13/11/2024: Pranzoto in questo ristorante un pranzo fermandoci mentre ci facevamo una passeggiata a Desenzano. Locale carino che di affaccia sul lago, personame molto gentile, cucina molto buona. Fanno pure la pizza ma noi abbiamo optato per antipasti e primi di carne e pesce. Direi piatti molto buoni, presentati bene. Consigliato e se torniamo a Desenzano ci torneremo magari per la pizza anche se la cucina era ottima

The layout of the tables is well thought out, allowing a good level of privacy while maintaining a dynamic atmosphere. The service is generally efficient and attentive to customer needs; the waiters are courteous and available to provide advice on the menu. However, on some occasions, during peak evenings, the service may be slightly slow or less precise, probably due to the volume of work. The menu offers a good variety of dishes, with a prevalence of traditional cuisine revisited in a modern key. The raw materials appear to be of good quality, fresh and seasonal. The portions are generous, and the presentation of the dishes is careful. Although the quality of the food is unquestionably good, there is perhaps a lack of originality and experimentation that could further elevate the culinary experience. Some dishes, although well executed, are a little predictable. The wine list is adequate, offering a decent selection of local and national wines. Overall, Rhodhause is a great option for a mid-to-upscale dinner in Desenzano. I would recommend a reservation, especially on weekends or in high season, to secure a table. 15/12/2024: My colleague and I stopped by today for the drink, I had a normal kebab piadina and he had a kebab sandwich menu, let's start with the pros: the service is top, a very characteristic and refined environment, the cook is very kind and super fast, the seats are mainly outside the Local but it's nice inside. The “cons”: my €5 piadina was smaller than the competition, another small point to keep in mind, but perhaps it was just my case is that the meat is quite spicy, but it's not a problem. My colleague, however, was very satisfied with the sandwich, we will definitely return.

08/10/2024: Ordinato 2 paste . Porzioni esagerate, non al dente , nom era pasta al sugo di pomodoro ma pomodoro alla pasta . Lo stesso vale per la pasta al salmone . Una quantità esagerata di condimento. Ne deve fare di strada lo chef per sapere come si cucinano 2 semplici paste .

In the end I got a heart of shortcrust pastry and chocolate. Really good. The bartenders were friendly and very helpful. I have to say I really liked it. Super recommended

15/02/2025: Good brioche but lack of size. Very very bitter coffee, almost a burnt taste and personal with tones and manners as if you had done something wrong by entering. So in terms of products ok but terrible staff and hospitality. Very bad. Cappuccino and brioche €3.50. I'll add changes to respond. Another very professional way on the part of the barmaids was to clean the table with their bare hands, throwing the crumbs on the floor. Where was the damp sponge? 🤷‍♀️ Shouting from the back of the room to open the bathroom: "YOU NEED THE KEY!" He didn't seem very polite to me and at the checkout, after having already returned the key, I was looked at from head to toe with: "AND THE KEY?" before paying the bill. In a very annoyed tone. I entered and after ordering the very good bartender said to me: "SO WILL YOU SIT?" The manners were not kind at all. I've been through a lot of pastry shops, as well as presumption in its 45 years of work. I want to remind you that you are not the only one with a pastry shop and that there is a lot of competition. 04/08/2024: La torta è veramente bellissima, per il sapore potrò dirvi piu tardi, dopo averla assaggiata. Il motivo delle recensione con solo due punti e che, nonostante io sia all’ottavo mese quindi abbia una pancia molto visibile, e nonostante io abbia puntualizzato piu volte di non usare frutta e di usare solo cose cotte, la torta è stata decorata con fragole fresche… purtroppo mi sa che è necessaria piu attenzione e cura alle richieste del cliente…

23/02/2025: Sì dovrebbe cominciare con una esclamazione pittoresca. Tempi biblici, servizio all’acqua di rose, 3-4 camerieri disorientati nel tempo e nello spazio. Cucina mediocre. Insomma, circa 1 ora e mezza per avere pollo e salamelle mal cotte. Insomma, tempi d’attesa infiniti senza che ne valga la pena.

19/02/2025: La Stella es una bonita ubicación en Desenzano y uno de los pocos restaurantes abiertos durante el invierno. Entramos sin reserva el 8 de febrero a las 7. 30 pm. El local estaba totalmente vacío y los camareros ya estaban de turno. Nos negaron una mesa para dos a pesar de la hora temprana y sin invitados. Ahora, obviamente no tuvimos ninguna experiencia y no la tendremos en el futuro por eso escribo. Perdieron dos clientes por Dios debido a su incapacidad para manejar los bloques de tiempo de reservaciones. De hecho, podrían habernos servido y en cuestión de una hora hubiéramos terminado nuestra comida: resultado, sus ganancias del día aumentaron. El espacio para entrar debe preverse todos los días y la lección Covid de restaurantes vacíos y gerentes llorando nunca olvidarse.
