A pizza without added yeast and a hamburger, we ate well, very kind waiters, if we really want to find a fault maybe a little expensive but that's okay👍

One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. If not the best. There are several different types. There's a unique one made with the hydrolysis technique, which I'll try next time.

Comfortable and very well-kept atmosphere. We had their pizzas for dinner: different doughs, very good. I would recommend adding more ingredients to the pizzas, as they are currently a bit limited in quantity. Very kind and forgiving. Must try.

Highly recommended place for a good pizza; we've been going there for years and have never been disappointed. Parking is easy to find (it's close to supermarkets), the location is very welcoming, and the staff are friendly.

Ristorante Pizzeria Il Cavaliere

02/05/2026: I can only give it 5 stars, or even more if I could. The property is surrounded by greenery and is strategically located for reaching the pristine and stunning areas of Monte Pollino. The owner, Antonio, and all the staff welcomed us with immense joy and kindness, and were always very helpful. Not to mention the quality of the food: fresh pasta, mushrooms, and other typical local products carefully prepared by the chef. Even the limoncello and other liqueurs made by them themselves. Highly recommended.
