13/06/2025: Tornati ancora una volta al Pontile di Ceriale e la valutazione è sempre al Top. Servizio sempre impeccabile e ottima qualità del cibo. Una buonissima frittura un buonissimo spaghetto allo scoglio e che dire un tiramisù che pochi sanno fare. Un grazie alle titolari Simona e Elena.

06/10/2025: Had we not been very hungry and this was literally the only thing open - we would not eat there. After having eaten there, we are not sure this was a good idea. You get a cold focaccia and heat it up in a microwave, the result leaves much to be desired.
29/08/2025: Focaccia and pizza with the consistency of a dish sponge, soaked in acidic oil. They were purposely kept raw to increase their weight. A 45-minute line with about ten people waiting for takeout. If you're upstairs, you have no choice, but if you eat there, you'll feel sick. This place should close.

26/07/2025: Come ogni anno è quasi tradizione fare tappa in questo ristorante, dove si viene accolti in modo caloroso, seguiti e coccolati per tutta la durata della cena. Il menù è fisso e di terra ma ogni volta si viene sorpresi da proposte diverse buonissime. Il tutto ben presentato. Consigliatissimo , tutto il personale gentile e premuroso ma un plauso va alla padrona di casa per l’empatia, l’entusiasmo e l’accoglienza riservata agli ospiti.

Lack of keys for single rooms.
Remarkably far from the city center and no transportation or shuttle to/from the bungalows.
Friendly and calm staff.

09/09/2025: **Update after the owners' response: the receipt wasn't refunded at all because I noticed it after I'd already left the restaurant. Terrible.**
If there's one thing I can't stand, it's being mocked. You don't want to give me a receipt? Fine, who cares. But if you show me slamming all the plates, telling me the total, and then taking the cash, canceling the transaction without telling me anything, then I'm no longer okay with that.
I'm attaching a photo of the receipt from just an hour ago, showing the cancelled transaction.
Except for the absolutely mediocre pizza, which you can eat at any other pizzeria.
31/08/2025: Mediocre food, mediocre location. Terrible service. Extremely long waits. Not only unprofessional and poorly organized, but also rude.
As for the lady who served us after an hour of waiting: there's no point in joking about the customers' "so hungry"; perhaps it's more appropriate to apologize for the wait. I'd say it was more about patience than hunger.
The owner, sitting at the table behind us, jokingly offering liqueurs while we wait, receiving needlessly annoyed and even ironic responses, is just too much.
Avoid at all costs.

06/11/2025: Avoid this place. It's not worthy of Italian cuisine. ... The lasagna was awful; the meat promised in the Bolognese sauce was nonexistent and replaced with tasteless béchamel sauce. The pizza was uninteresting.

Staff were really nice, and coffee was absolutely fantastic.

30/10/2025: The hospitality and courtesy further enhance the pleasure of spending a holiday in such an enchanting place. The spa is definitely an added bonus, as is the breakfast room with its extremely friendly staff. I wholeheartedly recommend it, even for short weekend breaks.
25/10/2025: Friendly and competent reception, large and clean rooms, top-notch sweet and savory breakfast! Excellent location very close to the sea.

12/11/2025: Besio is a sure thing... The quality of the ingredients is beyond question! Wonderful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable: the girl who served us had only been working there for three days, but she was quick to answer any questions we had.
It's nice to rediscover pieces of Savona's history that don't smell old, but instead have always tasted of quality!

05/09/2025: We made a reservation last night for two people. We were greeted by Flora, who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She seated us at an outdoor table, in a beautiful setting with meticulous attention to detail.
We ordered two pizzas, one with a special twist, and they were very accommodating.
The pizzas arrived very quickly and were equally delicious.
To conclude the evening, we ordered a chocolate cake, which was truly delicious and beautifully plated.
Afterward, we went to the cashier to chat with Davide, who was very friendly and kind.
We really enjoyed it, and will definitely be back next time we come to Liguria.

22/08/2025: I didn't use the rooms, but I did use the restaurant. The raw materials were of questionable quality, and some of the preparations were unsavory. I would have served the fried shrimp with the intestines removed. The tempura didn't meet my expectations. The artisanal ice cream was very good.
