant in Sirmione no longer exists. It has changed ownership and its name. Now, that place is a tourist restaurant like so many others.

25/09/2025: Recommended pistachio cake and chocolate cake - the combination of the two is really delicious.

16/04/2026: The food is very good, with generous portions that are enough to fill you up, so good value for money. They also serve pizza for lunch.

12/04/2026: We came for breakfast. We ordered cream croissants and cappuccinos. Fifteen minutes later, we were told there was only one plain croissant and two bombolone left, even though there were four of us. What they brought us were cappuccinos that turned out to be latte macchiatos! And when we went to complain at the bar, an arrogant old woman remained completely indifferent to our remarks, looking down on us and saying, "If you say so." It was a nice little moment in the morning before leaving this beautiful region and heading home, but it put us in a bad mood and ruined the end of our stay. Where is the Italian hospitality? Where is the impeccable service and the typical products that the Swiss envy and come to Italy to find? While the campsite is fantastic, this bar-restaurant is best forgotten!

30/04/2026: We stayed here on a short trip to Sirmione. The hotel is very close to the old town, and everything is easily accessible on foot. We only booked accommodation with breakfast. The breakfast itself was good and sufficient. I personally would have liked a wider selection, perhaps something like salami or Serrano ham... but what was available was adequate. I was pleased to find that everyone at the hotel speaks English. Parking is available and costs €12 per day. The rooms were a good size and clean with a view of the lake. Unfortunately, our toilet leaked and was dripping from the bottom. The 36-degree Celsius pool was a real treat. It's so nice to have on rainy days. Something that takes some getting used to is having to use a pool mat. It feels very old-fashioned and outdated. The garden is a good size and well-maintained.

28/04/2026: A hotel we love... Close to old Sirmione... Within easy reach of everything... Swimming pool with thermal water, very good breakfast and meals...

12/07/2026: A lovely little restaurant! Delicious food, very friendly service! Located on a side street, you can see the lake in both directions! Superb! We've been there several times!

05/05/2026: We stopped for lunch during a trip to Sirmione, and to say we had a great time is an understatement. The setting is beautifully maintained and offers a spectacular view. The quality of the products is excellent, and the service is impeccable. Definitely worth a try.

16/07/2026: We dined at this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Nothing to complain about: excellent service, incredible food, and a breathtaking location. I asked in advance if they could reserve a table with a lake view, perhaps even a secluded one for a bit of privacy and a more intimate celebration. They fully accommodated my request. The staff was extremely kind and professional. The food was amazing, the menu was interesting, and the dishes were as visually stunning as they were delicious. Plus, there was a live cellist performing; his music complemented the evening and was the perfect touch to make it unforgettable. Congratulations and thank you for a wonderful evening!

17/06/2026: Terrible! For my wife's 10th birthday, planned three weeks in advance, the head waiter, who only spoke English or Italian, informed me two hours before our reservation that he only accepted cash, claiming the card terminal was broken! Being abroad, carrying cash was out of the question with all the pickpockets in Sirmione. Completely unacceptable for a Michelin-starred restaurant! I strongly advise against it. As a result, we spent our evening at Villa Cortine, which was far more romantic and elegant!

17/10/2025: Unfortunately cappuccino was not worth it. Milk was like a fake foam.
