I don't understand the reviews that complain about the lack of children's food. If they've spoiled their children with food, take them to McDonald's.

04/07/2025: One of the best meals I've ever had! Traditional Italian food, but with an innovative touch, light but satisfying, authentic... And above all, cooked with lots of love. The lady is a delight, and she definitely has a gift for cooking. If you want an authentic, genuine experience, surrounded by picturesque scenery and peaceful nature, this is your place. Authentic, without frills or pretensions of grandeur, but definitely deserving of a culinary award. I'm vegetarian, and without hesitation, she suggested a ton of dishes and options, all of them delicious. Everything was wonderful 🤍

16/07/2025: A very basic restaurant with few, very simple dishes. Overall, the food was good, but the house white wine was undrinkable, and the tiramisu was completely in need of improvement.

09/07/2025: A possible alternative to driving back to find a restaurant, as the offerings in Borgio Verizzi are limited. Do this with full knowledge of the facts: the pizza is barely decent, the house wine is undrinkable, and the desserts are basic. The service is friendly.

13/07/2025: We stopped for a drink and a bite to eat at 4:00 PM. After our insistence, they offered us a sort of aperitif, but instead they brought us a small plate with four slices of pizza and cold focaccia. Furthermore, the Gin Mare we requested was replaced with an unknown gin. Our complaints were met with arrogance. Our overall rating is negative.

24/04/2025: Visit at the restaurant only: Nice location with a good view, however an all but charming, uncoordinated service, mediocre antipasto, an awfully looking semi-mashed potato with a little vegetable dish and a not at all clean bathroom with a pretty broken toilet ring

30/04/2025: Grande locale molto carino con cucina a vista. Vengono proposti diversi tipi di menù comprensivi di apripasto, 3 antipasti, un secondo, acqua, vino, dolce, caffè e digestivo. Ovviamente parliamo di carne...tranne un menù vegetariano. Due sono minimo due persone. Piatti ben presentati, di ottima qualità e porzioni abbondanti. Servizio cortese e prezzi medi.

17/05/2025: The pizza is nothing special, but I went there twice and they got the order wrong twice. The first time I understand, but the second time I asked for a bufala and they made me a "burratina" that costs 4 euros more, but if that was the only problem! The pizza was bufala, it was absolutely not a burrata on top. By now I was home and that's fine... I don't recommend it.. The pizza was nothing special.

20/07/2025: Bar and focaccia shop located in Piane di Celle Ligure. We've been using it for takeout for a few years now, and their focaccias are always top-notch. Recommended! I can't comment on the bar service, having never tried it.

12/07/2025: Nice welcoming place, not very big but the tables are well arranged, excellent service, precise and fast, great helpfulness of the staff, everything good from the appetizer to the dessert, excellent meat coming from the Pastorino company, always in Pontinvrea, good pizza too, normal prices. If you want to escape from the chaos of the city, this is the right place.
