21/09/2025: The following will be a serious and honest review. The other day, my friends and I were faced with the choice of where to go for lunch: we'd been wanting to try Art Club Food for a few months, so we decided to go. The location is quite convenient, just steps from the center and the lake, but there's no parking. The place functions like a real canteen, as it's all self-service, but the staff is present enough to serve the portions and take payment (you pay on the spot). We chose the €10 "menu," which included a first course, a second course, and a side dish (cover charge and drinks not included). That day, I had ravioli filled with polenta and tomato (I'd never heard of this combination, and unfortunately the waitress gave me very little tomato), a cutlet (it was dry), and potatoes with pesto and olives (the potatoes were rather cold and a bit tough). We also decided to have a dessert, and that day, among the options, there was an apple pie with chocolate chips (huge chips), and aesthetically, it appealed more than the others. The waitress told us we had to heat them in the oven (since they were in the refrigerated display case), which was essentially a microwave. The problem with this "oven" arose when we took our cakes out and they were still cold. I recommend replacing them. The cake wasn't great, but it didn't taste bad either; the only thing that upset the flavor were the chips, which were almost bitter. The final product was probably frozen, too, and for €4.50, it was definitely not worth it. We also used the bathroom, and what can I say? It seemed like a windowless bathroom, since the only available window was practically unopenable, which is why the smell was so strong and concentrated in the room. This wasn't the only problem with the bathroom, but the floor was very slippery, with a risk of falling, and given the predominantly over-50 clientele, it needs fixing. The atmosphere wasn't even pleasant, as the music was blaring loudly (not suitable for a place where you eat), so people tended to shout. Unfortunately, that day there were also children who kept jumping down the stairs, causing a nuisance. I don't think I'll return. It's best for those who are in a hurry and don't want to spend a lot, although I'd personally recommend a piadina.

I ate your pizza, QUE PASSA PIZZA, good, good, very good. Since I'm a truck driver, I ATE WELL and the beer was delicious too! Congratulations!!! 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

06/05/2026: While searching for a good restaurant, we came across Il Philò. We didn't know it was part of a hotel when we ordered, but we gave it a try anyway and can absolutely recommend it. The waiter entertained us with anecdotes and interesting facts about local customs and drinks, the ambiance was tasteful and elegant, and the food was fantastic!

26/04/2026: Great experience. We stayed 2 nights and had a great time. I think it's in a great location, halfway between Desenzano and Sirmione. It has a lovely garden and a decent pool. The staff was excellent, very professional and friendly.

28/06/2026: The quality of the ingredients is quite good, but what's not quite right, despite the location and proximity to the lake (not the view), is the exorbitant price. For three kebabs (one portion), two soft drinks, and a can of beer, I paid over €30, and we were still hungry. Service is by ringing a bell when it's your turn. Tables are limited due to the location, but if you want a well-made kebab in a clean environment, you've come to the right place.

25/06/2026: I got a Kebab Menu to go. It was done pretty fast. The ladies at the register were really friendly. The food was very good. Thin fries and a good filled kebab. It's not the classic triangle bread but it tasted good either way! The price is good for the food you get. Would definitely recommend

25/05/2026: We stopped by the vending machine yesterday to get some cigarettes. The products were available, and as soon as we inserted cash, the machine took the money, and the automatic voice told us they were out of stock. It only refunded us €4 instead of the €10 we inserted. It essentially stole our money without giving us the goods. I think the tobacconist should be more careful about maintaining the machine, because we certainly won't be the only ones the machine has played this trick on, and I don't think that's fair. Unfortunately, we're not from the area, so we won't see this stolen money again.

08/12/2025: Very nice hotel, good location, but uphill and about a kilometer from the lake...if you don't have any leg problems, very good. Full breakfast.

10/10/2025: The shop is now called RUSTICONE. Very good pizza and very friendly service. The space is a bit cramped. The restroom is less than 100 cm from the nearest table.
