28/07/2025: I bought 3 sandwiches, 2 small pieces of focaccia, and 2 cannoli for €8.17. It's a shame the cannoli were old and the pastry was dry, so they filled them with cream on the spot. The bread and focaccia are decent. It's a shame because I'd heard good things about them, and the bread isn't bad.

20/09/2025: The famous pistachio brioche… completely empty inside. I'm truly speechless. I've always bought there sporadically, but after this one, they lost a customer. This attitude really seems like a mockery of their customers.

02/10/2025: The location of the hotel is convenient, just a short walk from the beach, which is the only positive aspect. Unfortunately, the hygiene is absolutely unacceptable. Every day I found hairs in my food, likely from a dog allowed in the kitchen. The rooms are supposedly cleaned daily, but hairs and other signs of poor cleaning are always left behind. The rooms are extremely small, and the bathroom is also very cramped. On top of that, the toilet cistern was leaking constantly throughout our stay. We reported it immediately, but it wasn’t fixed until the very last day. Overall, the lack of proper hygiene, maintenance, and space made my stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

13/09/2025: Very nice atmosphere. The food would be good, but €26 for spaghetti on a bed of shellfish, without even a hint of shellfish, is way too much. I was expecting a rich seafood pasta, but instead it was pasta with a red sauce, seafood flavor. I pointed out that the menu was misleading, but the waitress's response was first surprised that there were no shellfish, and then she told me that's normal, it's just sauce. I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

06/09/2025: In my opinion, this place isn't worth much. The only two dishes that are worth saving are the ravioli al plin and the Tomahawk. The price for a bottle of water is €5! Their "recommended" dish is the Picanha: I couldn't cut it or eat it because it was too hard, and it arrived cold. As for desserts: the selection is really limited (this evening there were only two). The service is too slow. We came in at 8:00 PM and left at 11:30 PM after ordering only two dishes (I should point out that the place wasn't full). The place is nice, charming, and clean. Conclusion: if you want to pay an average price of €50-60 per person, eat in a nice place, but wait hours for dishes that aren't worth the price listed on the menu, then... this place is for you.

07/10/2025: Any frozen pizza is better + stomach problems the next day! The pizza was a real disappointment – ​​tasteless and so hard you could almost use it as a shoe sole. We really can't understand how this restaurant survives in Italy. When we noticed that almost all the other customers were also German, we knew where we stood. But the previous reviews say it all. Every cent wasted and no fresh ingredients.

05/10/2025: We stayed at this property for one night. Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. We didn't use the spa because €15 per person for an hour seemed excessive, considering we were already guests. The room is truly dated, lacking colors and appropriate paintings, and the bathroom was absolutely inconvenient, with a poorly maintained bathtub attached to a bidet. The fact that they don't accept cash is unacceptable and illegal.

17/09/2025: Frosty reception for poor spoken Italian on the phone to order takeaway pizzas. Accused of not speaking Italian well enough!! Requested a sachet of hot oil for the pizzas while showing a sachet of sugar on the counter to try to make myself understood... incomprehension from the waitress who said but that's sugar!! 01/09/2025: Whenever I vacation in the area, Bar Pasticceria Bacicin is a regular stop several times a year. After trying so many cafes in Loano, Borghetto, and Ceriale, I can say without a doubt that they serve the best breakfasts. Authentic pastry croissants, with plenty of filling, excellent coffee, and always impeccable service, all at great prices (among the best in the area). Nicole (I hope I remember her name correctly) is always very kind and attentive. I really don't understand the negative reviews: for me, this place is an absolute guarantee, and I recommend it to everyone!

21/09/2025: A wonderful day at the beach! And why not end it with a good dinner? I booked and arrived a little early. A table right on the beach (it's the lido restaurant), with a splendid view of the island of Bergeggi and Capo Noli, with the bay of Spotorno and Noli itself. So far, so good. I ordered fried food (anchovies, shrimp, vegetables, calamari (frozen), and my wife ordered stuffed calamari (frozen). I don't understand. You have the sea 5 meters away, and you're serving me frozen products!!!! You charge me 22 euros for fried food! Well, I expect fried food to be delicious and worth returning for. Instead,...,... a soulless fried food (perhaps worth 14 euros). The calamari (3, actually) was 18 euros, meaningless. Wine (a half bottle of Vermentino) was 13 euros. The cover charge was 5 euros to finish off on a high note. Spending a lot and eating well is fine. Spending a lot and leaving disappointed by the absurd prices is NOT.

26/04/2025: It was an experience that no one should have to try, first of all we had booked for 8.30 and they gave our table to another family making us wait outside so that one could be freed inside. Mostly this table was behind the counter and therefore lost from the others, we sat down and saw the menu which was nice but a little poor, we had to wait 40 minutes before a waiter came to take our order. As soon as we ordered we had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before they came to our table, mostly we hadn't even ordered something impossible, a plate of trofie with pesto which was missing salt, a mixed fry which they gave to another lady and 3 pizzas.

12/08/2025: Mr. Massimo, the host, immediately gives the impression of a typical Ligurian, reserved and reserved. This isn't the case; little by little, the conversation begins, and it becomes clear that he's interested in the essentials. Discretion is a shared value. That said, the establishment is tidy, very clean, and equipped with a pleasant patio. We stopped for lunch once and were served with courtesy and promptness. We'll be back again in September: a sign that La Palma is an excellent reference in the Noli area.

05/08/2025: Terrible experience! We ordered coffee and drinks. Coffee was good, drinks were cold. But something urgent to solve from work appeared and we opened the laptop for several minutes. Catastrophe! The waiter came and literally pushed us out from the terrace with the explanation from behalf of the owner that: “here is a bar&restaurant and you are not allowed to work at the laptop while the other people are in holiday” One star for the taste of the expresso.
