11/09/2025: I'm forced to give one star because we went to this bar for an aperitif at 5:30 PM. We asked for a platter to accompany our alcoholic drink, but were told we had to wait for the kitchen to open. Instead, we were served only a small bowl of stale chips. I'm sorry, but for the kind of place and its location, this is absolutely not appropriate. Cutting a focaccia, pizza, toast, or similar to avoid getting people who just wanted a pleasant aperitif "drunk."
I hope this review can help improve this aspect.
08/09/2025: A lovely bar in the center of Spotorno. The staff is young, friendly, and professional.

14/09/2025: At Carmelina, pizza has a special gift: it disappears before it even becomes pizza. Served quickly, half raw, with so few ingredients it looked like a demo version of a video game. It was red, but above all white... in short, more than a Margherita, it looked like an A4 sheet of paper with two brushstrokes of tomato sauce. If it were contemporary art, it would have won an award. If it were pizza... well, let's just say it could use a few summer re-dos...
30/08/2025: I ordered a 4 Stagioni and it had seeded olives and sausages, which I've never seen on a pizza like this. Furthermore, the pizza was completely raw underneath and the crust was half burned. It was a very bad experience.

Cocktails are well-prepared according to the IBA guidelines, avoiding the bizarre inventions increasingly found in Pietra, where people try to innovate without having the necessary expertise...
30/08/2025: We happened upon it by chance for an aperitif, and seeing the kindness of the staff, we booked for dinner, and we were right to do so... impeccable, fast, and professional service, excellent, plentiful food... we'll be back. 5 stars aren't enough.

05/09/2025: Truly a delicious pizza. I ordered one to try with the charcoal dough. It was amazing, super filling, and truly delicious. They also had classic dishes, including some truly top-notch ones. I hadn't heard of it, but I'd love to go back. I recommend it to everyone. Last but not least, the very clean bathroom.
24/08/2025: Rude and impolite staff, we asked for a place for two and they immediately sent us away and said no when there was actually a place, not recommended

23/05/2025: A pleasant surprise! Perfect if you are traveling and find yourself in the area at lunchtime.
The food is excellent. The portions are just right and the service is very fast.
At lunch they offer a fixed menu for 13 euros with the option of choosing between 3 first courses, 3 second courses. Dessert, coffee and water included.
In short, highly recommended!
